This was my 4th visit here true past 6 months and I have to say it will be my last. I used to recommend this place to friends. Not sure what happened but this was the worst.The quality was abysmal. I got the $35 “Luxury” package which includes wiping down the seats. I even said I’ll pay extra to make it tip top inside.This was the worst experience I’ve had. I still need to take it to another wash or just gonna have to vacuum and wipe everything off myself.

What a waste of money! We paid for the Wildcatter, and it was a complete waste of $28! I’m furious, there was no vacuuming done whatsoever and the car was left exactly how we took it, dirty, smudges we’re left everywhere. We had to take it to another car wash and do it ourselves. Please don’t go here and spend money, you’ll regret it. The service is pathetic!

Brought my husband’s truck for a detail and they did amazing. Fast and attention to detail! Wow!

Full service car wash. Great attention to detail. Support local business and these Lake Highlands residents. You pay outside via a hand held device, hop out of your car, and they take it from there. They spent at least 5 minutes cleaning the inside, and wiping down the outside with the Basic car wash. Took a few minutes, but the car looked great when they were done.

Terrible. The service was so much better under the old management. Now, I regret going there everytime. Might as well drive further instead of throwing money away here. Not Worth it. My windows had unexplained smudges and the car stunk like smelly towels, dont get me started on the vacuuming🤮🤮

45 dollars for the deluxe. Spotty cleaning inside the car. My cup holders and coin holder were not cleaned. Dash board cleaned to a certain point. I have been loyal but I am going elsewhere.

Come to this place if you want to wait over 2 hours for a simple car wash and vacuum inside. I could’ve done it faster myself at home.

My car wasnt cleaned, I paid 25 dollars and even gave a tip and my car was a mess. I will not return to this car wash.

This service was awesome! My car looked like Royalty when finished. The manager explained the services they offered, helped me pick the one I needed and phenomenal. I’ll definitely be back for my next wash.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you have plenty of time on your hands. The previous owners ran a terrible car wash and I stopped coming. I’ve started coming back since it changed ownership. The wash better but they need to find a way to get you in and out faster. I’ve been here an hour and they haven’t even started. I understand places get busy but this is ridiculous. This will be my last time here.

Cannot say enough good things about Lake Highlands Car Wash. We brought our truck in after a camping trip completely covered in dirt/dust inside and out and it is back to looking brand brand new after they detailed it. Definitely worth the money. We had such a great experience and couldn’t be more pleased with the service or results! The manager Bobby is the man!

Decent car wash, a block or 2 from my house. I paid $30 for hand wash, in order to avoid damage to the paint of my new car. No damage, but they left several (obvious) spots. I did not walk around the car to inspect it before leaving, so you definitely will want to if you go there. Plus, they did not dry the recessed areas of the car so water streaked once I drove it away. I did a better job washing it myself in 20 minutes 2 weeks ago so I guess Ill just do that and not go back there.

Great service at a fair price. I saw the good reviews on Yelp and drove out of my way for a wash. I got the special and they paid the most attention to detail I’ve had in a car wash in a long time. Only piece of feedback is I was a little surprised that my small SUV counted as “oversized”, but still worth the $24 and the drive for better service. Always love supporting local!

Did not put my air freshener in my car and laughed about it poor service I hate it there!

The worst car wash ever!! I took my new car for its first wash back in December (paid extra for the hand wash service) and left with terrible swirl marks and scratches all over my Porsche. The towels or mitt must have been dirty. Every time I wash my car it’s a upsetting because the scratches are so noticeable. I almost rather have a dirty car to hide it :(

Better pricing than I expected... Staff was friendly and courteous. As with any car wash, visually inspect the work to make sure no spots were missed, and if you have a particularly dirty vehicle be sure to tip accordingly :-)

Purchased a “Wildcatter Wash” that states 48-rain check on Friday, it rained Saturday and went to get it re-washed Sunday but was told it wouldn’t be honered because it didn’t “rain-rain”. Called to speak with a manager for clarification on what is considered “rain-rain” and no one answers the phones.

Decent price. Ok job but left my steering wheel with ice cream on it

Oversized car they said, pay more money the said, clean and vacuum my car they did NOT. I have a mid sized SUV so I get reason to pay more but when I get home an notice no one vacuumed the hatch, the gear shift was still crummy and dusty and under my back seats look questionable. Oh and lets not forget I didnt get any car deodorizer (my favorite part of the whole process). The exterior made me smile and they did a good job on my rims which Lord knows they needed some help. The inside needed additional work once I got home. Ive been here before and service was definitely better in the past. The restrooms where out of order for boys and girls but the facility was clean and staff was nice even had a little technical difficulty and one of the guys handled it very well. I will return hopefully they will handle me better on my next visit........

I went into the Lakehighlands Carwash on yesterday and once again the crew Wowed me. My car look like I just bought it off the showroom floor when they were done cleaning the out and inside. The detail work is phenomenal. My daughter told me about the quality work these guys do and they truly impressed me. Im sold on this place and truly suggest you bring your car here for love and care ! I also met the owner who is very personable. Thank you Lakehighlands Carwash for putting some sparkle in my life !

I went to get a wash last Thursday morning and got the $20 wash. I was somewhat skeptical after driving by this place multiple times because it does look a little run down. But the google review average and the fact that some of those reviews claim this is owned by a local resident convinced me to give it a try.This is not a good car wash. There were multiple areas of my car that were not clean at all (the front bumper and grill area, the rear around the license plate, and around any badging on the car, as well as a few areas on the sides). This is probably due to the old automatic wash they run it through. They didnt run it through again or attempt to clean any of it up post wash either though. The vacuum job left much to be desired and they didnt dust the dash very well.Long story short, I paid $20 for a wash on a Thursday morning, they did a junk job, I came home from work and spent an hour cleaning it myself.2 stars because it technically came out cleaner than when I brought it in.

We took in our Tahoe and it looks great! The detail to the inside, from the cup holders to dashboard was the best ever. Will be our new Car Wash home!

Horribly slow, over an hour for a basic exterior wash. I had to pull my car and leave before they vacuumed and dusted interior because I had another place to be. I’d ask for my money back but there wasn’t any staff there to help. Won’t return.
