I had them wash couple of trucks..One of them they did ok job..Other one u can see urself and be the judge..Paid $45

This tram is excellent and they take pride in the service they preform. I will use them for all 7 of my cars. They did a ceramic finish on my Escalade and I can tell you the first stop after receiving it got big compliments. BTW, it is diamond white. Beautiful and professional job.

Called them to get a quote. Planned on dropping my car off to them, but life happened and I was unable to do so. Notified them of this with plans to reschedule, and they offered to come pick my car up, clean it and drop it back off same day within about 4 hours. We have a large dog and two small kids that regularly ride in this car so they had their work cut out. The way they operate, from the detailing to above and beyond customer service, was outstanding. Call them with confidence.

They do a consistently fantastic job cleaning my cars, their cost is comparable to other shops, and they come to my house. Not much more you could ask for.

Very professional staff. Arrived on time of my appointment. The detailing was exactly that, GREAT DETAILING AND CLEAN. The inside of my car looked like I was getting it off the car lot, and for a woman, that’s a big deal!!! The exterior was cleaned very well and my car looked super sexy in the sunlight after they finished. BOOK THEM! You will not be disappointed.

About a year or so ago I decided to google mobile car wash companies. My search led me to Tic Tac Mobile Wash and I have been a happy customer since I found this company. They have always done a great job on my truck, very professional and respectful individuals. The owner is always accommodating and does what he can to meet your needs. Try them out! You won’t be disappointed.

They are superb at what they do. I had all my stuff in my vehicle preparing to move, but it didnt interfere with their cleaning, they cleaned the back first then, moved all my things to the back and continued cleaning. I called them in the morning to ask if they could come at a specific time and they said yes and also got there on time. It was extremely hot out, but they still did their thing; MAKE SURE YOURE OFFERING THEM WATER/GATOR/POWERADE! The price was good, they are professional and the quality is good, they even ask if youre satisfied before accepting payment which is good, gives you time to look and check to point out anything if any. They are good, will definitely ONLY deal with them. Thank you all again! :-)

Took my car to be detailed they said that they were going to shampoo the seats in the carpet nothing was done the windows were filthy dirty no detail whatsoever and the car still smells like cat they said that they were going to take out the odor very bad job save your money it cost me $130 for nothing Tasha personally said that it was going to be done a great job not at all not at all I’m very disappointed

OMG! I am so pleased with the finished results. I recently moved to Dallas from Pittsburgh and my six month old puppy is not use to the heat. He has been shedding like crazy. Needless to say, my car was covered in dog hair. Im happy that my car looks like it did before the puppy :). They did an amazing job. Reginald was the guy that had came back to help us after the first crew had got rained out (wasnt able to get their name!) However, they were on time, and very efficient. Reginald not only did a great job at what he was left with but also checked over what was already done to assure nothing was missed due to the storm! 💯 percent satisfied they all did a great job! Cannot recommend these chaps enough. I found them by searching Google and noticed their 5 star rating. They deserve it. Rang them 9am Saturtday and they were out washing and waxing my baby by 1pm. Left the keys with them and they made my pride and joy look mint. Pricing is good also. Three chaps popped out of a signed van and went to work. Recommended definitely. Would give 6 starts if I could. I am also now going to get my my car washed every two weeks. Thanks Tic Tac

This company did an amazing job of helping my companyh out last minute with a high-end horse trailer that was on display at the Dallas Convention Center. The trailer had traveled through rain and mud and was already on the showroom floor, but Tic Tac Mobile Detailing was quick to evaluate and accept the job, and had it all done within the promised time frame. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the Dallas area who needs detail work done and appreciates prompt, friendly, and professional service.

Came to Dallas from out of town with my car being dirty. I looked up all the mobile washes and saw Tic Tac Detailing. I called to see if they could wash my Sublime Challenger in such short notice and they did without hesitation. Finish the car in timely manner and left it spotless. Horrible driver. The driver was swerving in and out of lanes almost causing multiple accidents. Tried to cut me off, if it wasn’t for my honking he would’ve never seen me in his blind spot and would’ve caused a casualty. He even had the audacity to honk back for his bad driving.

They did a great job detailing a truck. I would recommend them to anyone in Dallas. They called to confirm and gave updates on when they were to arrive.

Very unprofessional staff. Scheduled an 8am appointment to have them come out to my house and take a look at my car to get an estimate. 8am rolls around and they don’t show up so I call at 8:30 and they say they’ll call me back to see “where the guy is at”. They take about 15 minutes to call me back and claim he didn’t forget about me, he just had to go help someone with another vehicle. They offer to reschedule for Monday but I needed it taken care of Saturday so I say “No thank you, I’ll have to take it somewhere else” and they immediately hung up. I don’t know how this place has good reviews with customer service like that. If you’re going to miss an appointment, at least let the customer know. Don’t try to lie about it and then hang up on them. Won’t ever be doing business with them.

Great fast service! Prices are reasonable and Reggie is a great guy to have detail your car. They wash our Corvette and CTS-V and they do an outstanding job everytime. He has a Mobile app for quick scheduling or just call and get it scheduled.

Reginald and Charles remember my name and even got a mark off my dashboard my previous Detailer couldnt remove. Reginal and crew are fantastic in washing and detailing your car. I had gone through a car wash and scratched up my convertible pretty bad and these guys were able to get rid of all of the scratches. Tic tac is for sure the way to go when taking care of your car.

Worst service ever they massed up my speakers toke the seats out and didn’t put them in right I guess when they cleaned inside they didn’t let it dry so smells like somebody vomit inside of my truck they toke The belt buckle off did not put it in when I told him he said they were going to give me a new one I have not heard from them I paid them in full thinking he was going to come back and fix it but I was wrong
