The hours of this place says it closes at 7pm. I got there at 6:30 and was denied service but after saying the hours online were until 7 they let me stay. They charge 40$ dollars for threading. These prices are ridiculous. Bad customer service and price.

If you want the top notch personnel shaping your brows and giving you that full lash. Or anything related to beauty. This is hands down The Place. The time and care they take in the process is in whole different level than any places of service I have ever visited.These people enjoy what they do. You can tell by how they work.

This is literally the best experience I’ve ever had with brow service: waxing, threading, plucking etc.Ladies if you’ve had trouble finding your go to brow person or have found someone you like descent enough but everytime you try to book with them again they have left that salon or wax studio and now you are left looking again.Look no further. Suki is incredible and in one visit she already has my brows back on track to even better than they used to be. I have been growing my eye brows back out for months from a previous wax catastrophe. She will shape your eyebrows for your face and also give you tips on how to fill them in and style them and where not to and not to pluck in between appointments.PLUS you get a brow/temple massage!

In love is an understatement. Saru did my eyebrows better than anyone has ever done them in the past 10 years, hard for me to say as I am particular about the shape of my brows. I showed her a picture of what I wanted my eyebrows to look like (they were slightly botched from visiting various salons in recent covid times). I assumed before I got out of the chair that my brows would look similar to the picture but not as good. But boy was I wrong! They looked BETTER than the picture I showed her, and I am over the moon.A few more things to add, there was an assistant that pulled my lid, I didn’t have to worry about that. Throughout the course of her virtually painless threading, her assistant would roll a cold stone over my brows.The session ended with a Tea tree oil brow massage and a little fill to top it off.I came to Dallas for a Christmas party, I was unable to visit my usual eyebrow salon in Houston and I am so glad I came across this place close to my hotel. I would absolutely not hesitate to drive back here for my eyebrows next month!

First timer walked in and asked if i could get my brows threaded. They looked at me like I was lost andasked if I had made an appointment because they have clients all day. I asked if i could make an appointment and instead of taking my request the lady at the front door asked if I could step to the side while they checked out some other girl that had her brows done already. Terrible customer service. Will not be coming here ever

Been here for years, how can I ever leave it’s impossible, the people are amazing always understanding and can’t ask for more. Decorations are so cool plus the products are amazing! Highly recommend and they where in Dallas Magazine. Say no more I’m always going here worth every penny to be here and come out with a smile and eyebrows flawless!

Thanks to Suki for helping me bring my brows back to life. I didnt trust anyone to do my brows but once I was recommended to her by multiple people, I knew it was time. I had a horrible experience with waxing in the past so I was scared to try anything new. Well the moment I stepped into Arch by Suki I felt comfortable and relaxed! My brows started with no shape and were very uneven. When she was done threading, I truly felt like a new person and its all thanks to her expertise and detail. Also big thanks to Cat who filled them in beautifully. So if any of you are looking for the best threading place in all of Dallas and are scared of who to trust .. look no further as Suki should be your only option. The best in the metroplex!!!! I’d give this woman 10 stars if I could!!! She literally saved me when another studio completely ruined my brows. I was devastated and with an important meeting coming up the entire team at the studio jumped in to help!! They were all so amazing, kind, caring and professional in handling my nonexistent and very uneven brows from the moment I walked in. They actually made my brows presentable!!! $25 dollars for threading is worth it when no one else listens to what you want! Suki did an amazingggg job with listening to my requests. She evened out my eyebrows which no one has been able to do for me before. She also happily provided tips and tricks for maintenance I can do on my own on a daily basis. Definitely going back. She found a loyal customer in me!

Wow! Suki is amazing! I did some research before I selected her salon and made an appointment. Everything I read was completely true. Easy to book an appointment online and good availability of times. Cute shop, no problem getting there. Warmly greeted when I arrived and was seen on time. Now for the real validation. Suki introduced herself with a nice hand shake and took her time before taking action. Thorough assessed my very out of shape brows, listened to what I wanted, asked lots of questions, and gave options. She was gentle (this was m first threading) and took time. Shaping was perfect. Then the tinting. Again, perfect! Best job ever. Ill be back as a regular. Definitely can trust your brows to Suki. Wish I would have visited sooner. Thank you Suki!

Both Preeya and Sukhee are truly artists, they are detail-oriented and will make your brows beautiful. They are also gentle with their touch, friendly, and professional with scheduling. As a bonus, their salon has got the best ambiance- its even got an adorable corner of imported goods from Nepal . I absolutely love coming here, couldnt recommend it enough!

Wow, Sui definitely knows what she is doing. Ive never had a better experience with eyebrow threading than what I got from her. Not only did she threaded the brows, but gave me great tips on how to my highlight/fill in my brows and explained what fits best for my facial structure.

I recently moved to Dallas and have been struggling to find a new place to get my eyebrows done. Im SO glad I found this place. Preeya is amazing! She took the time to really analyze the bone structure of my face and shape of my eyes before getting to work to beautify my brows. After years of having my eyebrows threaded, I had one lady who really went to town and thinned out the ends of my eyebrows. I havent been able to recover since. Preeya came up with a game plan and were working on getting them back into their peak condition. They are appointment only but its super easy to make an appointment online. Having your eyebrows done here may cost more than the other places in the strip malls in the area, but the quality cannot be beat!
