If I could give zero stars, I would. Gave this place a try, pretty good wash until I got to the back of the car, it was filthy. I approached a group of employees seating to informed them and I was just brushed off. Never again! Many better places near by

Its ok, maybe to keep up the cleanliness its fine. But if you car is really dirty probably have to go through several times. The big key are the guys who pre clean car before wash. I one side was cleaner, the other guy was slacking.

Very unhappy! I was looking for a new car wash so I tried this place out. No one could pay me to ever go back here! My car still looked dirty once I took a look at it. I actually asked to speak to a manager, because the more I looked at my car, I was very disappointed. The manager came out, I explained to him my car was still dirty and he rubbed the dirt & grime- said Oh, Sorry. Ill tell the guys to do better. That was it! Im not a complainer and due to several people waiting to use the vacuums, I hurried to vacuum the car and leave. Upon leaving, I called the number on my receipt- no one answered. I left a message. After I got home, I began to wipe down my car when I noticed the car was definitely half way cleaned and it was a less than average job. No shine and the package I paid for specifically said shine for car and tires. Frustrated, I wanted to let it go as had a busy day but upon leaving home, I thoroughly had an opportunity to look at my tires while getting gas and I became even more furious as it was evident the entire car wash was a waste. I called the number on my receipt again but no one answer. I returned to the car wash and asked to speak to a manager. An assistant manager came out who was much more pleasant and apologetic. He acknowledged the car had no shine and the tires were dirty. I told him the previous manager really did not say much and did nothing to resolve my waste of money. He brought the other manager back out and once again- no empathy or regard for the poor customer service, waste or money, and a less than average

For the most part I was happy with their service.It was conveniently located for me and customer service was usually on point. The only complaint that I have is that I just moved from north Dallas- if anyone has ever moved before it can be stressful and you have a lot on your mind- so I noticed that I was charged this month for my membership so when I called to cancel my membership I asked for a refund for this month since they can see it had not been used and it had only been a couple days and they would not give me money back for services unused. Really disappointed so customers beware they will take you money !!!!

This used to my favorite place to come washing my car since it was opened and started at $4. It was so fabulous. But I noticed since the price was rise to $5 for mint. It did not have a lot of foam-like before. I’m glad to pay more if I could get the same service, but its actually not! It even scratched my new car and broken my dad’s mirror side. So terrible. I do not come this place anymore.

Best in the area. They have air hoses by vacuums to get water out all the hard to dry areas.

Their rates are better compared to their surrounding competition.Their staff are very helpful.

Wash your car somewhere else. $7 to wash my car with BARLEY any soap. My dishwasher uses more soap than them. Plenty of competition within a 10 minute radius.

They have an air compressor gun at the vacuum spots which works great.

Nobody EVER answers the phone and there’s no email listed on the website. My front rim covers got all scratched up from one of the attendants directing me in poorly (I did not have time to go inside, so tried calling).Overall, it is a good value and just around the corner from my apartment. I bought new rim covers last week. I’ll be keeping a very close eye on them and making sure i only come here when I’ve got ample time... in case this happens again.

I got the platinum wash. The dry was spotty on windshields. The wash wasnt very good on front and back of car. Still had the ring from bird poop on front windshield. When I went to vacuum only left side had good suction.

My god the spam you get hammered with when trying to check out is so annoying, but the car was is quick and effective with friendly staff.

Am silver member here, but got bronze service for three times. Today I told a staff that am silver member not bronze. He said its the same. I need a explanation. I paid for silver but only got bronze service, should I only pay bronze price then? Am considering cancel the subscription if theres no convincible feedback.

It is an amazing car wash, but they have lowered the quality. At first they wet the car before brushing it, they no longer do it and that causes damage to the paint of the cars. And the current employees do the work without enthusiasm And I pay a month to give me a good service, I hope they improve and use workers who want to work like what they had before

Great wash especially for the basic one. I added tire shine, but seemed like it just cleaned them.

They were very helpful but did not scrub the tires. I wish they do a better job on the tires

I paid for the $12 premium wash that included wax and an additional $1 for a towel. I get out of the wash and my car is still covered in grime. I brought it back around to have some spots fixed and the guys were helpful and cleaned up those spots, but my car was still grimey so I asked to have it run back through the wash. They asked me if I got the $4 wash and I told them I paid for the $12 one, and they brought the owners over to ask me what was wrong and I asked that my car be run back through the wash again. They put my car on the belt, soaped it up and I ran through the whole wash without anything taking place, not even a spray of water or the dryers at the end. My car comes out still covered in soap and looks worse than before. Luckily I had purchased that towel from them so I polished all the soap off of my car by hand. That was needlessly spiteful on their part. You shouldnt treat your customers like that.

Very reliable, great pricing compared to others and open later than most! Must try!! They dont towel dry but a free vacuum area with free pressured air nozzles helps you quickly get a nice detail inside and out of your car! 5 stars for sure!!

Wow ....so the kid that is working the front controls, just dipped his brush into the bucket of water and then swong it all into my car window... all over me and in my car in the inside and laughed.. I had to laugh too cuz it was kind of funny!!! however he should have at least given me a towel to dry off my car and myself with. I guess next time I really got to roll up my window faster.. lol

Since you asked about why 4, and not 5 stars, I paid 3$ more for wax and shiny, and I got the same regular wash. Anyway, I had a good experience compare to the other places, and loved free vacume.

This location would be a real moneymaker if you offered more services. A simple rain check or the opportunity for one of the sweet kids to vacuum or wipe down a car. But youve tried to automate away everything you can including customer service.

Mint used to be my go to Car Wash until this last visit. It would not be fair to rate any less than 2 stars. Just like another review recently posted the quality of the soap, the machines, or just the completed work has significantly gone down. I always get the silver $10 wash and typical have no issues. However today I decided to go ahead and do the Platinum wash thinking that I would get better results. I was excited to see how the extra wax was going to turn out. I was mistaken and the wash that I received was worse than a $10 wash. The Platinum wash ($15) includes all the washes previously listed on their page however when I get the silver Im almost guaranteed to have shining wheels and tires. This time around it only did two tires and of those two tires it only did two-thirds of each tire. The wheels look untouched and have dirt on them that easily wipes off with my finger. I was highly disappointed also after looking at my wheels. I decide to take a look at the whole vehicle and it looks like the hood around the windshield sprayer nozzles still has significant dirt (2-inch in length) around them. There was also a little bit of soap left over on my mirror which is expected on the lower quality washes but on the highest one before detailing you can get is unacceptable.The last car wash visit I used a different location because I went on my way home from work. Mint is only 5 mins from my house. So its extremely convenient. I had used this other location on previous occasions for the same reason. However I paid the same amount at $10 for the wash and I went to Klean N Go. the $10 wash from there was comparable if not better due to the fact that I got everything I paid for. I plan to go back to Klean N Go because I can expect reliable and consistent service.The owner of the business responded and has yet to fulfill his statement/promise of letting me know once the equipment has been serviced and I can come back for the free wash.

This is one of the best car washes around! I bought a monthly subscription of $11.99 who can beat that unlimited deal and as you enter there are people who brush wash your car! Both sides and back not like other car washes who only use the brush on the driver side and maybe hit the back. The vacuums are always working and strong! ❤❤❤ Mint Carwash

$11.99 for unlimited washes and vacuum for a month. They hand wash your car a little before entering and the wash sprays tire shine on your tires surprisingly accurately. Highly recommend.

Very cleansing experience, I went in dirty and came out clean!

An upgrade was needed and delivered for this establishment. The wash was good and reasonably priced. The attendants were attentive and pushed the side mirrors in, and actually took the antenna off as not to get damaged. Nice touch to have a mirror to enter the wash and air blowers near the vacuums.

These guys really take care of you. Even with the $4 wash theyll brush your windshield, hood and also the back window. 10/10

The services is a good price especially the monthly plans and the vacuum work well they are getting two stars because on the left side of the car wash which is normally the only side that they have the vacuums open on doesn’t have a canopy and they have a lot of birds roosting on that side. The last 3 times I’ve gone there I have literally had to drive back through the car wash a 2nd time after vacuuming the car out because I end up with fresh bird poop all over the hood, windshield, and roof of my car by the time I’m done vacuuming. I have the $11 monthly plan so it’s more of a annoyance than anything to do this. I strongly advise you to vacuum out your vehicle 1st before washing it and pulling to the left side of the car wash to dray off your vehicle . There are other car washes close by if this isn’t something you want to worry about. I’m currently considering go to one of them I will update this post if I do make that change

Just left car wash, and it doesn’t even look like they touched the back of my car. Very disappointed. I would post a picture if I could. It looks at the same as I did before I washed my car.

Very impressed by the customer service here! I paid for the $1 microfiber towel (I thought I was paying for a hand dry), so when no one was waiting for me at the end of the car wash, I drove back to the entrance to ask about it. The manager was already looking at the bug residue that was left behind and granted me another round through the wash at the same level I paid for originally. It was a smooth operation with quality machinery. The only reason it didn’t remove everything the first round was because my car was FILTHY and neglected more than normal when I arrived. Definitely recommend these guys!

Had my car washed on 4/9 with the basic wash.They did not get my car clean. ( Had bird poop on a few places) I returned the next day to have them re wash the car and clean it . The manger told me the basic wash doesnt take care of bird poop. Isnt the purpose of a car wash to clean your car? I would not recommend this place more service and management.

Good wash dryers work well their very few water spots left on my windows bit thats to be expected. Priced very well. As am uber driver I do reccomend this place for your car if you do it yourself

I gave 3 stars only because of the vaccum pump I used was not up to the mark. The cleaning service was great for the price mentioned . It might be an unfortunate day to get stuck on that bad vaccum station.

I get pretty great car washes wherever I go, but I decided to stick with Mint mainly because they actually hire young Black men...and they do a fantastic job! I have to drive about 30 minutes to get there, but its worth it 😊✊🏾

I’ve seen this wash for a while now and I’ve yet to drive in until this past Sunday. I was impressed by the customer service I received in 30 degree weather from the gentleman at the payment box. The machinery is new and all vacuums worked fine as I used the last one available LOL.

The $4 wash does not touch the dirt and grime on your cars wheels. That is okay, I guess, but when you pay a $3 up charge for the wheel or tire clean and the brake dust, grime, and soiling STILL are not removed...that is not acceptable. There are better choices all over North Dallas/Carrollton than $4 Carwash!!!

WOW! I have lived in this area for 10+ years. I went to this carwash when I first moved here. At that time you had to beg someone for a token to use the free vacuums. That was the past! I was driving by today and the new improvements caught my attention. First of all the signs and the place looks great. The first thing that caught my eye when I drove in were the new truly free vacuums. I drove in and was greatead by a very friendly representative. Hey showed the different wash options. I purchased the $4 dollar wash and was pleasantly surprised how clean my vehicle ended up. I can only imagine how great my vehicle would look at a higher options. My vehicle is a 2005 Jeep, but I have always kept up the paint and wash regularly. Once I finished, I went into a vacuum slot and to my surprise they have air guns to spray out areas the vacuum cant reach. This is definitely a wonderful added feature that none of the other car washes have. I have used 4 in the local area. The vacuums did a great job in cleaning. The hoses are long enough to reach the back of vehicle. This is definitely my new car wash spot!

Paid 20 bucks for an exterior/interior cleaning and the right half of my car was left dirty( on the outside). The female did not wipe down that side and I didnt realize until I got home.

Came on a Saturday..busy as expected...only one guy working the brushes at the front...the other guy that controlled the buttons kept looking at his phone..didnt brush the drivers side of my vehicle...btw I rolled my passenger window down and have the kid that actually was working his tip he deserved.

I usually don’t write reviews. I have been going to this carwash since I moved to this area, even before they remodeled and changed to the new ownership. Moreover, on the 11th of June I had a bad experience. I stopped by to wash my truck and I believe that I forgot one of my mats on the vacuum area. It was frustrating to me since it’s a brand new truck and I’m very careful with my vehicles. On Saturday I passed by to wash my wife’s car and one of the carwash guys recognized me and thanked me for coming often and supporting the business. After that I checked my truck before leaving my house and I realized about the passenger mat and I asked my wife to call the CW to verify if they found it. The answer was no, then I called and the person that answered the phone just cut me off and while I was talking he hang up on my face. I was already very disappointed with my loss and now it was worse due to the treatment given by this gentleman. I called back and told him that this is not the way that he should treat his loyal customers. Overall, I was expecting more commitment from the management staff in order to help me, saying, let me check my cameras, can you please leave you number in case we find it. I’m not asking for anything, just a better support cause this can happen to any customer. I don’t want no body having this kind of problem. Also, those mats are very expensive. Please, take a look on your facilities to double check if it is there. Also, a found and lost sign to motivate people turning in things to the office would help a lot.

Most vacuums work great. Beware of your right side mirrors as the spinner will tossle it back and forth. I was worried mine was going to snap.

When this placed changed ownership they are now just competition for the other places in the area. They dont seem to have any care if your vehicle is clean or not. First time I went in after they opened the employees we are awesome and informative. My truck tail did not get cleaned properly. I asked the next if the would mind paying a little closer attention to that area. This time I was told if you get the basic we have to hurry you through we cant guarantee it will be clean. Excuse me but I did pay you for a service and expect you pay attention to detail. This is not how you run a business and keep happy customers. My previous trip I paid for top tier wash and it was still dirty when I got home. So why would I pay more when you cant even get it clean for more money.Now on other note the brushes they pre wash with are scratching peoples paint. May not be noticable on other cars but on a black truck it shows up big time. Suggestions, if you want repeat business I suggest you take more pride in the services you offer. Try a pre rinse and clean your brushes more often. If I lived in a house I would wash it at home but I cant so I have to depend on places like your to take care of my ride.
