I have gone here two times and Mimi and Ha did my nails. These are my nails after three weeks. Yes, they are grown out, but they still look shiny. Going back today!

I went in to get my nails re-dipped and I’ve never regretted anything more. I sat there for almost two hours just to leave with worse nails than I had coming in (my nails were grown out and I was missing one and they still looked better). I don’t even know the employees name but she was not educated AT ALL. She did not clean her work station at any point, my old nails clippings and all the dip shavings laid under my hands the whole time. Their dip process is far off from any other place I’ve been to, and I had to ask if they were going to remain as LUMPY as she made them and she told me she had to shape them still?? She then proceeded to sand them down, which just started chipping off the dip making my nails looking like craters. She just kept sanding and sanding and sanding to the point I finally asked if she would just stop because they’re only getting worse. She told me she was messing up so bad because she had to keep answering the phone, which she did EIGHT times, and told me I don’t have to pay them but to come back tomorrow. I will not be going back and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Worst salon experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting my nails done for over 3 years.

Love this place!! I have the best time with my bestie when Im here and I get great nails from Mimi and Nu. All the ladies here are fantastic!! I have went to so many different nail salons and they destroyed my nails!! Me and my best friend found this diamond in the rough almost 4 years ago now and my nails have never looked better!!! I dont have to worry about them breaking or chipping. And everytime we walk in we are welcomed with smiles and Hello from all the people there. Everyone knows what we like and talk to us while we are there, they treat us so nice like we are more than just some customer we are family. This is why we will never go anywhere else, we can go there relax get my nails done have fun and laugh like you are supposed to during a mani/pedi 😊

I was so impressed with this salon. My technician was so friendly and she was only interested in what I needed. She actually recommended a cheaper option for my situation. I really appreciated that! My nails are still perfect after 2 weeks.

Mimi and the staff at Turbo Nails are fantastic! The facility is clean and pricing fair. I usually get gel pedicures and find the polish lasts until I need to come in because my nails are too long again. The staff care about the clients and often stay past closing to accommodate walk-ins requesting services close to closing time. I love how friendly everyone is and always feel welcome and appreciated as a client.

I love Turbo Nails! I switched to this nail shop from another near by after my gel manicures were not lasting. They talked to me about dip and I love it! My nails are longer than they have ever grown. I love how cozy, clean and accommodating this shop is. They often stay late just for me!

I love Turbo Nails! Very clean and friendly! I have Kacey do my nails and she does awesome work. I have also had Ha, Nhu, Kim, Mimi and Peter and they are all very nice and do excellent work. My nails last a long time and they will fix any issues you have without any problems. I highly recommend Turbo Nails!!!

Went with my mom wanted to sit by her they put us 5 stations apart unfortunately and all the stations between us were open with no customers. Also, I asked for oval nails, she didn’t understand what I meant so I showed her an example, however she couldn’t complete what I asked for and I left with thick, fat square nails that I paid $60 for... completely unsatisfied. I have been getting my nails done for 3 years and I never had this bad for a manicure. I wouldn’t recommend this place. They didn’t even say hello or ask how I was doing we sat there in silence the whole time even when I tried to make conversation.

Mimi and her team of nail technicians are awesome! They always go above and beyond for me. Great service and awesome group of people!

I stopped in to have jel polish removed. The lady filed my nails so much, now theyre just thin and flimsy. It will take months for them to grow back. I will never go into this shop again.

I had the guy who did my nails I cant remember his name but he cut up my whole nails where he couldnt stop the bleeding and he just covered it with nail Polish. Also got the nail Polish on my skin and kept ripping off my skin till it bled. Also he did my nails really fast so there bumpy and looked rushed. I think it was a waste for $40, they look like $20 nails. So I dont recommend getting the guy nail tech but the other girls are fantastic! The nail tech ha does a fantastic job and I love her work!

Once I started going to Turbo nails I immediately felt like I was important when I went there Nhu, Ha & Mimi always take care of me they pampered me every single time I’ve gone there. You gals really took the time to care for me and always made sure my nails or my toes look great! If a nail ever breaks or is scuffed they fix it without questions asked. I love coming back there because they do a really great job every single time I come in there and I never have a problem and they work so hard! Plus, they’re so fun to hang out and talk to ♥️♥️♥️ Thanks for everything always ladies!! 😘

Salon does not follow normal powder dip process. They finish with a gel coat which they say helps keep shine. After 5 days my nails are no longer shining and look like awful press ons. They are too thick and lumpy looking and they also didn’t use enough layers of dip powder for a light color. You can see my nails through the powder. Not to mention I had 3 different people work on my nails and it took about 30 min longer than a normal dip. I didn’t have time to go to my normal salon which is why I stopped in here. I will never go back.

I love Turbo Nails! I wont go anywhere else! Ive been to lots of salons in my time and Turbo Nails is by far the best!They are always so friendly when they greet you, Ive always gotten in right away, never have had to wait.I see Kelly who works there, and she is an absolutely amazing artist!! Never have I had someone work on my nails with talent like hers!She can paint literally anything you want, from holiday art, to weddings, to just a cute spring flower, or an elagant red rose. Did I also mention she does 3D art that she sculpts from hand with the acrylic powder!?!?She can sculpt anything from a bundle of flowers to a simple cute little pink bow.Also another one of my favorite things they do is, Dip your feet in hot wax after every pedicure!!!! Love love love Turbo Nails 💞

Such a good experience I was there yesterday with my friend and she got her acrylic nails done but when she got them done she didn’t like the way it looked so we went back and they fixed them. They also gave me some good tips after I broke something I just bought.

My daughter and I have gotten excellent manicures here. However, the service at Turbo Nails is unpredictable. Some technicians are fairly friendly but most often than not, they don’t speak to us. They speak to each other Or other customers which I find horribly rude. Pedicures are awful. I come out with at least one toenail that is cut too short and at least one area of bleeding every time. Won’t return for a pedicure.

First time going, Kim did my nails chameleon style and they are gorgeous! Very friendly, clean and they offer a wide variety of services. I think I found my new nail home! Thank you Turbo Nails!

I have been going to this salon for years. Ha is very professional and ALWAYS does a great job on my pedicures and Manicures. She is my go to girl. The whole staff is professional and fun.

This was a terrible experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone. It is TOTALLY worth driving to Blaine for a treatment somewhere else. My technician was named HA. First, she was rude and disrespectful when I said I got the acrylic nails last time. She insisted that I go to the powder gel nails. When I said no I will go with the acrylic nails she was rude and didn’t talk to me at all during the treatment like it was my fault. Seriously, is this how you treat a customer? As I sat in the chair I didn’t even want to tip for this kind of poor service. When the treatment was done my nails were not even close to what I had before and when I brought it up to Ha, she was yet again rude with me. When I called back and asked to speak with the owner or manager, they make up excuses and never call you back. NEVER AGAIN

I would not recommend this place.I dont need to speak the language fluently to know what theyre talking about. Dont get me wrong, a couple of them are nice but, a lot of them are rude. I don’t know who is she.

The last pedicure was not the best. Nail polish application was rushed. The two previous times were fine though.

I’m really glad I called to make an appointment. Nhu did my nails and not only was she so fun to talk to, she really took her time and made them look great. I will come back to see Nhu!

I was in about 3 weeks ago and got a full set of acrylic nails, the first time I wasn’t happy but I called and got amazing customer service and a beautiful set of ombré nails, me and my friend where thrilled with how sweet the manager was she was so nice to redo my nails for no charge and stay 40 mins late after closing! I love turbo!

This was my first time getting a full set. I brought in a picture. It was simple. I left with two bleeding fingers from the dremel, corn chip thick nails, and colors nowhere near what I originally asked for as I was pressured to pick a color quickly and they treated me like my ideas were unachievable and that I was ignorant. I was not told a price difference for powder gel and liquid gel. And when I talked to the manager, she offered a free fill and fix. I thanked her but asked for my money back and offered to just have them take them off so they didnt think I wanted free services. This was turned down and I left. I was referred to this place and Im just assuming they had a different tech. One can only hope.Edit: its been 5 months since this experience and my once strong nails are weak, brittle, and thin. I havent had them longer than 1/16 since this horrendous experience. I will never have artificial nails again thanks to this place. If the manager or whoever ever gets around to reading these, you need to work on the communication skills of your employees. I do not mean the language barrier (even though the tech only spoke to me to condescend and treat me poorly in between speaking a foreign language to 2 other techs) I mean that you have employed at least one(to my knowledge) rude, unprofessional tech. She couldnt treat me with anything other than disrespect. I tried to politely tell her what I wanted and I was treated as though I was stupid. I told her she was hurting me and she told me that thats what happens during a full set(which from the info I have gathered since then, is completely untrue). If you want any new clients, you should probably get rid of this person or put them through some more training. I will forever let people know my experience here.

Me and my mom used to go here all the time. They got new owners there rude. They make you feel like idiots. I told her my nail was uneven she said no its not like Im stupid I told her I didnt like the color so she rolled her eyes told me to pick s new one. I asked for nude nails Cuz I couldnt find a color she had no idea what that was. They are aggressive. My mom got a pedicure and the lady told her her arms were too tired so my mom had to hold her own leg up. My moms legs are bruised from how hard she was massaging. They arent good. They are aweful. Complete disasters. Dont ever go here

Absolutely terrible. I showed them a picture of nails I wanted, I obviously would need to get fake nails but because I said manicure they started to fix up my nails. I stopped them and asked if they would be putting on fake nails. One lady with short hair was completely rude and wanted to charge me $20 extra dollars on top of the fake nails. The place is a joke!

Ive had my nails done here a few times over the years. Never had a problem until a few months ago. I went in to get a full gel set and the lady doing my nails cut up my skin with the dremal tool. I also do not think the tools used were cleaned properly. Because over the next 4 months I didnt not get my nails done again. But my skin kept getting cracked open, the skin was peeling and itchy constantly. At first I thought it was normal harsh mn winter doing it. And then I broke my gel nails off because I couldnt take it anymore and 4 of my real nails had a very bad infection underneath. 2 of them were so bad the nail was lifting up and away from my finger. And one of them lost half the nail completely. I have had my nails done for the last 10,years and never had this problem until now. Even if the tools were clean and I had some freak infection, the price, customer service and amount of work they put in is far lacking. Used to be my favorite salon. Now I dont think I will ever go back.

We went there for pedicures and the girl was in such a rush to get to her next customer that she rubbed the skin right off the side of my foot. She didn’t even apologize she just continued to talked to her friend in their language, I find this very rude

The lady taking appointments told me the wait would be 20 minutes, I ended up waiting 45 minutes. They try to nickle and dime you to death and are very pushy about getting the more expensive option. The woman I got spent the entire time talking to her co-worker. Over priced, rude, and a horrible expirence. Its been a week since my nails were done and 2 of them have come off. Never going back.

Was there not even five mins and they lady said we had five mins. To pick out a color. Then my friend was gonna just get color put on her real nails and wanted a football the rude ass lady was like um we cant ur nails are too short. Then my friend said k I just do fake nails instead. The rude lady said no we cant. They were so rude. Will not go back ever ever again . Do not go there . There so mean yo there customers

One of my nails broke the same day, so I went back to get it fixed. They put it on crooked and grinded my nail down so far that it hurts to touch. The lady was rude, and wouldnt stop talking to her co workers. DO NOT GO HERE! Was my first time and I wasnt impressed.

Not going back here paid 50$ for jell nails and with in a weeks not even they were already chipping, then I tell them and they fixed it but didn’t but the jell top coat on two of my nails. And they are still chipping!!

This place is aweful! I walked in and was told by a rude lady to come back in 20 minutes. I waited and after sitting for 30 minutes I was told that her friend would help me in 20 minutes. She thought she was really funny! They are also extremely over priced, $35 for gel polish application.

Poor customer service, I had a pedi and a mani by 2 different people and both were rude. Ill never go back.
