My bf visited here on vacation and had an amazing experience. I had the combo Thai massage and my bf had the deep tissue. I was massaged and stretched in a way I had never experienced before. The relaxation and relief I felt after was superb. We will definitely visit again upon our return to Oahu.

My boyfriend took me here mid last year because I’ve been having a severe back pain. My boyfriend hates massages and did always have bad experience. After doing the couples massage, I knew it will be my forever massage place. Everyone is so professional, friendly, and it’s very clean. I would highly recommend this place. Because if you don’t snore and fall asleep like I do in a massage place, then you’re at the wrong place and you need to take your business with LANIKAI BEACH SPA, they are the best!!!!

One of the best massages I’ve had on the island. Did a couples massage consisting of hot stones and a foot scrub. The ladies treated mine and my husbands body differently, we each had different points we wanted/needed focused on and they did not disappoint. Will be back.

Fantastic place! My husband and I came here for massages after a 10 mile hiking day and both of the ladies worked us hard and got ALL of the knots. The spa is new and beautiful and clean, highly recommend going to get a quality massage by the welcoming owner 💕

OMG 😳 😱 😆. Just try it out yourself . I did the deep massage 💆‍♂️ with the cupping . Before I couldn’t touch my back but now, I’m as flexible as a 🐱 cat(meow!). What is cupping you ask? Just type it in on google . Oh and for first time patrons you may receive a discount. Staff is clean 🧼 and rooms are well maintained.

This was a much needed stop on our trip. The spa is clean and the massage was great. Ning was amazing, and worked on several knots I had—she even recommended some stretches afterward. Would definitely recommend this to anyone in search of a massage.

Lanikai Beach Spa was so worth the trip from Waikiki Beach! The Spa itself was cute, clean and relaxing. Nalani and Mandy gave my friend and myself such good massages we ended up booking two more over the course of our vacation. Both Nalani and Mandy are professional, attentive, friendly, warm and really work to give attention to and resolve the key problem areas you tell them about and the ones they find in the process! Also, Ning, who booked our massages was incredibly kind to us and went out of her way to make us feel welcome, even going above and beyond by texting us recommendations of restaurants and beautiful beaches in the area. Our experience with Lanikai Beach Spa really was superb and a highlight of my trip— the team felt like friends by the end. Can’t wait to be back some day soon!

Ning is freaking awesome and amazing!!! When ever i come back to Hawaii i definitely will come back here~ also don’t buy on Groupon, it’s way better to pay in person. My husband and i felt so relaxed after that massage. This was definitely worth it!!!

One of the BEST massages Ive had in a long time. I love the location being that its away from the hustle & bustle. Nalani is fantastic! I had a full body massage with hot stones & a feet sugar scrub. She even caught some tight spots I wasnt aware of because I was so focused on my normal tight spots. Shes friendly, professional, & listens to you & your body. I highly recommend Nalani & Lanakai Beach Spa!

We went in for a couples massage and received such a friendly, attentive and worth while massage. They were very respectful, paid attention to every trouble area and the spa itself was super clean with a very professional set up. If we are ever back on the island again we will definitely make it a point to come back here!

My husband and I went in for our 1 year wedding anniversary and got the couples massage with hot stones and feet sugar scrub. It was amazing! It was my first time ever getting a massage. The room was decorated with hearts for our celebration as well. Turns out I had some terrible knots in my back lol felt refreshed afterwards! They were very accommodating and super friendly! If you plan on going give them a call first!

Ning was amazing in coordinating my appointment, she was very flexible and accommodating. Ning provided directions which made getting to the spa a breeze. My wife and I got a couples massage from Bee and Mary and it was AWESOME. The massage was so relaxing and stress relieving I fell asleep. I highly recommend you experience Ning and her wonderful staff, the facility is well maintained, the rooms were clean and I felt that all COVID-19 precautions were maintained.

Ming is so amazing, going the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. I had a sunburn on my legs when I went in to get my toes done and she offered to apply allow to my burn, she’s great, I will definitely be coming back to see her.

TLDR:Good: cute message for our anniversary, my wifes massage was goodBad: ended early, my massage therapist did not seem well trained and likely did as much damage as therapyMy wife and I went for our anniversary and used a 70-minute couples massage Groupon. They put up a cute message saying Happy Anniversary on the screen behind the desk which was a nice touch and the therapist who helped us with the paperwork and payment was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was not great. We did arrive several minutes late and had to complete the initial paperwork which meant the massage started later than our appointment time. We did arrive late but one would think they would allow a few minutes for the paperwork and not end strictly at the 70-minute mark from the scheduled start time. But when the massage ended it was not even 70 minutes from the scheduled start time. There was a clock in the room and they tried to tell us it was slow and told us to compare it to the time on my phone. Even factoring in the 2 minutes the clock was off it still ended at least 5 minutes early. My wifes therapist was good, but my massage was so bad that I was actually happy it had ended early. My therapist seemed to rely heavily on using elbows instead of technique to apply firm pressure, and she did not seem to have an adequate understanding of anatomy or body mechanics. At one point she was using her thumb to apply very firm pressure to the side of my neck and anterior (front) part of my trapezius. It was very uncomfortable and I was concerned because the brachial plexus (nerves which make your arm work) is located in that area. When I asked what she was working on she said, this muscle, and going down to the shoulder which made me think she actually did not understand the anatomy or know exactly what she was targeting. During other parts of the massage she needed to move an arm or a leg but whereas other massage therapists will bend the knee or reposition the arm in a smooth motion and replace it in a position that does not require you to do anything, her movements were awkward and kept getting stuck on the sheet covering me and when she placed my arms back on the table I had to move them so they did not fall off the sides. I have only selected a few problems but if I wrote about everything this review would be even ridiculously longer than it already is. Normally I love massage with very firm pressure but the problem with using only elbows or thumbs to achieve pressure is the way that force is magnified when it is applied to a very small area instead of being spread out a little more using the palms. Bone vs muscle is damaging, not therapeutic. Overall, if you go to Lanikai Beach Spa for a massage and get the petite Asian woman you will probably have a good experience.

Ning is very nice and friendly. I am doing massage and cupping takes about an hour. Walk in with very tight muscle sore shoulder, but Feels much better after treatment. Very professional. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing experience! I am six months pregnant and Ning made me feel great! She has amazing customer service and the place was really nice I would definitely recommend 100%!

Incredibly professional and not only was it relaxing but also help made my body feel more responsive and flexible. Calm environment that is at his the right temperature to not feel too hot or freeze during the session. Definitely recommend and will be a regular.

I’ve been to see Ning at Lanikai beach Spa over the past couple months. Mostly because I have ulcerative colitis and the cupping along with massage helps a great deal. I’ve also started a diet back in December of 2019 and I know holistic and alternative natural healing and medicine is significantly better for me. After every cupping session I feel like I have more energy, more relaxed, I sleep better and more hungry. The cupping helps your digestive system processes which In-turn improves digestion and metabolism. The cupping along with diet has helped me lose 30lbs so far. But I have to remind myself proper diet and consistency is the key!!The place of business itself is very clean and well organized. Makes me fell right at home. Ning is super nice and very knowledgeable about everything she offers. My wife goes to Ning for cupping and facials now as well. My wife said it’s by far the facial she has gotten!! I have been going about every week to every other week and I will continue to go even after I reach my goals. For me cupping and healthy diet is the way to go. My wife says I even look younger. 😀🙏.
