A little pricier than your avg car wash if you get the deluxe packages (up to 20 bucks). I would go back and just do the basic $10 wash and take advantage of the free vacuuming.

This car wash has changed when it comes to the quality of how your car is washed. I noticed they dont change the brushes very often, some of the spray jets are clogged, the tire dressing is hit or miss at times, and the machine that has the curtain brushes are missing some of the strips. The vacuums are also hit and miss when it comes to finding one that works. Not very well maintained like it used to be. For the price you pay to get your car washed here, you would think the brushes would be better, the water and Rain-X sprayers would work properly, and your car wouldnt look like it went through a 20-second wash.

Rain repellent is working 20% they should fix it,,, sometimes the shine on the rims does not work

Paid for the $16 wash. Feel like it was too quick. Didnt get rid of the dirt on the front of the car. Sides were cleaned well though. Not worth the money honestly.

The basic wash here does a pretty good job on my small car. They have free, self-service vacuuming as well, which is very convenient.

Very unprofessional location, the employees were just standing around not even directing traffic then they call the “manager” who’s main issue was the cigarette that i thru out in the driveway were there was water to wash it away, and then when i went thru the wash they turned off the dryer and the manger refused to give me any info on how to contact corporate. His response was we don’t have a corporate office.. The whole time i was talking to this so called manager he was eating a chocolate cupcake, Wow!! This is the kind of employee this place has! I sure wouldn’t pay them to be doing nothing more less being disrespectful..

Zips Car Wash is open 8am to 8pm, and offers washes from $7 to $20. Wash Club memberships are also offered at reasonable rates to those interested. They do that you have a clean pickup bed as there seem to be more than a few reviews of dryer issues. If vehicle has loose items, dryers will cut off for safety. Handicapped parking is for handicapped marked vehicles only. Several reviews of the store have put the staff down as disinterested or rude. Perhaps the reviewers are the ones being rude? I find it hard to believe that the staff is rude to everyone. Still, its encouraged that you come and make up your own mind. Its Fast, Friendly, and youll get a better clean than competitor washes.

This was my first time here and it was great. A little confused when paying but nothing that I couldnt figure out. They have different plans which is pretty cool. Will definitely be going back.

Tried to give them another chance on my home hoping for a quick run through basic wash. Once again, AFTER paying, the cone is in the lane. I wait about 3 minutes, another car gets in line behind, and I get out to knock on the door and a young guy comes out and says sorry bout that. Put the cone at the entry, so potential customers are aware of possible delays! FYI: no rain guarantee as others offer.

Went in today around 2pm for a car wash since my car needed it bad. Paid $13, just remember put your car on neutral & let go of the brakes. Left my rims dirty I had to go back and clean myself again. Besides that left my car pretty shiny. Free vacuum wish the holes was longer.

Terrible customer service. I wouldnt even give a star to this place, this place is terrible. The basic car wash is pricey compared to others 7$ when you can get the same in others for 5$. Thats not merely the worst thing, I went inside the tunnel with my car in perfect conditions and the machine made my back bumper to fall and twisted it. I went to make a complaint with the manager and he had sort of an attitude and was very unprofessional, I went there with a car in perfect conditions and left with my car damaged. The manager alleged it was previous damage even the guy that pre-soak the cars was a witness that it was in good condition before going inside and saw what the machine did to my car. Stay away from this carwash!! Terrible experience.

WOULD NOT EVEN WASH MY TRUCK DUE TO POWER SPRAY RIG WITH MOTOR IN BED. RIG CAN SIT IN A HARDCORE THUNDERSTORM AND BE PERFECTLY FINE BUT NOT A CARWASH. THE (2) BUBBAS WERE MORE WORRIED ABOUT THEIR JOB THAN ANYTHING ELSE.

This is a really nice carwash!! Every time I come here my car always looks incredible!! getting the $13 wash is WELL worth the money!! The employees are always so sweet and helpful and make sure Im satisfied through every wash. So glad I tried this place out and I will never use another car wash again. Would give zero ⭐ Use to be great experience and value. Now hours are reduced to 9-5 and it seems to be broken every time I can make it in. And the dry time was getting shorter. Not sure if its the owners or the patrons breaking it all the time. 😣Real shame, was a good option.

Nothing qrong with the wash itself, well thats if you get the $12 wash. The big issue is the vacuum self-serve that they offer. Only have about 8 spaces that have hoses that work properly. Unless you wake up super early, your not going to be cleaning up the inside.

Will do my best not to give this place any more of my business. Once again, went there a little after the advertised opening time of 8:00 and the place was not open. Thats happened to me a couple of other times, as well. I only went there out of desperation, hoping to surprise my wife with a clean car for our anniversary when she left for work - but good ole unreliable Jett express torpedoed that. Really frustrating that they cant properly staff the place to fulfill their advertised business hours...

Im not one who writes bad reviews on businesses but I paid for a full service for my vehicle and I got told to move around by Nick, when trying to use the vacuum in the handicap parking... I would of gladly moved if and when someone with handicap access would of shown up. The other vacuums were being used by customers already. I feel completely humiliated by this guy not taking a different approach. I just hope this company can give employees lo ike this better people skills... FYI, the greeter did a great job.

Watched as prices have continued to rise for a normal car wash. Now you cant get a wash for under $12.00, the same wash one could get for $8.00 which was formally $7.00. Surly managers on duty. Far too much problem to help a guest. Payment machines (touch screens) glitchy all the times Ive been there. All they want to do now is sell $34.00 passes. Guess what? Now you loose the business I was giving on a steady business. I used to REALLY like this place. Horrible that the owner has chosen to go this route. Lost this business forever.

Basic wash cleans the car decently but my back windshield wiper has been ripped off twice now even after asking the employee to tape it. This has never been an issue until I came to this car wash.

Great service... When theyre open!! I agree with the other reviewer. There have been multiple times when Ive stopped by during business hours, and the cones are in the lane. I guess thats what happens when its a one-man show, and they have to take a potty break.

Top end car wash same quality as running a garden hose across your car. One guy running the whole place. Dont count on getting any service beyond the basic $3 wash.

I will never take my car there again. A few months ago the worker guided my car off the tracks and dented one of my rims, the guy was eating his sandwich. Then a few days ago my car was guided on the tracks too close to the pickup truck in front of me that I hit him. I know better then to complain because its not their fault. I AM CALLING THE BBB.

First time last time. Horrible customer experience. He wouldn’t remove my antenna. He said it would be OK, but wouldn’t guarantee it. Was rude when I stopped my car to remove it myself. Did not offer any explanation as to how I’m supposed to know. Three other places in the area will remove it for me. Avoid

Terrible experience. Took my car through and one of the nylons caught my side view mirror and snapped off. When I tried to put my mirror back out it wouldnt work. Alerted manager, they wrote up a report but never got back to me. When I called a week later they said they wouldnt pay for the repair...I guess I will try my luck in small claims court.

Well i love jet express but i believe the dallas location gives it a bad name. The place opens at 8am and they havent opened doors and its about 8:35am. Loosing business. I have seen several cars come and make u turn and leave

Terrible car wash. I went in for a routine car wash, and my back bumper was ripped off. They contacted me after a thorough investigation and they believed that my back bumper was previously damaged when in fact it is new. They claimed they will not pay for a new bumper so small claims court it is.

Damaged the lower passenger side of my car. Their machine scratched all the way down to the metal. This car wash needs maintenance and they are too cheap to do it. Stay away unless you want many shallow scratches and a couple of deep scratches.

2nd time here and its closed during business hours, 1st time was because cody hadnt been on lunch break. Now today is because he hasnt been able to use the restroom. I ask him about how long and his response is I dont know how my bowel movements are today wow. Lets see how long I have to wait.

Open/close times are erratic.. often closing an hour before advertised time. Vacuum area is riddled with trash. Employees seem bothered to even be working. Used to be my go-to but has really gone downhill.

So stupid.... I pull up at 9:00 am expecting them to be open since they open at 9:00 and they have cones out. Waited for 10 min for them to open. Frustrating. Youre losing business by doing this stupidity!!!

Never open on time. They put away half of the vacuum hoses an hour or more before closing time. Less soap than originally used when first opened. Doesnt dry good. Car still wet all over and dirty at the bottom and back.
