Every communication with 5G representatives was positive and prompt. My 82 year old veteran father dropped off the rented equipment that I used over the weekend, I organized and picked the equipment up. He and I myself have had a very good experience. Staff was helpful getting a machine they actually didnt have available but they made some phone calls n got one anyway. We were able to finish our job. Maybe just a heads up on the wet saw we rented couple days earlier.. pump didnt work at all had to use garden hose for the whole day. Seem like great guys though. Thanks

I needed to rent a concrete saw for a few hours and they were great! Rented to me at a fair price and the saw was in great shape and did the job perfectly! Then when I returned it they gave me a baseball cap! 5 star service at 5 G rental!

Ive rented a lot of equipment in my time, but Ive never had as good an experience as I did at 5G. Top notch customer service and a great selection of tools available. I took advantage of their weekend warrior special and used a skid steer for the whole weekend for only $125. HUGE labor saver.

Great people to work with. Rented a ride on mini skid steer and dump trailer. Great experience and very polite. When looking for a trencher they called around to other rental places and then were able to accommodate for the weekend. That is class A service. Will rent all my equipment from them from now on!

5.11.20 I wanted to rent an excavator with delivery and pick up for some work in a remote area and contacted multiple companies in the Bend area. 5G had the most transparent and competitive pricing that I found. Communicating and transacting was hassle free and they were more than happy to answer questions and special requests. I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects. :)

Always great service and equipment

I live in a rental house and the yard has not been very well taken care of by the past tenants. We are trying to get the yard in good condition for our kids to play in. I decided to aerate (which I had never done before) - I rented the machine from 5G and they were very helpful when I picked it up. They showed me how to work everything and gave me pointers on how to get used to using the machine. It was definitely tricky at first, but the tips they gave me were very helpful and I got the yard done in no time. I would highly recommend 5G for any rental needs you might have!

Have rented multiple pieces of equipment over the years (skid steer, trailers, sod cutters, rollers, etc.) and have always gotten great service (Rented a skid steer and trailer, but trailer was late coming back so they dropped off for free so I could start my work. Also rent by the half-day if needed which is great for the quick little jobs.

Ive used 5G both professionally (lifts for lighting for church and theatrical productions) and personally (backhoe for digging ditches to run gas lines on my property) They are easy to work with, helpful when figuring out the right piece of equipment for the job, quick and available at troubleshooting when that needs to happen (which is rare), and I can confidently say it is the best equipment rental company Ive worked with in Bend. I highly recommend using them...I wont use anybody else again!

They got me squared away with the right equipment and were great at explaining it all to me. Rates were reasonable and their crew was amazing. Have questions about what equipment to use? These people were so nice! I had never driven one of these things before and I wasn’t even sure what kind of equipment I needed. I had asked for bigger and more expensive equipment than I needed. When I explain to them what I needed done they told me that I did not need such a big machine and recommended a smaller vehicle that was at least $100 less. They came out to my house, set it up and showed me how to use it. Then the guy went over the simple steps with me so that I was sure that I could do it after he left. As a woman I was glad that I was not spoken down to at all.Then when I was through using the machine they came out picked it up and took it away. Very easy and very friendly and talkative from the phone call to the pick up. If I need equipment again I will definitely use them!

My wife rented a ramp to load a heavy ice cream machine into the back of a pick up. 5G was very accommodating and loaded the ramps into her mini van for her. We will definitely use them whenever we need to rent equipment. Highly recommended!!

This review is well overdue. I have been working with Brandon and the Ricks since 5G opened and I have rented a multitude of equipment from excavators, skid steers, rollers, you name it. Service is always great, immediate response, and competitive pricing. Most of the equipment is brand new, and if they dont have something in stock, they find it. Super reliable and super friendly.
