The place used to be cheap, but they realized they can get market value, so they raised prices outrageously. Gate phone often breaks. Hector is amazing. They charge anything they can (even normal wear and tear) except if you can possibly get them to ease up on one thing. Parking spots are small just like any new lot in Dallas. They do spot inspections for various things - the new leases say they dont have to give notice, so they dont always. If they dont like what they see (any clutter or you forget your trash), they will give a warning then a lease violation fee. The fifth floor entry always floods and they dont care. I was over it after 3 1/2 years of being a great renter.

Inwood On the Park likes to boast about its low prices compared to the complexes around; however, it will not match prices of the complexes around if they are lower. Nothing wrong with that but it is also wrong to assume they have the lowest or best prices. Kind staff but doesnt really try to keep a potentional renter because they know that someone else will not do their research. For a short term lease (8 months or less), consider Park 5950 MD for lower prices, because they have lower rates and provide a complimentary washer/dryer in every apartment.

This complex is such a homey, welcoming environment. Ive been a resident for a year and have really been enjoying my stay. It has everything you need plus a helpful staff. Hector is amazing and is always willing to help. The location is convenient and it is pretty quiet, so its great for students attending UTSW. They have food trucks come in regularly so theres always something to look forward to! Honestly, I love living here. 10/10

The worst apartment Ive lived in. Its super dirty outside in the community and the maintenance is also quite bad. a lot of additional fee in addition to the rent. The office is the worst! One time, They charged me a fine because I didnt update my rental insurance document. They should remind me a month earlier before my insurance got expired, while they just sent me a reminder after the due time. I talk to the office, while the officer told me they reminded me long time ago. The truth is they DID NOT!!! They just leave a bill to you because of their fault!I would 100% suggest DO NOT live in this community, its not worth it!

Really nice place to live. I’ve been here 6 years and have always been happy with it. Really good amenities. I’ve always really liked the staff and how friendly and helpful they are. The apartment is nice, spacious, and a really good deal. It’s a generally quiet area. Never had any neighbor issues. Close to everything I need, and I don’t ever have to travel more than 15 minutes which I really like. I think a place like this is becoming more rare to find here in Dallas. Overall been very happy with it and have never had any desire to move to any other place.

I’ve lived at Inwood for over a year now and love it! It’s very conveniently close to UTSW, has spacious floor plans, and such a homey family vibe! I love seeing families by the pool, makes it feel so safe. In my time here I’ve seen so many updates! There’s amazon lockers, TIDE dry cleaning lockers, jacuzzi/hot tub, dog park, gym, business center, and clubhouse space. My favorite part is the many seating spaces outside. Hector is beyond helpful and just makes the experience here even better!

This is a great place to live. I would recommend it to everybody. It has everything you need at an apartment complex (covered parking, locker for packages, a cute dog park, pool, gym) including a great staff (Shoutout to Hector, leasing liaison, for always being so helpful and amazing)! Also it’s in a great location. You can quickly get to I-35, like 20 great restaurants, at least 3 grocery stores, bars, trails, and parks in less than 10 minutes. The living spaces are good for the price! When people come over, they always say how nice and comfy it is 🥰 We’ve never had a maintenance issue that wasn’t resolved within the week. It’s all good. Good good place.

I have lived here 5 years. This is a very well run property. Abby, the GM, is terrific, as is Adelina, her assistant, and Hector, the rental adviser. The place is quiet, which is very important to me. the business office is very good. the exercise facility is small, so can get very crowded in the evenings, but the equipment is fine. the location of the property is good. the staff is highly-responsive if there is a maintenance issue. overall, a top notch apartment complex. As I am soon to move out of state, I thought I would update this review. The office staff, Hector and Madylynn are absolutely terrific. They could not be any friendlier or more helpful. I have lived here for 6 1/2 years, so I believe I can accurately describe the facility. The location is superb, and as mentioned, the staff is very responsive. Any time I have had a maintenance issue, it has been quickly resolved. I suppose the highest compliment I could offer this property is that if I were still living in Dallas, I would continue to call Inwood on the Park home! ( and they do a good job of keeping it quiet at night, which is a big plus! )

Ive lived here for the past 8 months. The grounds are well kept.. recent property enhancements, friendly/approachable office staff, timely processing of maintenance request, the property seem safe, ample garage parking for residents and guest. A few annoyance/eyesores.. I had a couple unwelcoming bugs ( maybe 4) in the last 8 months and some residents using their balconies to hang laundry and I wish the valet trash removal was optional. Absolutely the worst apartment experience. First they leased my apartment out from under me so I had to move across the complex--they gave me 1 day to do so. I move into the new place and its riddled with bugs, broken/damaged fixtures, and sub-par appliances. Management is unprofessional and doesnt care about the livability of this complex. I unfortunately have to live here for a full year but I will be moving out.DO NOT LIVE HERE. The pricing seems nice but you can live somewhere else in the area for the same and have a professional staff and actual amenities as this place does not have much. Seriously dont do it. Run away. I lived in two different apartments within the complex so my experience is different. the main reason I rented here was laziness and convenience of location. It got me that. The first apartment was a one bedroom. It was nice, had a balcony to a reflection pond in the middle of one of two courtyards (pool in the other). It would have been nice except for the huge tree blocking the view from my balcony of about anything. Otherwise, clean except for a huge stain in the carpet that wouldnt come out, but no other problems. The second apartment I live in (both of these were lease take-overs) had a huge roach problem. Come to find out all my neighbors have it too, and my Chinese roommate thought it was ok to have a symbiotic relationship with them, leaving food and other mess all over the floor and counters and stove for them to eat and thrive off of. After several months of sealing things myself and other forms pest control, I have significantly reduced the problem in my apartment. They came and sprayed but insisted the problem wouldnt go away if my Chinese roommate didnt clean his room and stuff up. They were prompt to respond with pest control, and quick to respond to mechanical problems. I will give that to them. They try to appear helpful. When I arrived in this second apartment, the AC didnt work. For the first two months they came every week to work on it, then it cooled off outside and we stopped calling/emailing them to fix it. When it heated up, the problem was still there. It has been a relatively cool spring, but nonetheless it took until June to get them to replace the entire air conditioner and solve the problem. My motorcycle was stolen from the parking garage. It was stolen from behind the Safety and security of the gated community. The gates are worthless essentially and often left open, or not functioning. I suppose this would be similar at most communities unless the office were accessed outside the gate. One of the two hot-tubs works and it is big enough to fit about 30 people. The pool is just long enough to swim laps in but only 3.5 deep at the ends and 3 deep in the middle. Finger scraping good. Lastly, they charge for everything. $25 for trash service, $100 to park in the garage, $50 for the gate clicker, and you are required to have renters insurance

Dont know where to start and where to finish....If you have money and nerves to waste then you can surely move in here. I am 100% sure the nice comments that out there are written by the management only!!!Apartments are nice, wont be lying, but there are so many other problems connected with this place that you stop noticing the good ones.First of all the price is way too high for the apartments. BE AWARE. If they tell you that you will be paying lets say $700 for the apartment, you end up paying $800 after they add tons of ridiculous bills to it. There is a valet trash, costing around $35 which you have to pay no matter if you are using it or not. What it means basically you have to leave out your trash in the corridors to attract cockroaches(they are pets in this apartment complex) and all kinds of other bugs till they decide that it is time to move it. I personally never used this ridiculous service, but saw trash out there every day. If you dont want to use this service you can take your trash to the chutes which are always full and dirty.People here think that the garage is a garden or something as they will be walking there with their kids running around. And even though you give a suggestion to the management saying they should put some kind of note there so that there is no accident they dont even do anything about it.The management isnt aware of anything, literally. They even have criminals living here because they dont do normal background checks that you pay for. I am not even exaggerating. I pointed this out to one of the managers and her answer was I didnt know. Wow... who is supposed to know then..Management is one of the worst I have ever seen. These people dont even have any humanity in them. I was robbed and everything was gone, including my keys. Instead of trying to be nice all they were saying is that I have to pay for the new keys. They will turn your water off for repair and you will get it back after a day or two. We had a case when they turned off the water on Sunday night and it wasnt on until afternoon of the next day. We couldnt take shower, brush our teeth, flush the toilet, do basic things... When you call them about it they say the maintenance team hasnt arrived yet...There are many hidden things that arent even mentioned anywhere in the contract but you end up doing it. For instance the water bill. Basically how it works is they get the bill from the city, divide it into buildings, then into apartments and a single person ends up paying more as obviously a family of 4 or 5 will use more water...Once you sign the contract you cant do anything about it except for sucking it up and waiting, counting hours for it to be over. I couldnt wait for it to be over so I decided to move out earlier. I know that I am responsible for paying for the rest of the rent and for insurance obviously, but I was planning on turning off the water and the electricity. Guess what you cant do it even if you are not going to be living there. So basically I will have to move out early, give them the keys and even if I dont use water or electricity I will still be responsible for the payment even if someone else uses it.Not planning to leave it like this. I am a paralegal and will sue them if I have to...Anyways dont even waste your money, more importantly energy and nerves. Just find something else!

However, the repair has lasted FOEVER!!! The most ridiculous thing is, they are still keep on showing guests the gym. Of course, new guests will not actually come and check if the running machines work or not. Moreover, they have Roach issue, big big issue. I tried different types of way to kill the roach and its not helpful. Even if you keep your apartment clean, the roaches can find a way through either kitchen or bathroom to enter. (Dallas is hot in the summer, i think the roach gets feed really well at the trash room, which is connected with the apartments hallway)Be honest with you, stay away from here. The only benefit here is the location or may be the discount they offer. No more!

This was my first apartment post graduation and while it was not the best, it was also not the worst. If youre looking to live in the city (just minutes from downtown Dallas) while on a budget, this would be a good place to consider.Pros:- Location. This complex is near downtown, UT Southwestern, Lovefield, Lovers Lane shopping area, and not terribly far from North Park mall. If you frequent these places, this is a pretty good location.- Price! Youll see some of the cheapest prices in Dallas proper at this complex. For a 700+ sq. apartment, I got a pretty good deal and while I decided not to renew my lease, rent increases here are not aggressive at all.- Parking: Youll always find a parking spot. However, the front lot is much too small and the spots are terribly narrow, so it is best to avoid parking out there all together.- Diverse community. This complex has a pretty diverse community, which can be nice. However, there is either a language barrier or residents simply do not care about management notices because many residents do not follow trash regulations, which is unbelievably frustrating! (How hard is it to put your trash in a KITCHEN SIZED garbage bag rather than set out millions of tiny grocery store bags filled with nasty waste?? Apparently very hard to most in this community.)- Laundry facility. There is an on-site laundry facility that is pretty rare for most apartment complexes. Yeah, youll have to wait until machines become available to finish your laundry, but it is way cheaper than renting the equipment.- Staff. The staff in the front office is very courteous and prompt with emails. Maintenance is nice too - Annette was particularly great to work with and just chat with in hallways.Cons:- Dirty. The hallways are pretty stained after years of wear, tear and valet trash services. That said, I would suggest instructing residents to leave trash bags inside their trash cans and simply place the trash cans out in the hallway. Once trash has been picked up, the residents can then return the trash can back inside their units. This would help not only with the stains and mess out in the hallways but would reduce the smell and the amount of stray cats that come by and rip through the bags.- Animal control: Tons of stray cats around the area, which cant be helped really and as an animal lover, this makes me sad. However, the stray cats habitually roam the hallways ripping up trash bags. Also, I dont know if these animals belonged to residents or if they were strays but animal waste was frequently found in hallways during my stay here, which as you can imagine was not pleasant. It would take days for a grounds keeper to come and pick it up. I understand that the property is large but having a maintenance person do a daily walk through of the place should suffice from having these situations.- Pest control: The complex does provide pest control for a reasonable fee, however, all throughout my stay here my unit was riddled with roaches. Pest control is only a quick fix that will last a week or two. There seems to be a terrible infestation behind the walls and where pest control cannot reach. But then again, when you share common walls with so many people (past and present), you kind of expect pests to occur. But still, it can be hard to live with.- No sense of community: If you want to get to know your neighbors and attend community events, this isnt really the place for you. Events, while present, are infrequent and not well promoted (some events were announced to me the day they were occurring).- Construction: Living in the city means putting up with constant construction - which keeps you up at night and cut off my internet service twice.- Maintenance/Service: When one unit needs to be serviced for a water issue, all units go without water. This is beyond annoying - especially because the water pump or some machinery was scheduled to be serviced the day I moved in, but I was not informed of it - so my very first night in my very first apartment was pretty unpleasant.

I never ever suggest this complex to any one. The service is terrible. They gave me false information about parking fee and other utility charges at the time of visit. They also forced me to complete an application form at their office at the time of visit with the excuse that they will not charge my credit card. But they charged me around $250 as an application fee immediately. Then asked me to sign a contract but when I realized that I was given false information about parking charge I told them that I am not willing to rent a unit there. Although they accepted to refund my money (application fee) at that time verbally and by email, they did not and made me in trouble. unprofessional staff and manager behavior. I have never had such this terrible experience any where.

This place is absolutely awful. It used to be nice until they replaced the front office staff that knew what they were doing. Nothing gets done as far as maintenance around the apartment. WORST OF ALL is the millions of cockroaches everywhere. I cannot stress enough how the cost of the apartment cannot make up for the cockroaches that infest this apartment. The lack of sanitation is deplorable. Some residents have no problem leaving their wet laundry hanging on the top of the parking garage to dry others leave trash in the hallway. Fire alarms go off in the middle of the night for no reason which has been a constant problem for at least 9 months. Spend another 200 dollars and get an apartment somewhere else where you are able to sleep and not have to worry about finding cockroaches in your dishes.

If you are looking to rent here, heres what its like:Any repairs done to your apartment are generally half-heartedly completed. Screws are constantly missing from things like vents, doors, and even ceiling fans. Cracked tiles wont even be looked at. Make sure you submit a WRITTEN request. Always. The concrete hallways are stained, sticky, and generally filthy. The trash next to the mailbox once went several weeks without being taken out. Pool Closed signs were left up for several weeks after remodeling was finished -- little things here are often not taken care of.Expect to spend at least an hour in the leasing office when trying to get an even a small issue taken care of. If you add anyone to a lease, expect it to take the entire length of the lease to get them on. Its not the leasing agents fault, and she is nice enough. There are loud, shrill children just about everywhere and summertime pool hours last until midnight. Generally a childs temper tantrum is met with the shrill barking of one of the dogs in the complex. Its really entertaining when one of the ladies here thinks shes helping the problem by clapping loudly and screaming, SHUT UP, at both the kids and the dog.The walls are paper thin. If someone is talking in the next room, you will hear their entire un-muffled conversation. They can also hear yours. Dont even think of owning a vibrator here. Sounds from neighbors include every time they sing off-key Man I feel like a woman or something by Lady Gaga. You will probably especially hear horrid, amusing renditions of Lady Gaga. Youll also generally hear water going through the walls.Even if your upstairs neighbors are tiptoeing around with pillows on their feet, it sounds like elephants. Elephants everywhere. The property claims to have a security guard. I have never seen them, so theyre either a ninja, a ghost, or nonexistent. I believe the only security cameras are in the office or maybe laundry area. Certainly none visible in the parking garage. The lease states that being a victim of even the most extreme crime on the property is not a valid reason to break the lease. Take what you want from that.Faulty wiring and kids are responsible for false fire alarms that go off at strange hours. Hope you dont need that extra beauty sleep!Valet Trash sounds awesome and fancy, right? Its really not. It used to be that the trash came to pick up about 9:30 or so at night, and you could place it outside about 8:30 (but if youre a light sleeper, every so often theyd rumble about after 11pm). A week ago, management changed the pickup hours to 6-8am, and we just now got an email about the time change. Residents are fined if the trash is left out too long before or after this time. So, if you work crazy hours like I do, youd probably want to take your trash to the trash chute. WRONG!The trash chute constantly gets clogged, leaving residents to put trash in the tiny little room containing the chute. Now, instead of management keeping staff or hiring the valet trash for a couple of extra hours to take care of this, they began to lock up the trash chutes. We were notified AFTER this already started happening. The chutes open hours are 8-5. If you have even just a standard job, you would leave before the chute opens and get home after it closes. Okay, so maybe you have to wait for the weekend to take out your trash. WRONG again! The trash chute area is closed on weekends! Hooray! The first week this was unannounced but in effect, trash piled up outside the chute areas. So you cant leave your trash out for the next round of pickup or you get fined, you cant put your trash down the chute because it is closed, you cant leave your trash outside the chute area because you risk more disciplinary action, and you cant let trash pile up in your apartment because of course its unsanitary and you get in trouble when they inspect.I could keep going, but I wont.

Iv had my apmt flooded, twc came out to wire this building and instead they cut my att lines!! Im on 7 days without that fixed. Iv had my truck towed when it had a sticker. Dont move to this apartment complex, save your time and money.

DONT LIVE HERE - READ ALL REVIEWS! This place is TERRIBLE and not worth the bargin you think youre getting. Very overpriced for what is offered. Management cuts corners at every turn - when touring the building they show only the very few places that have been kept up, otherwise paint is chipping on all hallways and maintenance requests often take weeks to be fulfilled. The fire alarms go off often in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT or randomly during the day, which hasnt been fixed for at least a year. When we scheduled our move-in time the office staff just werent there and we had to stay in a hotel for an additional 2 days with no contact or apology from staff. Although we were compensated a small amount for the inconvenience, this was only after 6 months of bringing this issue up with staff. Gates are frequently left open for extended amounts of time, and I had belongings stolen from my vehicle. Overall, I wish I would have spent an extra $200 a month to not live in such a crappy place.

I have been living in Dallas more than 5 years and I recently moved here. The place is close to UTSW and that is the reason a lot of students live here, the units are OK in general (we did check a couple of them) and the price is cheaper compared to other apartments around and some of the staff is really nice. I did not know that Inwood on the Park had a “reputation” among the students in UTSW. When we read the Google reviews we thought most of the people had problems with the previous management but we learned that was not the case. Please do not be fooled by the low number of bad reviews here, people who live here are mostly busy and international so they do not leave reviews unless they feel like they have major problems.Whenever we have a conflict, I feel like I have to deal with a “fishwife” and that did not happen any other apartments so far.Somebody should remind the management that what they provide is a service so politeness is not an option but a must.

Do yourself a favor and pay the extra little bit to stay in any of the apartments in the nearby area. Its worth it to not have to stay here. They know they can screw over the students going to UT-SW and TWU. Most of which dont have time to actually come see the apartments beforehand. Please dont just think the bad reviews on here are people overreacting. They arent exaggerating. Im not exaggerating. Its not a good place to live and any money that you are trying to save by living here is not worth it.- They are one of the few places in Dallas that charges to use their parking garage. At first, it was a one time fee of $100 that lasts as long as you live there be it six months or 5 years. Then, a few months later, it became $100 a year regardless of whether you are new or resigning with them.- Cockroaches. Dear God the cockroaches. Living on the 3rd floor, you would think that they wouldnt be a big problem, right? Not at this place. They are everywhere and no matter how many times the bug guy comes, the population of them never seems to drop.- Front office staff isnt helpful. Im pretty laid back when it comes to asking for things. I typically will do everything in my power that I can do before I go to ask for help, but when that happens, Ive just wasted my time completely. The only people that seem to know anything are the managers, and they never seem to be around.- Maintenance takes forever to get any requests filled. They do fine when its something like unclogging a drain, but if you have a broken appliance, expect it to stay broken for a while. They might come and successfully fix it, or (odds are) they are going to do a band-aid fix and keep putting it off.- This isnt necessarily a problem that this apartment company has created, but regardless it is something to be aware of. Want to work out in their gym? Play a little pool (on their torn up pool table with one remaining cue that actually has a tip)? Watch some Directv on their big screen in the clubhouse? Well you are going to have to deal with the residents that love to bring their small children everywhere and I have never seen them stop them from doing anything that pesters other people. They run around the gym all the time, climb on the equipment you are using, take the dumbbells, etc. They let their children crawl on the pool table all the time and play with the balls. One ball went missing for months and now another ball has a chunk taken out of it Im assuming from being thrown. Most of the people here are from China. Med students will come and bring their entire families to live in an apartment. That would be fine if they would understand that the way you interact with people is different here, but they dont seem to get it or want to try to get it. Side note: if you live next to one of these families, its safe to assume your apartment will frequently smell like fish.- They love to take every dime that they can from you. In addition to the parking, rent was just raised about 10%. Why? I couldnt tell you. I understand that businesses do that sometimes, but they have done little to nothing any time a problem is reported, and any improvements they are making are very minimal.- The wiring is bad. I know several other people that live here, and there might be one or two electrical sockets per apartment where both ports work. Maybe. Most of the time you will just have to get used to it. Maintenance does nothing about it. I asked the same people about internet. Both internet companies available here have a very hard time installing the equipment. They have to come out multiple times and do make-shift fixes to get it to work. The technician I talked to said that the wiring is terrible and it looks like an amatuer installed it in the complex. Please do yourself (and future residents) a favor and dont support this place. The proximity to UTSW and TWU is the only good thing about it and there are others almost as or just as close.

This apartment complex is absolutely awful. Noise complaints will not be handled at all. The person living above my fiances apartment is drops heavy items at 3 AM and stomps around like crazy all day everyday. my fiancé called the office and the only response was OK they didnt ask what his apartment is or any information at all. The management is super rude. They sent an email to my fiancé with words in capital lettering and exclamation points. Work orders submitted will be completed at whatever is most convenient to them= month(s) later. There are holes in the wall that were terribly patched up; there is a huge indentation where they patched it up. The tile flooring in the bathroom is cracked all over but it will not be replaced per apartment complex as it does not pose a hazard. The mirror in the bathroom was rusted on the bottom, they placed a mirror strip with doupke sided miror tape pads (which do not stick) and said to just deal with that or have the mirror removed completely and be without it. The vents are full of dust. The drip pan above the shower leaks and there are rust stains all over the tub and the new shower curtain liner we bought. That service request was placed 10/2015 when he moved in the status is still the same. The pantry has a wood plank in the middle of it, the opening is small and the shelves are too far back to reach. I have hit my face and head multiple times trying to reach something inside. The first day my fiancé moved in there were roaches. He called to have them call their exterminator, they sprayed and they charged him. In the kiddle of the night you hear people running, screaming and laughing as if they were right in front of you. The paint in all the hallways are falling off the walls, the concrete is stained everywhere, the pool is unkept, the brick walkways are uneven and have some bricks that are lifted causing anyone unknowingly tp trip and almost fall, this place is not meant for pet owners as there are no places to walk your dog other than the dark barely lit streets. This apartment complex is terribly managed. Making an attempt yo speak to with management at the complex is pointless as they are rude, dont listen, and do not communicate well. You might as well be talking to a brick wall. The list could go on and on.

I lived there for about a year. It is near to UTSW and relative cheap, so I moved in without much thought. That is my worst decision! The paper thin walls let any kind of voice in, It was so hard for me to sleep because of the noise from the stairs and lobby.Several of items in my apartment didnt work, after I told them, it takes more than 2 weeks to have a look at of them. My water pipeline leaked, and they told me they would repair it as soon as possible. Do you know how soon? One month! Everytime you complained about their effecinecy, they just all of things were on the way. There are more than 7 fees ecepet for rental fees. You need to pay for all of them.Never move in inwood on the park!

In wood on the park, NEVER AGAIN. I moved in 2 moths ago, they were offering very good discount,it was so close to UTSW, so I did not think twice. Before I signed, I asked them if any pet is in next doors, because I sold my house because of dog barking. They gave me next door pet free apartment, at least I thought so. First morning I woke up with dog barking. I complaint about the dog noise a couple of times, they checked a couple of times to be sure if downstairs apartment has dog from their system, they could not find any registered dogs. At last someone came and heard dogs noises. And they found it was their issue, they forgot to register the dog on contract. The walls are so thick, if you live except 5th floor, you will hear every noise, every carry on passing through hall, every steps coming from upstairs. I requested to change my apartment, I wont lie, they accepted my request kindly and they found 5th floor apartment. But they refused to refund my parking fee, because 5th floor parking is free. I moved out twice in one month because of their fault. I loved my apartment, it was the brightest one. There is a construction across the street, two weeks ago I got a notice from management, according to notice, the construction would be started at 4 am. Everyday they start at 6:30 am. Not possible to sleep. Management never care about you. I was thinking to write this review but after today I decided to write. I have injury so I m working from home for 2 weeks, management left a notice 2-3 days ago in front of my door about mortgage company inspection, it is second time inspection in 2 months. When they knocked my door, I had very important meeting on phone. I told them, I can let them in, I wanted them to come back in 30 mins, they refused. I was still at meeting and the management started to call me, it distracted me. They disturbed my wife too, she also called me. I called them if they have any right to enter any permission. It looks like they have this right 28. line on contract. If you dont let them in, they have right to break your window, door, they dont care because you should pay, If you dont let them in, you must pat fine too. Think that I can sleep too, I can be sick. It is totally RUDENESS.If you want to move in, you must be ready for some fees;- You should have 100k rent insurance, if you select their suggested company, it is around $13.- You should pay parking fee for per contract - 100$ per car.- If you want to pay your rent automatically, you must pay 12$(for Visa) 15$ (for E- Check) (convenience fee), if you dont want to pay this fee, you should write only check and drop to drop box.- Be ready for additional fines, Those are only fees what I discovered in 2 months

They dont have their administration in order! One time I got an eviction notice because they had lost track of my check (and then later found it). After I moved out they sent my final account statement directly to a collection agency, without ever sending the statement to me or trying to contact me. This while they had all my current contact information on file: new address, email address, telephone number. Upon calling their answer was management changed and things have fallen in between the cracks. If you run a business that can impact peoples life to the extent an apartment complex does, you better make sure you have your s**t together! Management seems to change several times per year (at least when I was there three times in two years). I was really ready to look back on this place rather positively, because I was lucky enough to not experience any of the bugs and other issues people report on... But it wasnt meant to be.
