Lacy is the best leasing consultant ever! She was very welcoming, helpful, and considerate. The property immediately gave me a sense of safety and peace. I was sold as soon as I stepped foot into the apartment during my tour. There was nothing in a questionable condition like I’d experienced during other property tours. Very clean. Very quiet.
Abominable. Completely unsafe complex, management does not take appropriate action to have recurring issues resolved. Most everyone is leaving at lease end. Do NOT rent here!Edited: the standard, canned response Camden gave is the same they give to current residents. The on-site security is a joke-residents report them playing games on their phone instead of patrolling. Theres no signage to deter people from entering. We have multiple break ins every week and have had cars stolen just in the last month from the parking garages, so clearly the actions being taken arent enough. Camden continually tells the residents to report the issues to the Dallas PD and that crime cant be controlled as a means to excuse themselves from any culpability of their lack of security, but our complex is the neighborhood joke. I wont even begin to talk about feel free to call our office - its another Camden joke that the office never picks up. The only way you can get someone from the office to call you is to leave a scathing message on the neighborhood Active Building app.If Camden hires better, patrolling security, has real working cameras, and puts up ample signage about the cameras to deter car break ins and thefts, I can place blame elsewhere, otherwise, Im going to call Camden out on their part for failure to adequately address the issue at hand. Enough canned messages to your residents, Camden-appease through action.
I love my new place! it’s in a great area and has awesome amenities. Leslie from the leasing office was very helpful and professional. she’ll take great of care and help you find your new home. 10/10 definitely recommend
Living at Camden Farmers Market Apartment has been one of the best experiences I have had. My maintenance request are always answered in a timely manner and the leasing office staff is great. Amber and Frank in the leasing office always handle any issue I have in a timely manner and make sure to take time to effectively communicate everything to me.
Lived here for 15 months. Lets go over the good stuff because the list is very short. First, the pools, when clean, are very nice! Defiantly some of the best for downtown living. Second, the maintenance staff, specifically with a request for inside your apartment. They respond super fast and usually fix it within a matter of an hour or less. Thats it. Now on to the bad list, the longer list.1) Cars get broken into all the time. Gunshots once a week. I watched twice from my balcony the police and paramedics tend to gunshot victims about 30 feet from my balcony. I understand we live in a city and things happen, but the extent they do at Camden Farmers Market is insane. As for the car break-ins, the garage gates are broken every other week so it is really easy for people to get in and out that are not suppose to be there.2) The complex is dirty. The trash is always overflowing. It smells, residents complain, the leasing office does nothing. Repeat. The valet living trash service you pay $35 a month for is garbage because they do a garbage job at picking up garbage. If I could get refund for the days of the month where they didnt pick up my trash, that service would of cost me about $10 a month. Secondly, the place has a high turn-over rate so carpet installers, cleaners and other handy man are always around. They leave a mess everywhere. They once blew the lint out the vents for the clothes dryers and it stayed on the ground until it turned into dirt. The hallways, never once cleaned while I stayed here. I think they only clean the ones where they have show units.3) Internet. Over the course of my lease I paid $145 a month for internet. The complex forces you to get a connected community plan that comes with the worlds slowest internet (45mps) and some basic cable for $108 a month. Thats required and the prices are insane. I opted to get upgraded internet that could do more than just load the google home page so it cost me more.4) Notice how the leasing staff werent praised? Thats because they never did anything about peoples concerns with what is going on with the complex. They would send out emails saying they are a wear of trash or car break ins or pool problems, but never did anything to rectify the problems in the 15 months I lived there.5) Pet policy. They charge a $400 pet fee and $20 a month in pet rent. Where does this money go? Who knows. This place is covered in dog poop because half of each week there are no dog bags available at the clean up stations that pet owners pay for. The pet fee, definitely didnt go towards repairs or extra cleaning on move out from an animal because I was charged additional fees at the move out for this. When I paid the pet fee, I asked what it was used for and the leasing staff said they didnt know.Bottom line, there are many other apartment complexes in and around downtown that I would highly recommend going to instead of Camden (meaning any Camden property stay away).
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I haven’t even fully moved into my apartment and my car was recently broken into in a “secured” parking garage. Apparently this has been happening to MULTIPLE cars SEVERAL TIMES a week for the past few months and nothing has been done about it. I feel very unsafe living here. Definitely should’ve read the reviews much more closely.
Kellie Hall has been the best experience of getting an apartment I have ever had. Not only was she sweet and courteous, she was also empathetic to my situation (my current apartment had to break my lease) She has been nothing but patient with me and made the whole move in process simple and welcoming. I’m so excited to start living here and just so happy I had someone like her to help.
Genesis was absolutely phenomenal at her job. All of my concerns were met with straightforward answers and paperwork was explained flawlessly. It really made the entire process pain free and very reassuring.
I scheduled to view a unit and Leslie emailed me details. She was very helpful with my questions and application process. I loved what I saw and cant wait to be a part of this community!!
I have moved into this property and have experienced lots of service issues. My service issues are resolved within a timely manner which is not the problem. My problem is you have to park in an unsafe garage. My car has been broken into window completely broken out. The inside of my truck was turned upside down. I cleaned up the mess just to go to my truck the next day and to see that they got into my truck again. The pool is used by non residents and is always so full you cant even enjoy time outside. No security trash everywhere and the garages are never secure. On top paying a high price for rent just to also hav to pay for car repairs for your things getting broken into. I do not recommend moving into this property unless property security is established.
The office staff here always goes above and beyond for their residents. They are professional, kind, and willing to lend a helping hand at any time. As an employee at a sister property, I know the things they that get thrown at them can become overwhelming, but they continue to handle everything so graciously. The maintenance staff is awesome too! One of the guys, Izzy, has even helped other residents out with car troubles when he didnt have to. CFM, thank you for everything you have done for us residents!! We appreciate you guys so much!!
The entire staff was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable - especially Cassidy! We were looking for an apartment and had specific needs and not a lot of time to find something - definitely stressed! We are so happy when we found exactly what we were looking for at Camden!The application process was very quick and easy and even included electronic payment options for deposits which saved us a lot of time and stress which normally accompanies getting money orders, etc.We are so excited to move in to our new home!
Great location and generally good staff in both leasing and maintenance offices. I have been a regular guest for past 6+ months and I’m amazed at the continual lack of working elevators. In the building I visit there are three elevators. The one in the apartment area hasn’t been working for months. The freight elevator has been out for weeks. The elevator serving the parking garage works, but the buttons to summon the elevator don’t work on some floors. Again, nice place but you will be dealing with a management team that apparently thinks it is okay to let key pieces of infrastructure stay in a state of disrepair for weeks/months. Really inexplicable (and inexcusable) given the promise of this development.
Honestly the only reason why I’m giving this 5stars is because of the maintenance technician Salvador Roman. He is such a hardworking individual and anytime I have something go wrong with my apartment (garbage disposal, smoke detectors, light bulbs replacement) I put in a ticket and he is there same day! I always see Salvador around the property attending to other maintenance issues. Honesty Camden should consider themselves lucky to have a loyal worker. I know he is a major reason I have continued to renew my rent with this property. Thank you Salvador!- Eric & Victoria
I had a great experience with Camden Farmers Market. I havent moved in yet, but as someone moving from a different city and who was apprehensive about living away from the suburbs in a smaller city compared to Houston, these apartments left a great impression on me. My leasing agent Tiana Amerson was truly great and was also key to my choice as I felt she represented the community and what I could expect communication wise. I had actually come to Dallas with my mind set on living in The Villages, but they were not nearly as welcoming as these apartments which really turned me off. Professional, enthusiastic, diverse, and knowledgeable service is what I received and influenced me to sign here. I will be sure to leave a review at the end of my lease as well.
So far so good! I have been on the hunt for an apartment for a couple months now. This was the first spot that I have toured that caught my eye and brought excitement. The location is AMAZING! The price is the fairest in the neighboring area and the apartments are updated and nice. Alexis helped me out and has been so patient with me and all my questions. I move in, in a month and am really excited to live here.I will say I was almost swayed out of renting from here because of all the reviews about car break ins but knowing that I’m living in the city it is something that comes with the experience. Alexis also helped to reassure me that they have taken measures to add security.
Just wanted to brag about the maintenance team for a minute. Rene came in to fix my washer. He was professional, friendly and fast. He was happy to answer all my questions with patience. Camden has really gotten it right with the maintenance crew. Thanks Camden and thank you Rene, youre a ROCKSTAR!

I just recently moved in and everything has been great! Camden is the place to be. Anything I have needed has been dealt with in a timely manner and Tiana from the leasing office is on top of it! She is super friendly and personable. I just love these apartments.
Leslie was incredible! Very knowledgeable, but more importantly personable! I enjoyed everything about my tour experience from the appt. setup call, to her walking me out the door. Its about more than customer service, but forming communal relationships... Oh, and the units were nice too!
Do your research people.. I have been here for nearly 2 months and cannot wait to leave. 3 work orders have been put in since moving in and will put in another for the patio ceiling starting to collapse. I give it a two stars because the maintenance team and leasing team are attentive and on top of it but sadly can’t say the same about the community as a whole.Daily car break ins, mail box break ins, dog sh*t everywhere, and random people at the basketball courts on the daily. I do not feel safe living here especially with my pregnant wife coming in and out the lots alone. I wish I would of waited, don’t let the low prices get to you. Best to pay a little more for a piece of mind. You get what you pay for!!

Camden Farmers Market is overall a great place to live! The location and quality for the price is absolutely killer! The quality of the apartments are good, you can tell they aren’t cheap. The maintenance team and leasing staff are awesome! My oven blew a fuse on a Saturday night around 7:30 PM while I was cooking dinner. The oven was fixed by 8:30 PM that same day and I was able to finish cooking! The leasing staff is ALWAYS willing to help as much as possible.The amenities are awesome and pretty well kept up.Now the few things Camden could work on - cars often get broke into the parking garage, so don’t leave any valuables out and make sure to lock your car doors. The front office at one point accepted packages which they stopped doing due to Covid but the experience was terrible. People have missing packages way to often and USPS won’t deliver packages to your door resulting in you having to make a trip to their downtown office (pain the butt).I would still recommend Camden Farmers Market to anyone, my wife and I lived there for 3 enjoyable years.
Tiana is AWESOME!!😁😁 I’ve never lived in an apartment complex where the manager’s team is just awesome, and I’m talking about EVERYONE!! Tiana took the time out to assist me with my cable issues when no one else even cared, not even the AT&T representative!!! Tiana is about 4’11 and weighs maybe a buck and five lbs but she packs a mean punch!!! Tiana jumped in and tackled an issue that I’ve been having a majority of the time since I’ve been here and I’ve been here since August of 2020! Tiana you ROCK!!! Thank You! Thank You! And Thank you some more!!! You are the true example of giving customers the WOW experience!!!

My experience with Camden.Living at Camden Farmers Market has been a complete joy. I’ve never had a better living environment than here. We all know that things happen that are out of our control as a resident but the staff are always on top of it. I’m always satisfied with the active response that the office has with any situation that occurs. These are but not limited too service request, rent questions, amenity usage & security questions. I’ve always trusted the office to answer my questions to the best of their ability. They always follow up promptly to the best of their ability and come up with solutions to the questions and concerns. The maintenance team are always prompt and have fixed any issue I’ve had. The managers Meredith, Rachel and Lindsey whom I’ve dealt with in the past are always courteous, professional, and very prompt to help with issues and concerns. What stands out the most is that they always greet me with a smile and are always willing to help find the solutions to any question I might have. That makes my living here EXCELLENT! Danielle in the office is great, anytime me and my husband ever have any questions she’s quick to answer. When we got our new dog she brought us dog treats to welcome him in. Last time I emailed her with an issue she had Pedro come fix the issue within a few minutes. We have had a great experience here so far & highly recommend :)
Our tour at Camden was great. India answered all our questions and made us feel welcome in a new city. It was honestly one of the best apartment hunting experiences weve ever had. We loved being able to tour the unit alone and then meet up with India to ask questions. She was patient and gave us information on all the units we toured.
The apartment complex at Farmer’s Market is beautiful and there are some very kind employees however I can’t encourage anyone to consider renting with Camden as a property management company. Difficulty getting in contact with staff and hidden fees upon move out make transitioning into a new place after move out a nightmare and even more difficult for anyone moving for pandemic related reasons. When considering renewing my lease in the pandemic they quoted me for a significant increase in rent despite the units being listed at a lower price than I was already paying and them acknowledging that a pandemic was causing financial hardship but doing little to nothing to support those struggling. I am deeply disappointed with the end of my time with the company and feel betrayed by what i now interpret as a false promise of care and support for residents.
Danielle showed me around the apartments, she was very welcoming and nice. She introduced me to Cassius the maintenance supervisor and he made a great impression of how I would be treated as a resident. After the tour she invited me to live at the property which was refreshing. If I am moving to Dallas Camden Farmers Market will be my first choice because of the experience I had here.

The value of Camden Farmers Market is unmatched considering the amenities and closeness to Dallas best attractions. Larissa, the leasing consultant, is amazing. Shes very nice and helpful. I have had a very difficult moving situation that has been handled with such care from the associates at Camden Farmers Market. Specifically Lindsay, Frank, and Rachel have been so incredibly helpful and communicative. I even once passed a leasing agent on property, Larissa, who helped me with a quick situation in the moment. The professionalism and kindness from these folks has been top notch. From my experience, everyone is happy to help if it is within their ability.Their phones ring off the hook, so they stay busy. But once they are working with you, you have their full attention. Im so grateful.

(Building 3, 7A and 7B) and I will say each apartment and it’s location made for a different experience each time. Ive been living here for a few months now and I love it. My apartment is a loft so I can only speak for the quality of the loft buildings, but the apartment itself is very spacious with updated appliances. I love the covered parking in the garage, as well as the hot tub and pool area. This community is very dog friendly which is a plus - my pup and I are on the second floor but its only a short walk down to the dog area and other owners are (mostly) considerate and pick up after their dogs. I honestly have not had a single issue here and havent needed to contact maintenance so I cant speak on response times, but I will say the employees in the leasing office are incredibly kind and are willing to help you in any way possible. My favorite thing about living here is that it is downtown but still feels very residential; the sidewalks and streets are clean and I can safely walk my dog at night with no concern. My partner and I are already expecting to renew our lease or jump on the wait list for a townhouse because we love Camden and Deep Ellum so much. In our last apartment we could hear our noisy neighbors, the gate for the garage was always broken, and trash/dog poop was scattered everywhere... Needless to say we are VERY glad we moved here!! If you are planning on moving, take a tour here and see how great the community is for yourself!
On Feb 24, 2021, I had a major plumbing issue that sort of sprung up out of nowhere. I tried to fix the issue on my own, but was unable too. Fortunately, it was during the day and I was able to call Amber, who reassured me that things would get taken care of, while also helping to calm me down, as I was in quite a state of alarm regarding the issue. She out a call out to maintenance and within hardly any time at all, I jad a knock at my door. It was Rene, with plumbing tools in hand ready to help me out. Now, I had made such a mess at trying to fix things without the proper tools, that I wasnt in a state of mind to allow Rene to just do hos job. I said that I could do it if he just gave me the tools. But he was very professional, as it was clear that I was in a state of storts about the whole issue. He was light hearted, kind, incredibly professional, quick, effective, efficient, tidy, gracious, and once again, incredibly professional from the time he entered my home, until the time he left. He did nothing to add to my anxiety from having already tried my hand at fixing the plumbing issue, he just did his job, and was so kind and professional--I felt like had it been anyone else, things could have gone differently. I really dont know how to convey his level or both professionalism and pose and emotional awarness, which was not at all required of him by any means. To say Rene went above and beyond would be to undermine his work ethic, kindness, compassion and professionalism. The same goes for Amber, as they both really took care of me as though I were family. Things were handled perfectly, on both their parts, in every aspect, and Im really grateful and appreciated. Thank you Rene. Thank you Amber. --Camden Farmers Market resident building 23.
Cant say enough good things about this place and the staff. I moved here from LA last year and did everything online. I was super impressed with the value for my money and the truth in advertising. I got exactly what I was expecting in a beautiful apartment and property. The office and maintenance staff are always quick to respond to needs and questions coming up with resolutions in a prompt and professional manner. HUGE shout out to Lindsay the Assistant Manager. In this tough time of uncertainty I was faced with moving my mom across country to live with me. This was a super stressful time but Lindsay was there with me every step of the way. She was patient with my questions and changing circumstances and needs. She was prompt with responses and follow up and did everything with such kindness. Shes a real gem. Thank you Lindsay!

We came in late in the day to do a tour, and Larissa Marion was awesome. She was very transparent, professional, and polite. Got us in and out extremely fast (which was a major priority for us) with the perfect apartment we wanted. We were able to move in in less than a week. Zero complaints, we love it!

Good 2018 & 20192020 has not been pleasantRats, murder, armed robbery, stolen packages, stolen mail, cars broken into all things to expect when living here.Management will say thats what happens when you live in downtown Dallas!Gangsters in the basketball court make it a worthless amenity. (Literally an attempted murder happened after a pick up game)Recent renovations just put lipstick on a pig while pipes and structural issues will affect your day to day lives more than you would prefer.

I think this is a fair review because the good outweighs the bad. I feel lighting and parking situation could be better, but I also carry pepper spray 😬. I’ve heard a lot about break-ins rumors but from what I see It’s a lot of people who choose to park on the street, hence the parking comment. That doesn’t make it better, but I’d never park my car downtown on the street. I like that it is gated and does have a close door to door neighbor situation. I love mine and it makes you feel safer as people can easily hear anything. Also, I’ve never had any issues with maintenance other than a happy 😊 smile!

With that being said, I’m giving Camden 5 stars, if anything, due to the maintenance team here! Salvador, Pedro, Betro to Rene, crazy that I know their names, are official certified ninjas. As soon as my request is received, maintenance comes within an hour.The leasing office staff are amazing as well, no cap. SN: Camden was the only apartment complex, to my knowledge, that actually gave back to its residents during the start of the pandemic! Only complaint would be the lack of cameras, especially in this area. When/if that is fixed, Camden would be the ideal place to live. Yet and still, the good outweighs the bad. If they keep it up, it looks like I’ll be renewing my lease!Thanks Camden

I really appreciated India’s kindness from always having a pleasant attitude and remembering my apartment number when she was in the mail room, to her attention to detail as a leasing consultant. This place is such a great place to live because they truly care about their residence.
I wish I had conducted a bit more research before moving to CFM. I recently relocated to the area and wanted a location in the heart of the city. I intended to live here for a year and then decide which area of Dallas I wanted to permanently reside in. The location is convenient in so many ways. That said, I implore you to look elsewhere when seeking a home. I relocated after living here for less than 30 days. This is how bad it was! I am not exaggerating. The main issues are crime and the fact that there is such a laissez-faire approach to resolving these issues. Crime happens - of course. However, there are ways to be proactive in taking security measures to address these concerns. It is so horrible, a resident started a GroupMe chat due to the high levels of theft and vandalism on the property. Additionally, the rent is astronomical for the types of incidents that repeatedly happen here. Many residents have reached out to corporate, but I am not sure if this will improve the dire circumstances.It was overwhelming to find another place in a short amount of time, but I was determined to do so. Safety is important! Dont be fooled by the aesthetics. If you value your peace of mind, do not lease here. If you enjoy the convenience of having items delivered to your front door (without them being stolen), dont lease here. If you like having a good nights rest, do not lease here. I could go on, but Ill stop there.I am incredibly relieved and thankful that I no longer have to live here and deal with these issues. I have no gripes with anyone in particular, so this is not meant to be retaliatory in any manner. I just hope I can save someone from making the same mistake I made.
When I visited the property, Danielle was amazing! She was very professional and knowledgeable. She really seems to care about the people that live at Camden.
At the time I was looking to move into Camden Farmers Market, I was in a mad dash to find something within budget and a good location.The leasing staff helped take care of everything needed before moving in to make sure I had somewhere to live. Ive run into a few problems, typical with any other apartment, but both the management and maintenancestaff have been very helpful and courteous in resolving anything and helping make me feel more at home. I just moved in today. So far our experience has been absolutely wonderful! The Camden Farmers Market team is very friendly and helpful. Lisa gave us our tour and did a phenomenal job, she is personable and provided answers to all our questions. She also communicated with us very clearly to make sure our move in process went smoothly. Matthew helped us today by quickly getting us through the move in process of getting our keys and letting us know some basic things about living here. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Our apartment is absolutely gorgeous, but the positive interactions with the office staff have really made us feel welcome.
I lived at Camden Farmers Market for a few years in two different apartments. I enjoyed all of their wonderful amenities! The office staff is very professional and always willing to help!
India was an amazing tour guide and leasing agent. She was very knowledgeable of the property and convinced my dad to lease immediately.
I can’t say much about the whole staff because I haven’t met them or I haven’t had the same experience.But I can say for the assistant manager Lindsey Neff, that she is a wonderful person! She helped me out in a truly hard time. She really holds to her values and beliefs. As long as she is in the office I believe your problems will be heard! So definite ask for her becausee her heart truly comes first!But I repeat! Do not get your packages delivered to your front door or it will get taken. I’ve gotten 2 packages taken on 2 separate occasions from my front door while I was at work. So be careful.
I went to take a tour. I scheduled it with Danielle, she was super professional and seemed sweet on email. So when I get there, they tell me that she is off that day and that they will get someone else to give me the tour. Morgan was polite but you definitely could tell that she was ready to leave, which was not her fault, as she had not scheduled our tour, but she rushed through it like crazy. She did not even bother to show us the pool, all she said was you can see the pictures online and then she went to their website to show us. When I asked her if we can see it all she said was Im so sorry. The amenities carpet had just been washed so we could not even see that. We literally saw one unit and that was it. Every other tour that I have been on, they have gone beyond just showing a unit, and this place did not. It was a very rushed tour and I did not feel like they wanted my business. SO I will do just that-not even bother.
The help from Morgan was wonderful. 10/10 recommend to a friend.
Alexis Hilliard and Dean Adams helped make me feel welcomed when I arrived at my new home. The paperwork was smooth, apartment was clean, the internet was already hooked up, and they provided a few essential items that are needed on your first day.The Farmers Market Area is truly unique and should appeal to those who support small/local business and to the foodie in everyone. I’m happy to call Camden Farmers Market, my new home.
I have been a resident at Camden Farmers Market for the last 4 years. I’ve lived in two different buildings and I have to say I have absolutely loved both! The office staff: Devyn, Alexis, India, Frank, and Bonnie are amazing!! They are always eager to help and work with you through any issues that may arise. The maintenance team is top notch and incredibly friendly. They’re responsive and I have never had any issues getting anything fixed in a timely manner. This place is home and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!
I love Camden Farmers Market! I love the pool and they provide great service especially from Frank.

I just called five minute ago and first time I called someone picked up and hung up. I called again, and this time, someone picked, but this woman had was the least accommodating leasing agent ever. I told her I had a few questions because I was moving to Dallas, and she was short with her response and put me on hold. When she came back on the line, she didnt even let me get a word in, asking me if I wanted a one bedroom or two. I said I had a few questions to ask first. I inquired about their parking situation, which she didnt really give me a clear answer to, and I asked if they had a preferred employers program. She responded to me like I was just wasting her time. This place was initially on the top of my list because I could still easily afford it even without the employer program, but Id rather not deal with that kind of person ever again. Please reteach your leasing agents the basics of customer service. Thank you.
Alexis in Leasing has been there for me Every. Step. Of. The. Way. From finding the perfect floor plan, to answering any and all questions I have now that I am all moved in, I always feel at home at Camden because of her!
I absolutely LOVE this place. Its a hidden gem, the best kept secret in Dallas if you ask me. Its clean, right in downtown, but not IN the mess and hustle and bustle of down town. I love that its right by the Farmers Market. Im thrilled to be a resident. :)From the moment we looked at the apartments, we were treated so well by JP (our leasing agent). She was patient, professional, kind, funny and cool! Shes the best Ive ever dealt with! Shes so good, I thought she was the manager. She would make a great manager because she exudes everything that a manger should.Management team, you have a real special one on your hands! Give her a promotion please, she deserves it! Lisa L. has been awesome helping me with my move in process. I had a few headaches with AT&Ts set up, but with Lisa’s help everything was resolved quickly and I am now able to enjoy my new home. The maintenance team has also exceeded my expectations for a property this size and has responded to my requests in a timely manner. I am very pleased!
Danielle was super helpful, the property is nice and the pricing is good for a downtown property. If I decide to move to Dallas this is one of my top choices.
My mom and I toured the apartments today with Chandler and it was such a great experience. He took the time to show us three different floor plans, both club houses, and all around the property. He was so helpful answering all of our questions. I am very interested in living in these apartments now! Thanks Chandler!
The location is great, and the apartments are nice enough, but its nearly impossible to have any form of communication with the leasing office. Every time I call it always goes to the main center in Houston, and they have to transfer me back where they still dont answer. Ive stopped by the office more than once to try to get something taken care of and it just never happens. Packages go missing, the parking garages are disgusting, and the majority of parking is taken up by cars that either havent moved in 6+ months or arent people who live there. Weve been here for almost two years and cant wait to move out. Seriously, dont do it.
I did not live here but i had a very detailed tour. Susan was a great help with showing every amenity and attraction this place had to offer! She will also try her best to make sure you get the best rate for any unit they have to offer! Very friendly! Five stars
My experience I hope is not typical of the attitude or customer service others receive. I can here to visit a friend and mistakenly parked in the downstairs first floor parking area. Not knowing that guest parking is on the 4th floor of the parking garage ( this information is posted on a small sign attached to the gate as you enter the garage but unseen by me because the gate was opening by the time I left the call box and approached) Being handicapped I wouldn’t be able to walk down 4 flights of stairs or manage to walk down the ramps from the fourth floor to the first floor where my friend lives. The two handicapped spaces I saw were occupied so looking around I saw the closest space that was not marked reserved and parked there. At sometime in the hour I was visiting my friend my car was towed and the office is closed. So I will now have to pay $170.00 to recover my vehicle as well as whatever the cost of an Uber or Lyft will be to get to the impound lot. The friend I was visiting here is a very dear and longtime friend but in the future I will have to have him visit me at my home where parking is free and easily accessible for handicapped people. The staff here are very busy so much in fact they are unable to stop their golf cart long enough to even let you know where they had your vehicle towed too!
Pedro and Michael Garza came and replaced my oven door on a Saturday. We were planning on having family over for socially distanced Thanksgiving and could not have done it without them. Thank you Pedro and Michael!

Ignore the 5-star reviews. Especially the recent ones. They were incentivized. Do not move here. You may come and view CFM because of the lower rates and location, but you have no idea the trade-offs if you do.I moved in a couple of months ago and it was a horrible experience. My leasing agent, though fairly new to the job, didn’t really prepare me for certain things like how to get into the building, so I ended up adding time to my moving service. I was told my keys would be left inside my apartment and I could just walk in (contactless due to COVID), but that wasn’t true. When I finally got help to get in (from another resident), the door was locked. When I received my keys, one of the keys was incorrect. When I got in the apartment, the bedrooms were carpeted. I was told it’d be hardwood throughout. They offered to put me in another unit but WHO would do that after changing their address everywhere and with a moving service charging out the wazoo?Fast forward to me trying to explain the situation to one of the staff (she only made excuses and did not care), I lodged a complaint with corporate via Twitter. They hopped right on it and the manager compensated me for the money I lost waiting around. I forgave the incident since proper amends were made and would not even mention it if the rest of stay here wasn’t proving to be a total nightmare.When I moved in, in addition to the carpet I didn’t want, I noticed drops of paint on the floor. Whoever touched up did a horrible job. The place was only quickly cleaned even though you have to pay for professional cleaning upon moving out. Clearly, they’re robbing folks. It was hard to set up the mandatory cable and internet and you pay $100+ for only basic internet and cable. I moved into a 2-bedroom with kids that will learn from home and where I will work from home. Basic internet isn’t even enough to support two TVs streaming with cell phones and laptops so I had to upgrade and pay more on top of the technology package payment. It’s my fault really. These are things I should have inquired more about before I moved in but I’m letting you know anyway. I called AT&T for assistance with setting everything up and they said if you want to watch TV in another room away from the main cables, you either have to run cable (YOURSELF) or pay for a wireless access point even if that’s the only TV using the service. Also the service is shoddy OFTEN even though I pay for the best plan. I’ve been kicked off conference calls, experienced buffering issues when streaming, kids can’t play their video games, etc.Since moving in, I have filed 10 service requests.Master bedroom closet door, broken. It’s one of those outdated sliding doors.Refrigerator was freezing my food even on the recommended and lower settings.The kitchen faucet was spewing water randomly instead of in a steady stream or flow.The oven range wasn’t centered and was rocking back and forth.Pest control. Centipedes and beetles (are still) in the bathroom.Second bathroom sink fixtures loose.Another pest and refrigerator complaint and they finally replaced the fridge.I don’t know who inspected the place when the last residents moved out but the job was far from thoroughly done. I get it, COVID-19, but STILL.Last, the thing that makes this place unbearable are the other residents. Clearly, not all of them but many. Many do not clean up after their pets. One consistently brings her child into the common areas, hallways and courtyard to cry endlessly. I asked her if she could take the child inside and she gave me attitude. Whatever. Neighbors above me clearly don’t sleep and stomp all day and night, slam cabinets, run the bath constantly. I’ve filed noise complaints but they’re not evicting anybody. Neighbors abuse the parking system with their guests, host pool parties like we’re not in a pandemic, steal your packages. I could write a book.DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’m in a lease until 8/2021 and the only thing that will make me renew is if I just don’t have the time and energy to pack again and go somewhere else.
Living here is horrible. Staff just tell you things to get you off the phone. Delivery here is horrible. Everything here is horrible. Believe the low reviews.Update: trying to move out and finish my lease. Experience is still horrible and the staff is uncoordinated. Alexis and Morgan are rude and unprofessional as well. DONT LEASE HERE!
