This place is great. They really cleaned it up and improved the service from when it was under another name. The hand wash and interior for $50 is a great deal. They gently babied my Vette and made it pretty again.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for over almost 2 years now, I pay the monthly member fee so I’m here a couple times a week. I initially made this my regular car wash because it seems to get my car the cleanest out of the other ones around, and the vacuums always suck (in a good way 😛)I’ve had a lot of personal interactions with majority of the employees and THEY ARE THE BEST! They’re like my friends because I’m there so much!!! They always are working hard while keeping an amazing friendly attitude. They hand dry your car with any wash!!! And they’re always going around to the vacuums to make sure they’re working right 🙌🏼 I don’t see myself going anywhere else to wash my car!!

Got free car was with inspection and it was one of the best in DFW area. The car was included drying with towels after the automatic wash.

This is my local car wash, the people (most of them) are amazing! I think it’s great that they dry off your car with towels, free vacuums and the attendants are always so polite expect one employee. The older black man who directs you right before entering the wash is usually always pretty rude but the experience I had today makes me want to call before I go just to make sure he’s not working. I get this isn’t someone’s dream job but wish people would appreciate their customers and be happy to be working especially during a pandemic. Taking your anger out on customers gains nothing, well I guess for him it does? I would give them 5 stars if it wasn’t for that horrible unpleasant worker.

Definitely will go again. They also have two other locations in Uptown and McKinney. Good to know!!!

It was decent. These places never really pay great attention to outside stuff that didnt wash off. For $35 including tip it should be CLEAN, but lots of spots/road gunk missed. Interior is pretty good though.

My wife and I use this car was location often. While we think the value for their regular was is good, their detail wash is horrible for the price they charge. I dropped off my Jeep Grand Cherokee at the Preston Road location at 10:45 this morning to get the Super Showroom Detail special for $375. I was told it would take about 2-3 hours and that they would call when done. Well, at 4:30 since I hadnt heard back I go back over to check on it since no one would answer the phone. Tried 3 times and left a message. I show up and see it parked at the vacuum area and they said it was ready to go. A guy meets me and walks over to the Jeep with me. After a quick walk around, I jump in and it will not start, as someone left the radio going. Assuming for several hours since no one called. Once I opened the hood, I was disappointed to see that the engine had not been cleaned. After 2 attempts at a jump start, it finally started. On the way home I realize that the vents had not been cleaned, and the dash was not completely cleaned. Once I got home I walked the exterior again and the rims were not fully cleaned and the hinges on the doors were not cleaned either. I went in thinking for $375 I was getting a car cleaning representative of what I would see on the showroom floor of a car dealership. What I got was a armor all special you would expect from a cash only used car dealer. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The fact you charge $375 for a $75 dollar wash is embarrassing. I would appreciate a call or email from the owners, but I suspect as with many companies now a days, customer service is non existent.

You cant go wrong with how quick and clean the oil change was, less than 15 mins. Plus it comes with a free wash and the option to use that credit to upgrade any wash detail. The employees were very helpful to help me identify the preventative maintenance that my car needed.

Waited in line behind ONE car while the girl working flirted with the guy in front of me for ten minutes. I finally pulled out from behind him and took off. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great customer service and gets the job done in a timely manner. Went in for oil change they checked everything and ended up getting my air filters replaced as well as my wipers. 1 STOP SHOP!!!! And they got it done before i could finish my popcorn and drink. they re did entire place the inside and i will definetly be coming back!!!!!

It was my first time and it left a lot to be desired! Bad customer service, poor drying service, and the vaccuums hardly worked. Finger prints on my windshield, and back window was left with drying streaks. Car is still dirty.

Well they broke my antenna and manager says I don’t care so if you looking for good service, definitely DO NOT go there cause they don’t carr about anything
