Do NOT recommend. Genuinely baffled by the all 5 stars reviews because I have never received even decent customer service. Nearly impossible for them to accommodate but will charge you $20 for calling and telling the front desk your projected to be 5 min behind. Also, randomly cancelled my Saturday appointment on Thursday without my consent, explanation, or opportunity to rescheduled. 100% regret giving my service, time, and money to this business.

I had my appointment for 12:35pm today, which I was running late to due to an accident. I called multiple times and no one picked up when. They did pick up they put me on hold for a while and didn’t pick up. The drive takes me around 45 minutes and today’s was just the worse experience you can’t take me yet when I’m there takes five minutes to take care of me? Makes no sense. And then you guys won’t answer the phone either ? So how is that my fault ? I drove here for nothing 36 miles to get this done and if you would’ve picked up you would’ve been able to tell me I had to just reschedule my appointment. I am beyond angry at this experience I wasted my time, my money, my Gas, and for what? Great costumer service because it is not the first time y’all ignore my calls but are quick to charge the 25$ dollar fee to my account.
