I don’t go here all the time due to prices unless I let myself get super hairy ...They are very professional with there techniques provide great customer service

I’ve always visited this location since I started waxing years ago. The esthetician here are all amazing. The place always smells nice, it’s clean and they really cater to the client. My most recent experience was great as usual. My esthetician America was awesome ! Her attention to detail was on point. Ill definitely book with her next time. Thank you!

Kelly was very helpful in making my appointment and she was very patient with me while she directed me right to the front door ( I got lost). I have not had great expereince with waxing in the past becuase I have VERY senstive skin. Let me tell you, I am 5 days post wax and I have not had one blemish!! Not a red dot-nothing. Ariel is out of this world, a true artist at what she does. I bought the exfolitaion brush and some witchhazel natural remedy after care they have available (both combined cost 20 bucks) and followed simple aftercare directions. I will not go anwhere else but here from now on. This place is meticously clean and staff take all COVID precautions. Thanks so much ladies!

I just L O V E Kenya. I started my transitioning to waxing about 5 months ago. She has been my esthetician the entire way and now I won’t even consider letting anyone else do it. You will NEVER walk away from her disappointed or as if you were just another customer. She truly cares and makes sure you are knowledgeable of maintaining your wax. I love her so much my mom came with me for her first wax and now we are both hooked! As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with smiles and great vibes. The waxing rooms are always clean and freshly scented. I have never heard one bad thing about this shop and I’m a witness to why.. they are all GREAT! First time goer and want a new wax home ? The Pretty Kitty is the way to go! And I would recommend KENYA!

I got my first Brazilian here and have been getting waxed here consistently since then, and the service and experience has never changed. Ive been waxed by several different ladies and theyre all super nice, efficient, FAST, and gentle. You can be in and out in 15 minutes or less. I live two hours away from Dallas now but still come back to this location for my waxes.

First time doing Brazilian with soft wax and it took too many passes over the same area to get the hair, I have course hair. I later read thats an absolutely no-no, to pass multiple times with soft wax. Which Im guessing was the cause of a little bleeding when I wipes after the service was over. Also she didnt get all the hair, which defeated the purpose of getting a Brazilian. I will stick to hard wax in the bikini area lol. However, the employees were friendly and nice 😊

It was okay. I found the soft wax to be more painful and stung more. Also more passes had to be done but still left some hairs. My cerologist was quick though. Its hard finding a place here I like -coming from California. I may be back but Ill keep searching.

I havent been to this place yet but Ill still give you a 5 from the reviews I have read.I seen it pop up for good survey ratingsI would like to schedule pedicure manicure massage for my husband and I and was wondering if they had adult drinks .Can someone let me know if they can accommodate that. I just want to treat him special more special than just regular pedicure.

Literally they are the best. Beautiful salon, great girls, professional, accommodating, and my pretty kitty never looked so good.
