After going through the wash with only my tractor, I checked my truck out when I got to the truck stop near by. I found enough dirt inside the frame near the rear which made it look like it just went through a dirt field.When I called to complain and brought this issue to the manager, he told me that to wash the inside of the frame is an additional charge and considered a Detailed Wash.So something that is totally visible & would take 5 seconds to wash off is NOT 🚫 part of the Classic wAsh...??? Yeah, okay👌. I wont be back. Thanks.

This is the best location as far as quality of all the North Texas truck washes. Others do a half a$$ed job.

Truck was extremely dirty when I pulled in. After these guys worked on the W900 I was shocked how clean they left it in such little time. Will come back. Recommended! A must !

Good quick wash, in and out. I was a bit disappointed that this location didnt do the tire dressing. But they did a good job on the wash.

I went over 4 months without getting my truck washed mainly because i was never close to a beacon, this was right in my route to pick up a load so i rolled in and finally had it cleaned. The guys here are very thorough under the hood, chassis, behind the sleeper, they didnt miss anything. Good job as always from the beacon.

Finished wash should look like the prices that they charge. I can get a hand wash that will look 3 times better and cost less

One bay closed for construction. Been sitting in line for 1hour 10 minutes. Still have four trucks ahead of me. Figured I have couple of hours before my scheduled pickup. Boy was that a mistake.

After waiting 1.5 hrs to wash our RV we found out that is just a power wash not scrubbing, the price was ok but the job not so great.

Got my Asphalt Tanker trailer washed and they did a fantastic job

They were very efficient they had me out of there within 15 min. I know I clocked them and I got the works

They do a great job there. They are more than willing to satisfy you. If you have any areas of concern on your equipment to be cleaned, just talk about it with your greeter. Communicate with them. Get out of your truck and walk with them. But put a mask on first.

I just read a review that said this location was fast. Funniest comment I’ve heard all day. This location is the PHUKN slowest BB ever! Both bays are operating at 27 minutes per truck, basically double the target wash time. Do the math for the wait times. Regardless of the good wash, I’ll never stop at this PHUKR again! So frustrated that I may never use a BB again.

They dont use the brush as much as they should and rely heavily on the spray. This is not a substitute for brushing and apparently condones laziness within their team. They do miss areas needing attention and I have to get them to go back and rebrush it. They are not perfect, but they dont really have any competitors around.

Fast and friendly service. Great work Only suggestion I would give us to not throw the brushes over a vehicle. While it looked cool from the truck. It might upset someone if you accidentally missed/ hit the truck.

Sometimes its a long time to get a washout done.

Consistent truck wash. Employees are respectful and professional. The quality of the wash is adequate.I usually have some bug innards/resudue remaining on windows and back side of the sideview mirrors and grease from my 5th wheel that gets overlooked.My company pays for the basic wash once a month and thats what I get.

Always a good experience at blue beacon truck wash

Very slow! Pulled up and after 45 minutes we’ve only moved up twice. While sitting 11th in line i see a group of guys standing around for a prolonged amount of time when they could go over and help get trucks out faster!

Was in and out within 1 hr. But had a lot of trucks ahead of me.

Been sitting in the bay for an hr because the truck in front of me broke down, instead of calling a tow truck, aparantly this blue beacon is ran by certified deisel techs because theyve spent the last hr trying to fix his truck instead of calling a tow truck. Ive asked if a yow truck was on the way and they looked at me like I was the stupid one.

Many missed spots on trailer especially back reefer door, bottom reefer rail and front under reefer unit. Wished managers would see who is lazy and who is not and let go of the lazy ones...

They messed up the bumper on my truck....then when I asked them about it I was blamed for it ....I will Never come back to this Blue Beacon ever again

Too busy, was stuck for close to 3hrs. Once u turn off the frontage road you are stuck in the line. Staff was friendly.

Over 3 hours in line and 2 empty bays for washout only. A nasty film over the whole truck and windows.

Did a good job, these guys always hustle and are thorough.

I was charged almost 14 dollars additional for ‘sticks’ when all that was in my trailer was a few pallet chips and dirt. If this was a policy that was upheld at all blue beacons I would understand, but I have been to quite a few and this is the first time this has happened. We will not be going back to this location.

Had to get guys to do motor over 3 times because of a blown turbo. But they got it without complaining and everything else was great

This place is a joke. Had truck, trailer, motor, and under carriage done. And when they ask us to check I noticed mud on the mud flap and he said I would have to pay extra. Told him I got under carriage spent over 100 bucks and left mad with mud on my mud flap.

This location has 2 dedicated washout only bays, yet i am sitting line behind a truck and trailer being washed because the washout bays are blocked off!

Ive been to many Blue Beacon locations, this location was good at making sure they did a job well done. Blue Beacon always says that they will go out and if were not happy with what they did they will correct it. This place made sure that they not only asked me if I was happy but at the same time followed with action. Good job guys, I will definitely return in the future.

I’ll go to blue because once or twice a month but this place is the worst movie can I have ever been to they charge me $130 and I’m not happy with their service and attitude I hope GM of this business do something about these people and get some professional people

This place charges $44 for a truck wash and 9 for engine wash. But that charge 30 to wash each axle and 39.99 to wash the inside frame. The outside frame come with truck wash . I will never go back to this place. Its a money grab from Trucker! And also you will have to point out the spots you want clean even though you paid to have it cleaned.

Great wash

Went for a simple trailer Wash, however when I got to my next pick up they complained that there was blood on the floor. The guys were in and out so fast that I had to wait in their driveway for 10 minutes because they told me that they had a minimum time I had to be there. Just wasted $37

These guys here r professionals...if u r not satisfied,b-4 u get angry,just tell them & they will correct...pure professionalism...

I actually like this Truck wash, but the wait for service is absolutely mind numbing. We take our RV for a wash after camping trips. Guess theres no real solution since they only have one full wash bay. No matter, just be ready to sit in line for an hour or so.

Boulder is placed to where either your going to take out your bumper, or drag you tandems over boulders. I am not the only one that has damaged their truck at this blue beacon......I say stay away!!!!
