Insurance called company to help tow my vehicle to a different dealership at 8AM.. was given an ETA of up to 2 hours. 2 hours later no one showed. I call insurance and they said wait20 more minutes. I tried to call and they ignored all of them. Insurance called them again and they said ETA 45 minutes. Over an hour later still no one. WASTE OF TIME.
I dont remember the drivers name b beenut he loaded my car and only tied down the drivers side of the car, I advised him about the other side he said he had been doing this for 10 yrs and it was good. I advised him that I had been doing it for 20 yrs and it has to be a 4 point tie down. Well put my car down and left
My roadside assistance scheduled them to come pick up my car. We scheduled for 2:30 and they got there 15 minutes early: they didn’t call and just left and marked the job done. When the roadside company tried to call them they lied and said they called us and they did not, and they hung up on the roadside assistance person. If I could give them zero stars I would!
Never have I had to write a bad review, but this one has all the merits of a case to be made: late, rude, distracted, nonchalant, and the list can go on. I told him I was 5 minutes away from the car. When I got there, within five minutes or less, he was sleeping with the truck running in the middle of the parking lot space, completely oblivious to my presence. After a few minutes, I was forced to tap on the window to wake him up, which he did not appreciate, indeed. After several minutes of realizing how bad things were going and him not making the slightest effort to improve his demeanor, It got to the point that I had to tell the driver to put my car down where it was previous to his arrival, down from his truck. When I contacted the owner, to whom the driver was talking to for several minutes with the window up, ignoring my presence outside with my car still on his towing trucks bed, in what I think for sure was Arabic, he was as disrespectful and threatening under bad weather conditions that it was pitiful to even being on the phone with him. When I realized the overwhelming number of bad reviews they have, his answer was parallel to the way they all seem to behave like: I dont care. I for once am a big fan of immigrants and sympathize with the various reasons they come to this country for, but I also appreciate when they take in our values and ways of doing business, which this company seem to dont care at all about. Im appalled that State Farm is doing business with this company. I will refuse them every time Im on a similar situation. Luckily, Arsenio from United Towing came shortly after and it was like night and day. Be warned and call United Towing, never make the mistake to have you serviced by Sally Towing!
Mike towed my friends truck for me today and he was fast, friendly and super professional, given the the circumstances. More companies need people like him working for them. Thank you, Mike, for taking care of getting his truck moved quickly today. I truly appreciate you working in this heat with no complaints. Its not easy being out there all day.
Im not sure of the name of the driver but as others have mentioned, whoever he is hes the most unprofessional, rude person. He drove off and left my car in the Valero parking lot, no warning he just left. I contacted my insurance and reported this travesty of a company. I dont like making bad reviews but this is warranted and this towing company AVOID AT ALL COST!
I have roadside assistance with my insurance company. First they quote me 2 hours, which is fine, I walk home from where my car is inoperable, (about 2 miles in 95 degrees). I get home and I am getting texts that they are almost there so I drive over, wait another 45 minutes then get a text it is going to be ANOTHER hour. I call my insurance company and tell them to send someone else. Their app kept saying they were almost here then never showed up. EXACT same thing happened to my daughter the next week with her car. Dont bother, Call Delta.
So nobody is in a good mood when a tow truck is needed. Daughters car will not start. Called my insurance to have it towed home. Was told we should hear from tow service within 10 minutes. 1 hour passes and no call. Call insurance again at 8:15 pm. They contacted Sally Towing. Sally Towing gave them a 38 minutes ETA. I asked insurance for Sally Towing phone number to give special instructions because car was in a parking garage. No answer on that call but left a message with information that car was in a parking garage. At 1:30 am received phone call from tow truck drive. Driver told me he needs keys to car. I asked how do they tow illegally Parkes cars. Do they wait for owner of car to give them keys. He explained that he drive a flat bed and it would not fit in garage. I said to him if the car ran to have it removed from garage there would be no need for a tow! I ask if they only had a one truck sh*t show or they had others in there fleet that would fit in a parking garage. He said car will be in front of my house by morning. NO CAR THIS MORNING! Call insurance again. Go to vehicle this morning at 8:30 to see if its still there. It is. I put my jumper cables on. Whilst letting it charge another Sally Towing driver calls me, insurance called them again and made sure to relay the informationthat the car is in a parking garage. He asked where the car is located I told him top story and he replied that he would not be able to get it because his truck would not fit in garage. So if youre in need of help and want a sh*t show to help you out. Give them a call.Update: insurance company should be removing them from there call list. They may not care if they loss one person business but hope they change their policies after they loss an insurance company business.Update: so its 2:13 pm now and just received a call from driver that was 90 minutes ETA at 9:38 am that they are on their way to pick up car. Car has been long gone for hours now.
Thanks for sending Noe he knows his job my husbands vehicle was picked up and delivered with no problem.thanks and be safe 👍
Used Sally Towing since they are partnered with USAA roadside assistance. Gentleman who helped me was very nice and prompt once they arrived. They got me back on the road with a simple jump start. Thanks Sally Towing !!
VERY unprofessional, Sallys was contracted through my roadside assistance. Driver was rude when kindly asked to properly guide my car closer to crub to avoid ticketing. He seemed annoyed and left our car in the middle of street and drove off. Filing a complaint with our insurance. Will not be recommending!
Used through USAAs roadside assistance. Gave an ETA of two hours. Didnt show up. Extended ETA by 15 minutes many times through USAA text messages but never showed up, never called, and never answered phone. Finally reached a person at USAA after 4 hours of waiting and requested to switch to a reputable company. They did so and Noor Towing called me personally and showed up within 40 minutes as they promised. Took excellent care of my car. Dropped it off at my mechanics (which by now was closed) and took pictures of the way they parked my van and where they dropped the key and texted those pictures to me. Thank you Noor Towing! Then, my amazing mechanic, Rubens Auto Repair, went and secured my van behind locked fence for security at 9pm. Thank you Rubens!Noor Towing and Rubens served me very well! Sallys Towing totally let me down.
Look elsewhere they took 4hrs to come tow me for roadside. I gave him address to tow it too machanic. I was showing him exactly where on my phone cause I let him know its hard to find. He blew me off said I have GPS. Then calls me back 15min later saying he cant find drop-off location and hes frustrated. Oh well should of listened the first TIME.THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE BY EMPLOYEES
I was provided with this towing company for roadside assistance. They were not punctual and upon showing up, the driver was very unprofessional and did not look like he knew what he was doing. He drove his truck through the landscaping we have done, and upon moving my car was inches away from missing his own tow bed. I took a picture of the damaged landscaping and the driver questioned me. As he was loading my car, I took another photo for my own documentation. His face was not in the photo. He then angrily exited my car, yelled at me, and then got back in to park it. He parked it far too aggressively, crooked and without straightening my wheels, and dismissively handed my keys back to me. He then sped off and left, without completing my service. I offered to delete the photos but he refused to work with me. The towing company then left me 8 voice-mails. When I called back, the person who answered blamed me for the refusal of service. I have never in my life seen a company so incompetent.
Worst experience ever need better customer service and better employees surprised they even got a contract with StateFarm and haven’t got cut yet
Very Reliable and Friendly Towing Company! Friatz (sorry if i misspelled your name) is an outstanding tow truck driver! Jump started my car immediately and safely got me to a gas station to fill up. Unfortunately my car couldnt get me home and had to tow instead because of engine problems. Thank you thank you Friatz! 10/10
Noe is AMAZING. He was able to get my car out from behind our house when other drivers said it couldnt be done. He was friendly and great at solutioning. Noe is a great asset to the Sally company!
Sally towing was dispatched by my insurance company with an ETA of 90-100 minutes. They didnt show and never answered their phone. 3 hours and 40 minutes later, they canceled. Then my 18 year old daughter had to sit and wait for another company.
Poor customer service. Was told ETA of 2 hrs but was a no show!! Won’t even answer the phone when calling and can’t leave a message because their mailbox is full! Told USAA to find a different company!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- progressive set up a tow with these people and after three hours and 25 calls that went unanswered they canceled the service. Without any notification Unprofessional and USELESS !
I just saw one of their trucks weaving in and out of traffic on interstate 10 with his lights flashing going over 90 mph. He eventually got off the freeway and made a turn there were no wrecks in sight. Why was he running with his lights on?Not a very good way to represent their business. I will refuse their service if I ever have the opportunity.
Great guy!He showed up very quick was super nice.
I needed a tow today and Mike was very nice and good conversation too! I have nothing bad to say. A job well done!
Wont answer the phone. EtA changes constantly.Used through insurance. Driver never showed. Had to get another company.Do not recommend
Showed up just to say they wouldnt be able to complete the job with the flatbed tow they had and left. Hours later and a new towing company that arrived was able to get the job done in 10 minutes without using different equipment. USAA should not work with this company, highly disappointed they didnt even try
The driver was very disrespectful and almost backed into my friend twice!! When called out on the behavior he stopped and would not deliver the vehicle to the garage. We ultimately asked him to pull the vehicle off the truck and we are using another tow truck company.
State Farm Roadside Assistance contracted them to tow my car when it wouldnt start. They gave at ETA of 2 hours, and then never contacted anyone, and never showed up.
Couldnt find my address, it is a simple residential home. Quite confusing 😕.
Prompt and very nice.
Just grasping at straws here trying to get in touch with someone at Sally’s Towing, no one is answering the phone, mailbox is full, and no call back, even after using the 5# option to send an SMS.
Wow what a rude driver. I didn’t even call these guys it was a drop off for a customer. The guy waves to me like telling me to come outside I walk up and he goes “where do ya want it” and I I told him where he pulls around tells me he can’t put it in a spot so we shuffle some cars around to help but man this guys attitude was rough. I won’t call here if my customers need assistance. Update: one of my technicians moved the car the driver states. It won’t make a difference I’m just gonna drop it and you can push it in. And my tech responded my job is to fix it. You push it. And then he was able to drop the car right.
Roadside asst was thru Progressive, Request received for Sally Towing to come and tow vehicle. The Dispatcher was very rude over the phone and using foul language the f word thru conversation. No professionalism at all and cx service is below a zero. Had made formal complaint, to progressive of the rudeness and no professionalism at all.NO ⭐️. But to post had to put -1
Would not recommend at all the owner is very rude says that its not there responsibility to what happens to the vehicle is dropped off.
Waited for 4 hours for service and they never came
Rude driver and manager. To both me and drop off shop. Nearly damaged car and almost ran over service guys. Formal complaint filed with USAA roadside assistance. Hopefully theyll be dropped from that list stat.
They showed up past time, late, unprofessional behavior, from both the driver an the owner. Im 7 months pregnant an they left my vehicle halfway in the driveway n the middle of the road. He asked if there was someone that could help him push I said yes he got in his truck an bailed down the road.i would never use this company again and would not refer them either...
Sally towing truck had trash fly off of the bed of the truck when I pulled up beside him to tell him about it, he just flipped me off and acted like it was no big deal. Thanks for trashing our city, Sally.
We used our road side assistance through State Farm when my truck broke down in a parking lot. My truck was at my house less than 30 Min. after they were called. The driver was professional and courteous. This was the second company State Farm contacted after the first didnt show.
Super unprofessional driver tailgated me on hwy 35 north then passed me and cut me in and slammed the brakes
NO STARS! Very rude...would NOT recommend at all!! Their driver couldnt find a location, the dispatcher hung up on me 3 times. They were given the call through Roadside Assistance, wasnt a good choice on their part:(
I would have given zero stars but then I would not be able to write a review. The driver was very rude and unprofessional. I was only using them because my roadside service sent them.i ended up using a different towing company. I would never recommend this company.
Sally’s has bailed me out twice. Both times I had to wait less than 30 min for a tow and they always are kind to me. They came to my rescue today when another tow company left me high and dry 2 hours past the scheduled pick up time and then sped by me refusing to pick me up when they did decide to arrive. Sallys was available ASAP to help me out. Sally’s is great!
The driver, Noe, was fantastic! He was super friendly and courteous and was a wonderful communicator every step of the way. He’s helped me twice now and I can’t say enough good things about him!
They came in a timely manner, Noe was supper nice and polite. My car broke down and I had a really bad day, he helped me feel better. He was really kind
Mike is good. He’s an asset to your companyGood service good guy good company 👍👍👍
The driver called and was rude over the phone as well as in person. The driver was inconsiderate to other vehicles on the road and was driving 15-20mph over the speed limit in a construction zone. The driver was upset that we wanted to follow in another vehicle and made our needs seem like an inconvenience to him. His service made me feel as if he was just doing us a favor and he was not going to get paid which is untrue. I hope he was just having a terrible day and this is not a reflection of this companies usual service. The driver also didn’t have the decency to hand me my keys as he departed, he just tossed them at me and the receptionist at the dealership, who was also taken aback by his abrasive attitude. I would not recommend this company.
Noey was very friendly and professional. He loaded up my car so fast! Hopefully, I don’t need any towing services in the future, but if I do I’d definitely use Sally Towing services again!
Sally towing they are great company and they show up on the time and then they have really good experience and I really like to use any time Sally towing
My car serpentine belt tore and I was stuck on the road. Sallys towing was sent out by my Allstate roadside service and Noey came to the rescue. Got to me in the time that I was informed that they would arrive. Had a great experience with Noey on the ride to drop my car and myself at the shop. Thank you Noey for your great customer service 😎👍
The driver had difficulty with our oversized vehicle that was stuck in gear. The dealer had no ideas on how to move it. The driver and his boss worked patiently to resolve the issue, load the car, and get us on our way. They were professional.
My husband and I scheduled an appointment for a Monday 7a pick up to have our car towed. We did this 2 days ahead of time. Our appt for the car was at 8am. We called around 7:05a to make sure they had the address and we were on time. They said “5 more minutes.”We waited about 1/2 hour and they had not shown up. So we called back where the owner (he confirmed this) started dropping the f-work telling us to be “f-ing patient” because “we’re f-ing busy.”I spoke to the owner and reminded him that this is not professional or allowed. I validated his frustration but reminded him the whole country is under stress with Covid19 and racial tension and that we needed to be nicer to one another. He refused to apologize and made excuses to justify his behavior. He told us its a “free country” and we could post our review accordingly. Here is my “free country” review. Its perfectly acceptable to own a business and be stressed but it’s NEVER acceptable to curse at your customer and then justify this behavior. Take vacations or breaks, delegate responsibilities, and/or use your (professional) words to communicate effectively. The owner maybe a great guy on any other day, but today he missed the mark and fairly earned himself a bad review.
The dispatcher and driver were both rude and unprofessional. The insurance company had to call them twice and said the dispatcher was rude to them as well.
Rude Driver . Dispatch also Rude choose else where . They refused to Give good Customer Service No Star 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Why would they say they are on the way and not be. Received confirmation text and on our way text and never arrived. We called to confirm after 30 min of waiting past the arrival time and they said that they didnt know what happened. Waste of time.
This guy was very rude whoever he was cussing and yelling at customers over the phone when trying to get a quote
Grate friendly service.
Tow truck driver is not wearing a mask
