The detail/wax guy, Alex C., did a great job on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I got the $20 car plus wax. He took his time, had attention to detail and had a good attitude. Alex C. should be recognized as a good employee who is eager to please his customers.

I came in after a road trip during the summer and to be frank I had a lot of bugs on my truck. I asked the attendant if there was a specific wash that would help. She upsold me to the $30 wash and ceramic shine and assured me it would get all the bugs. It did not get all the bugs, in fact I spent 20 minutes at home scrubbing what they missed. Could have just spent $10 and got the same results.

The last set of towels to dry the car did not work and my car dried with spots. Im more into full a service wash for half of these prices. And the wheel boy must have gotten too hot because, my wheels did not shine. Overall my membership will be canceled at my earliest convenience.

Super helpful staff and friendly.very clean car was and my truck cow out looking great love the clean tire service. Only thing I wish I had was the air hose to blow stuff out from the crevices of your seats in car. ❤️

The vacuums are absolutely terrible. So bad I contemplated a two.

I honestly wish I could say this car wash is worth visiting since it’s so clean and the staff is so efficient, but unfortunately, it’s not. After driving up to the kiosk for the first time, I was shocked to see a basic wash was priced at $10. No included wheel clean or wax, just a plain-old soap & water wash and free self-vacuum. Then they have the audacity to have signs advising customers to limit vacuum use to 6 minutes. This whole experience was crazy to me because other washes at least limit you to 10-15 minutes and include better wash options at better prices. I mean, it gets the job done, but if you have the time to find another wash, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The staff is always great! Being a member is totally worth it. Unlimited washes for about 25$ and you get prime vacuums/parking and free use of the microfiber towels! During the winter when the lines were backed up they passed out hot chocolate to everyone! 5 stars all day!

I love this place. I wont write a long paragraph but Ill say if you enjoy detailing your vehicle yourself, and want a nice clean area to do it in then give this place a try. At a certain price point or with a membership youll get complimentary tire shine, air fresheners, and clean micro fiber towels to use.

Great wash, great vaçs, I am a member and it is totally worth it. Only thing is, they are supposed to have people that will help you out with tires, only had one person offer and assist once. Guess I have to ask for help. Not really my style. Overall, great wash, and friendly staff.

I really appreciate the design of this car wash. Its easy to maneuver and reasonably priced (including the monthly membership).I like the products used in the actual car wash, doesnt dry the paint/tires out and really removes the grime. Its a moderately new establishment, therefore the machines are top of the line and it shows.My only issue with this location is the staff -its spotty. Sometimes its very dependable and hard working staff. Ready to assist you with whatever is needed to make your experience 5-star. Last times we have visited, the staff was lacking and were more concerned with each other and their personal conversation. They never even glanced at the vehicles. When my husband went to ask about a tire shine -they explained they dont do that...even for members? Okay...thats kind of odd since its been done three times prior to that visit...and we didnt have to ask on those visits.Before things get out of hand, I think it would be a good idea if the managers reviewed the staff and audited them. Its unfair to the hardworking staff that people get to be lazy on the job.

Brand new car washing operation next to HELLO Self-Storage (U-haul), off Larmanda. Courteous working staff. Across the street from the Suoer Target. Laundry mats, super market, clothing stores, Jakes Hamburgers & Super Walmart/Sams Club & Home Depot (all less than 5 minutes away. Near Skillman/Audelia & NW Hwy. Oh theres a practice golf range & horsing ranch down the street from the car wash.

You dont get what you pay for. The service here is horrible. If you have a membership there, you wont get everything included in the membership because the employees discriminate who they chose to do these services for, and I believe its based on who they think will give them a tip. They sometimes seem like they just dont want to do it. Who ever the hiring manager is and the whole staff needs to be re-trained or replaced.

Just stopped in for a car wash. Terrible. Did the $15 wash and my windshield is still dirty, car is wet and you can’t stop anywhere to dry your car because all of the spots are marked for members. Way better car washes for the same price close by and they actually wipe down your car when you are leaving. Plus the parking lot and entrance/exit is super inconvenient.

So far Hello! Deluxe has been an amazing car washing experience. The staff is awesome they will approach you and make sure you are doing ok as well as give you a hand with your vehicle. You will also have great conversation in the process. Hello! Deluxe has my membership and my recommendation!

After 6 months this place is going from ok to bad and now worsen! Now they want you to pay 5 $ extra a wash to clean your tires ! A service that was included in the wash before ! Wonder if the IRS is aware of this scam ! I am seeking legal action because the BBB needs to get involved .

I really like this place, yet you can only purchase a$5 wash in the Morning... no one told me that when i purchased a gift card $25 for $50 dollar credit. What??? Im glad i have a choice where to go.

I’ve had a membership since they opened this spot. It’s a decent Carwash for small vehicles. I have a crew cab truck. It never dries the vehicle off, so if I don’t stop to dry by hand, I’ll have streaks and water spots. Also, the tire shine doesn’t shine very well.I think that there may be a program for monthly users to get less.

By far the worst car wash Ive ever been to! Do not go here! Over priced! You think youll get more for your money! Absolutely not! All vacuums are broken! How could this be if they just opened a few months ago. I recommend Quick n Clean!

Best car wash by far. Cleans the car very well and the staff assist you when you purchase ur wash which make it even easier. The Vacuum section is big. And The vacuums actually work. I get the 20 dollar wash. And it is well worth the money and its also kept clean which is nice since a lot of car washes dont tend to trash cans or trash on ground. This place does. They care and u dont find that is businesses now of days

Its cool, I have a membership, but I did notice that even though I have the premium package. Some of my washes were not premium. Some times when I drive thru, I did t get all the things a premium wash would get. Not only that I had to look for someone to shine my tires and get an air freshener. I got neither when I drove thru today. Cool but deceitful!!! If that makes since.

Giving up on this location after they started the practice of only opening 1 line for non members at peak periods to create a sense of frustration, to drive a more aggressive subscription sales pitch during purchase. The final straw was receiving a Deluxe wash when an Ultimate was paid - staff was scant to be able to get a resolution. Extremely disappointed in its decline.

My experience with this car wash has been mostly positive. The vacuums are strong, and their car wash seems to do a capable job. However, Im disappointed by their pricing. For the most basic of basic washes, their price is $10. One mile away from this carwash is a Quick-n-Clean on NY Highway, where the basic wash is $6. This price includes a towel, air fresheners, vacuums, air pressure guns, and suckers for the kids. Hello provides merely free vacuums with their basic wash (although I think air pressure guns are coming soon). I dont profess to be a car wash authority, but I didnt see any difference between the washes at these two establishments that would warrant a higher price.

They left a message stating I wanted to speak to someone. I do NOT want to speak to anyone and actually I do NOT want unsolicited calls to my number. I have opted out of all texts and services so no Hello Car Wash does not have my consent for contact. Only after leaving a review and previously trying to contact they now was the to contact me.With this ridiculousness (not asking to be contacted and being solicited) hence my reason to leave my feedback even more. Awesome car wash however they need to get their tire shine fixed!!! Im tired of having to beg the folks here to get the shine on my tires. I have to pull off to another place where they have their Supply shop set up just to get your tire shine when the machine inside the car wash should be doing everything for you. I pay for a monthly membership and its not cheap and they need to get everything working properly. This is a new car wash for heavens sakes🤷🤷🤷

I had a issue with the cleaning of the outside of my car. I drove through, but when I went to vacuum my car I noticed while wiping the outside it was still dirty. I asked the attendant Alex A did he noticed that my car wasnt clean, he agreed and told me not to worry. Alex A left, came back with and told me that Hello would gladly let go back through the car wash and clean it again. Alex A was very professional, informative and polite. Attendants like Alex A makes me wanna keep coming back to Hello. I would have gave you guys a 5 star, but that issue alone made me rate yall a 4 star.

We enjoy coming to this car wash. When it gets busy like this past Saturday January 30. The staff maintained the line allowed people to be orderly. The only negative I would say was there was no towels to dry the vehicle. Other days my issues is that people use the member vacuums without being a member or washing their vehicle in the car wash.

This was the most thorough drive-thru wash Ive been to. Most other places it feels like I need to go through a second time to get what they missed or even to rinse the soap off completely. One run through this place and my car was actually clean. Ill definitely be returning and looking forward to using their interior services when theyre available again.

Very unprofessional owner/manager. Paid for two vehicles, our new car came through great, the older vehicle’s antenna was severed by the car wash. Manager/owner was defensive and rude when explaining that they are not responsible for any damage on cars over 6 years old. They couldnt show me on paper where I signed, and he used every f word and curse word in the process. Wouldnt take any vehicle over 6 years old to this wash!

Hello car wash, and IDENTITY THEFT. Nearly 10 months or so during Grand opening; there was a glitch in there system when applying for a membership. I was notified by another customer NOT BY THE CAR WASH. That they had obtained all of my personal data when accessing the HELLO CAR WASH APP. After speaking to the car wash telephonicly they assured me none of my information had been breached..so I made a trip to the car wash. I asked them how the lady that called me got my telephone number, she gave me my address, card, lisence plate, type of car etc. they denied that was possible however, that was her sole reason for contacting me. she said she had had my personal data on her phone in their app like a sample a completely filled application for the company once the app was accessed. Once I arrived at the car wash and wanted to discuss the issue. They werent to quick to show me to the office I located it myself, I was unaware the lady that contacted me made it, at the same time I was there. I later called her back she informed me she was there but had left after she got her wash they gave her upgrades to her free membership and so on. She did not know I was in the office. They did not send her my way either.While at the location assessing the issue management seemed as if he didnt know much about new system. There was a girl there providing instruction. I was shuffled to a phone call on her phone to discussed issue with IT, whom assured me this wasnt a breech disclosing my personal information, he explained their cameras were off set storing my plates under her the lady that informed me telephonicly by phone she was also a new customer to hello car wash account and HAD ALREADY CONTACTED THE CAR WASH BUT FELT SHE SHOULD ALSO CONTACT ME. IM glad she did. The car wash DID NOT!. At the car wash, qqq q1 1I asked that my information, and my membership be canceled completely 100%. I was told it had been. Manager typed my name in his hello car was computer system, and said my name did not even come up, I was then shuffled out the door. They couldnt or wouldnt provide me anything in writing. For atleast two months they tried to with draw funds from my card I got a notification but had already canceled the card... As of today Im still dealing with things and my identity. Just wanted to warn others. About this car wash and your personal information. Owner never called me. And I was never provided the kiosks manager to get a better understanding of how this occurred.Stressful situation with no communication or real assurance from Hello Car Wash.I would have given 0 stars, to match the honesty and integrity of this location, but 0, was not an option.Since this occurred in 2020, my personal data has been sold, it has appeared on the black web, and more. Im taking measures further on this, absolutely yes, for my protection, but also think everyone should understand whats possible when proving your personal data on an APP and or payment/membership Kiosk of Hello Car Wash. Busy but staff did a great job getting us in and out quickly. Facility was clean and customers seemed happy getting their cars clean.

It seems like the car was is broken. The member gate does not work half the time. And when the gate is broken you get the cheap wash or make them change it. As I was going through I notice one brush was not working and the drying cloth at the wand was removed from the was assembly

I love the new place Very nice staff and helpful.I think people are not being sensitive to the fact that we are in a pandemic .People are not going to get into your personal space and vacuum and clean. We have to think of everyone safety.I do think companies should offer a discount since they are not able to offer full service.For me that was one of the biggest reasons that I wanted to try this new place . Because the old place Ive been going to for the last 3 years is still charging full price but theyre not allowed to get full service because of the pandemic
