Really nice car wash. Fast, friendly and great results. Monthly deals for unlimited washes if you need to keep vehicle looking good at all times. Good value. My explorer sport had 2247 miles of road grime, bug juice and who knows what else. Sparkling like new now. Did I mention it is black? 🤠

Robinson and the team helped me so much in a time of need. I accidentally threw away a ring in the trash and they let me take a look and try and find what I was looking for. Really meant a lot that the team at Wave Wash that day went above and beyond to help me. The carwash itself was fast, clean, and effective for the price.

Didnt clean for anything. Kept stopping in the middle of the wash. Then the stopped brush arm hit the front of the truck and then swung around and slammed into the side of the truck as well. I got out and checked it and just left.

I just come here to vacuum my car. The wash is not great like MyTFine car wash which leaves my car clean and dry!!

The Car wash ripped off the top part of my drivers mirror. The manager was able to put it back on but the machine warped it so it doesn’t fit flush. I went to the car wash again this week and it totally ripped it off the mirror cover, the manager had to go into the car wash to retrieve the mirror top. Because it doesn’t fit flush it’s going to be ripped off every time, eventually just going to fall off on its own. I need to know what I need to do to have the car wash replace the mirror that it broke. This is not a cheap repair I called the dealership!

So, so detailing. Got the full seat carpet clean hand wax. They did not vacuum nor shampoo the trunk mat. Detailing inside the door jams was not done hence the so-so rating

These guys are great. I took my 92 year old aunts 20 year old station wagon in to be cleaned. I dont think it had been cleaned in years. It was filthy both inside and out. I got the super clean and it looks like a different car. They were friendly and helpful and I couldnt be happier with the results. It was worth every penny.

Came by for a car wash and i came out with a cracked my side mirror. A bit rough.

I paid for the tire shine but the liquid was empty in the machine. I said something but I wasnt even offered another wash at all.

Great car wash. Friendly, helpful service and my car looks good from what I can see. Free vacuums that I didnt have time to use. They also offer car detail. I may return here if I am in the area which is right off 75 on Greenville.

Terrible Detail Service smh. I paid $90 to have streaks left on my window, stain still on front panel and dust still in the front cubbie. Terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Upset because I live this place, but after today I dont be going back. Busy Sunday with long lines. Thats not the problem though. Theyre ticketing system wasnt working properly and I couldnt order a wash and interior clean, and because of the long lines behind me I couldnt get help to fix the issue. I ordered a wash and moved through the queue. Problem number 2, their automatic dryer system wasnt working, so now Im left with a car covered in water spots that I paid for. Ugh.

Havent done detailing yet, but wash is good and free vacuuming. People are nice.

A terrible experience!!!They left three big scratches on my cars hood. I am sure they were not there before carwash. They never accepted that their brushes caused those. Very bad customer service. I should expense a lot of money to fix them.

I wouldn’t cal their “detailing” service real detailing. I paid $90 for Super Clean interior on a single cab truck. Also got the seat cleaning. Seat cleaning was ok but the interior was something I could have done myself. It was definitely not what I expected for what I paid.

The 1st visit went smooth. The 2nd visit did not. Either the person in front of me did something wrong or the machine malfunctioned. The car in front of me was stuck at the end of the tunnel. Our cars got too close. My vehicle was almost pushed into the car in front of me. The car behind me tapped my bumper.

Good wash but the vacuums always seem to be full. Parking is super tight.

Wow I’m so happy I found this place. Joe is the supervisor and offered amazing customer service. He made sure I was comfortable in the recently sanitized lobby and did a PHENOMENAL job on my car. My whole car was sparkling after the super wash. And the best part? It was only $55. Awesome experience at wave wash. This is now the only place I’ll go in Dallas for my car wash.FYI they use a leather conditioner for your car that protects the seats for three months, other places use cleaning agents that will crack the Vinyl over time.

Had a $5 coupon for the basic wash. No attendant, couldnt get the discount applied. So full price. Did a good job for $7, better for $5. lol

The only issue is that they do not have enough vacuums. The location of they are at makes it hard for them to add more for how small a place it is. Great car wash place. I recommend.

It makes me sad to have to give a place a negative review, but I gave them a chance to fix it and they didn’t. I came here mainly to get the dirt off the top of my car from sitting under a tree. I got “the works” wash which was not the cheapest one ($12). As you can see from the pictures, the top of my car is still very dirty. It looks as if I didn’t get it washed. Sometimes places will offer for you to go through again for free to get more dirt off but Wave Wash didn’t offer that. They wanted me to pay $35 for a hand wash after I went through the car wash. Sorry but I won’t be coming back here again, you shouldn’t be driving away from a car wash with a dirty car...

Paid 12$ for car wash which inclides tyre conditioning but the guys at automatic wash did not even check and it was just regular wash which costs 7.99$When i asked they said it automatically gets done(!!!!)) Seriously?Just cheating!

Never get the tire treatment!!! This is a good car wash in a convenient location, but the last FOUR times in a row I have paid for the shiny tire treatment (comes on all washes except the cheapest) only to get home and see my same old dull tires. They have refunded me at least partially each time and offered to do it by hand. But this is not an accident. The machine is broken and theyre not fixing it or its out of the fluid and theyre not filling it. They just dont care. Last time they gave me some BS about a new machine being ordered so I waited a couple months, tried again on the EIGHTEEN DOLLAR wash and still no clean tires. This is super annoying because you cant tell until you get home and then you have to go back. Fool me once (or four times)... You know the saying. Im not going back. That stinks because it is by far the closest place to my house but I cant stand it any more.

I have been playing the monthly plan for over a year. The machine got stuck and the attendant that was outside, was very rude. He said I have no idea what you did! and started clicking on the machine, then when the gate lifted, I asked him if I could go? And he yelled at me GO AHEAD! bad experience. Not sure why he was in a bad mood, but ruined my day.

I got my car detailed here and they never put my front passenger seat floor mat back in. I didn’t notice for a few days but when I did, I called. I had gotten my car detailed right at the end of the month and the guy who answered informed me that they throw all “left behind” mats away at the end of the month. He was really rude about it, too.So now I paid $60 plus tip to get my car detailed and also have to go buy new floor mats.Really unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend clearly.

Just moved back, Renewed the membership good carwash excellent vacuum set up on both sides of your car. I hate dragging hose to other side of the car. Also when I left here for a couple months and had to stop the membership it was easy I stopped it they didnt charge me I didnt get no bunch of BS. Thats one of the main reasons I come back, along with its a really good car wash

Ive been coming here for years and Ive had great experiences with the staff, but Michael is the rudest manager Ive ever dealt with. He charged me extra at the wrong price for my car detailing and now I have to wait days for the money to be refunded to my card. On top of that after he charged me the right price they were supposed to call me when I was next in line. I waited 3 hours and was informed they moved onto the next customers instead of calling me. Now I have to wait for a SECOND refund on top of the first one. Michael said its not his problem and I can take it up with the bank. Thats $266 Im not going to see for a week. You will get better service somewhere else.

I have been coming to this location a few times a month for that last few years and havent had any real issues until today. I noticed when I got home that the sides, front and back of the car were completely missed. I went back to see if I could get these areas washed again. The gentleman said man what are you doing here your car looks like its in good shape. To which I reply addressing the missed areas. He replies Your car looks better than 80% of the cars that come out of here, you just need to come in more often because the dirt is just caked on. Ill send you through again. The same exact areas were missed the second time.The pictures are of the first and second time through, respectively.Will be going elsewhere from now on.

TLDR: Car wash was fine, detailing was not.For detailing Ive had good luck at plaze car wash across town.The story: 7/16/19Purchased the super clean, seats, and carpet packages for $125.Overall it was fine service. Nice waiting area and detailing staff. Left a $20 tip. Took around an hour.Later I realized they completely missed the inside front windshield and the back rear window. It was dirty enough to drag a finger across it and see the line left in the buidlup of crud.So back to wave wash the next day. While I there I wanted to let the manager know to help them improve and get the inside windows cleaned.After asking for the manager, Shawn came. He asked to see the car without asking why I came back or introducing himself. No even hi.After showing him the windows and explaining what they missed he grunted and without any form of customer service grudgingly offers to have the windows whiped down for free when they finish the cars theyre working on. In otherwords hours.In disbelief, I tried to explain I was just there a one business guy to another to let him know something he might not be aware of. To which he responded, I wasnt here.So I sighed, shook my head and said farewell. Then drove around back to take care of it myself. Found a nice guy working on another detail J. Perez. He politely cleaned the two dirty windows. 5 minutes later its done and Im leaving this review.

Great service for a great price.

I had the $18 wash and upon checking after the service, the lower part of my car was covered in black grease and the wheels were dirtier than before the wash. It seems the grease came from the car wash belt, since the dirty spots were on the driver side. I do not recommend their services, this was the first and last time.

Used to like this place, lately they stopped caring, letting your wheels run into the track.They lost my back windshield wiper and the supervisor Bart said he would take care of it but stopped answering the phone.Go somewhere that wont mess up your car.

The supervisor, Joe, is amazing! He did such a great job detailing my car and it was so quick. I also had my cloth seats cleaned and they look brand new, I am truly amazed. He was so attentive and made sure I was happy with the results!

I paid for the super wash, which comes with the scrub before, and every single time I come here and pay for that they never even wipe down my windows completely. Then spray half my car, so my wash is never that good. I gave it three stars because the machine itself is nice and does a decent job. But after multiple times coming and paying for their most expensive wash and then not even doing it, I won’t be back. If you come don’t waste your money on the $18 wash.

Wave Wash did an outstanding job!! Very neat, clean facility. I paid for my seats and carpets to be detailed on my 2014 Hyundai Tuscon. The supervisor, Joe, and his crew did an outstanding job of restoring my vehicle to like new condition. I would highly recommend the Wave Wash on Greenville Avenue.

Reasonably priced. Wash lasts for a long while (kept in carport). Vacuum situation can get a little busy, but not bad.

Great speedy service, got a super clean detail. Joe the supervisor was really careful in making sure everything was done right. Really liked that they actually cleaned the seats with leather conditioner and not just cheap product too. Was in and out in the time it took me to order a taco next door and eat it (15-20 min)

This places is amazing. With 3 kids I needed my car completely cleaned and they were SO helpful and so nice. They cleaned crevices of my car that have never been touched. Best money I’ve spent In a long time!

Sean S. explained the process, detail packages and wash options thoroughly. Sean is an asset to the company. I wish they still had the guys that dry off the vehicle and do the wheels and tires. He was so kind and attentive realizing what a terrible time my daughter had been through. But I believe he would give the same attention to everyone that came to him for detailing. Great place. Customers please remember, when its crowded just Vacuum. Do not clean your wheels and dry off your vehicles exterior in the vacuum station. RESPECT the 10 minute limit for vacumming only. Bring back the rain check policy!😔

It has been a week since I took my 2005 Ford there for a hand wax and interior detail and even after the rain and the freezing temperatures still looks great. Joe the supervisor and his Crew did an excelent job. Highly recommend this place and will be back soon with my wifes 2017 Escape.

I received a carpet, seat, and interior cleaning at Wave Wash. The service was fantastic! They managed to get out all of my stains. My car looked as good as new. The staff was very friendly. Joe, the supervisor, frequently checked in with us and kept us updated on the status of the car. Good value for the price. We will be coming back!

I took my car to be detailed and I am so excited with the results. Joe and his crew went above and beyond! I have a 2013 Mazda and have never had it detailed before. I asked them clean the seats, dashboard and the headlights. My car now looks like it did when I bought it 6 years ago. She looks brand new! I highly recommend Wave Wash.

They did a phenomenal job with the $55 carpet detail wash package I selected. Joe the supervisor was an extremely pleasant soul and very helpful. He even gave me a free set of floor mats for my vehicle. Highly recommended.

Theyre coupon reader never works. They used to work but it looks like theyve disabled them on purpose. Remember to put the credit card in exactly opposite as the diagram on the machine.Very convenient and fast. Custom work is NOT at all thorough. The main problem is that due to its high volume, your finish will have SCRATCHES if you go regularly. Also some unremovable RUB MARKS. The high volume is bad because the cars ahead of you leave lots of grit in the scubbers!!!We have a 17 Pilot and would have to spend a fortune to repair the paint.

Took my car in today and the entirety of my visit was phenomenal! The supervisor Jose is so kind and made sure to keep me updated on my car. My car was pretty filthy when I got there and felt like new when I left!

Pretty good for an automated wash. The interior self-vacuums are an added plus.

Went an early Saturday and the vacuums were down. The attendant watched a bunch of cars file in pay and didn’t say a thing until we tried to vacuum. We were told to come back in an hour! Unacceptable. Had I known in the beginning I wouldn’t have gone. I’ve been plenty of times. Won’t return. Also the coupons on the back of Kroger receipts are 1000% useless as there is NEVER anyone to take them and the machine doesn’t accept them.I am certainly not confused as I have been a customer for years. I did not specify which Saturday but since I usually went out of my way to use your car despite never being able to use the coupon receipts.

When you have coupon by buying something in the Kroger, you can wash your car their in $5. They have good cleaning and cheap. You can vacuum their for free. The vaccum machine is very strong. You can use it to clean your engine.

Ive been coming here for years now and Ive never had any issues. Make sure you bring your own towels and window cleaner because they do not provide it like some other car washes Ive been to in the past. I dont mind bringing my own since the basic wash is $7 with free vacuums. 👍

Great car detail. $30 cheaper than Plaza Car Wash (not a diss, they’re great too). They were able to remove a Tex Mex stain from my seat. Ask for Joe. He went above and beyond, even included a free wax.

Exactly what you want from a carwash. Decently priced and quick wash times. The car was clean. What more can you ask for? Only downside was the wait time to use the vacuums, but they were powerful. Their vacuums other places vacuums look like toys in comparison.

Just tried this place and I was very impressed. Very fair pricing and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back! My car looks amazing
