I’ve been to multiple car washes but this one is my favorite one! The service is superb, the cleaning of the vehicle is top notch and the prices are perfect. I have a monthly membership and go to the one on north west highway regularly and been to the one in colony only once. They have several locations in the metroplex and you can wash your car anywhere with the same membership.

I have been to this car wash before and one morning I came and a guy with long hair didn’t give me a great service and was rude. I was hoping to see Jose provide the service because he has given me great service on previous visits and provides a detailed car wash.

Everything is clean. And staff is very polite and helpful.

A door level blue spinner on the right side isn’t spinning and the rainx sprayer on the left side hasn’t been working for over a month. Plenty of vacuums though.In response to zips car wash owner’s reply:It would be a great idea for you to show some initiative and submit that help desk ticket yourself to ensure your equipment is working properly and people are getting the wash they pay for.

Had to ask the men their name bcause didnt know them...KNOW I DO....JOSE was fast and furious on entry if the wash tunnell...Got us in and out smoothly . Fabulous job Jose!!!. And JUAN has a Great personality and reaches a customer with sincerity...THAN KS GUYS!!!!!.

This place is great, although the customer service line takes forever for someone to help you. I’ve been trying to get in contact with a representative for the past 4 days and I’ve just been left on hold. For a big company like Zips I wouldn’t expect this problem to happen. Currently waiting for a representative for the 5th day!

Old brushes that dont scrub your car well

They have a person that stubs your car down first before you go through the drive in car wash. I love this place. Then you have free vacuum area to clean the rest of your car out.

I like to take my Care here but lately the Passage Side/Right Side dont even work so My Car has been washed only half way.....

Typically you can get a full clean. The problem comes when the attendant does not adequately spray your car in the problem areas (trunk for SUVs and cars) which then leaves dried marks. This is especially prevalent when your vehicle has been through a rain. My suggestion is to turn back in, honk and tell them you are not happy with the result of the wash.The drying is hit or miss, sometimes it is good, sometimes barely adequate...and no, the ambient temperature does not play a large role. In my experience it is when the driers cut on too early (shut off early) or late when some of the vehicle has passed by.My biggest qualm is the availability of a car wash. Often times (4 out of 10) it is closed for maintenance. I hold a monthly membership and have experienced this often. Called the district manager and the local all to no avail.Tip: carry a towel with you and be prepared to use it after every wash.

The attendant was hand washing every car until he got to mines and when i asked why he didnt do mines he said i should have said something sooner so i went back around and said something 3 times lol. Im a member they had regular cheap washes

Tonight I got there at 730pm just in time to get a wash. The attendant came around and told me card wasnt being accepted. I asked him what time they closed and he said 8pm. I quickly went to Walgreens to get cashback and got back at 750pm. By the time I got back they had already shut down the wash because in the 20 minutes that I was gone one of the brushes managed to break. Was what one of the attendants working tonight claimed.

Better before it was Zip’s. The employees better, and had a way better attitude before it was Zip’s. The guy with the beard is an absolute lazy disgrace to Zip’s. Worst attitude I’ve ever seen in the industry. I’m canceling my monthly unlimited car washes. I really liked this place.

Location doesnt fully clean vehicles. Was told there was nothing they could do about one side of my vehicle not getting clean. Refused to let me use a towel to clean it myself. A hose and bucket would be much better than wasting your time or money here.

I am a member here, but I will probably go to a carwash far from my home next month. I try and be fair with everyone and give them three chances, this company has very poor customer service. The first man I spoke to said do not come today our credit card machine is down, the second said he was too busy to take my paperwork, the third made me feel me uncomfortable ordering me to back up to make a malfunctioning reader work... then saying I said back up a little bit! Like it was my fault his machine didnt work. Nobody cares about customer service here. Better find another carwash.

HORRIBLE! Over priced! My car was half cleaned. There are only 7 vacuums stations available even though there are roughly 20 stations. People wait in line for a station. I would give this place 0 stars. It needs to close down.
