The only place to go!!!! Better than any other places in the area (I checked out all of them).I am European, and the American nail salon standards are terrifying to me... at some point I didn’t even want to get my nails done because of how bad the service was- my nails were burning while taking off gel manicure, my cuticles were bleeding, and the polish would peel off after a few days.I went to Zin Nail with my nails in a very bad condition and they made them look all nice again. The service was very professional, the place was in pristine condition( which really is unusual in my experience), the tools they use are new, the towels snow white and clean (contrary to Hana Nails in Marina, or any Nail Garden where the towels seem not to be changed since the opening). They painted my nails very precisely, and corrected with a small brush ( which is the right way to do but for some reason other places don’t do that). Moreover, something I have never experienced in US nail salons, even instagram famous Modern Pamper or Laqued, they tried out the polish color on one nail first for me to accept (sometimes the color turns out different on your nail than on the sampler).At the end, my hands were moisturizer (with cream from a separate designated container, not a nasty big box laying around open all day and touching different clients skin (I have experienced that too), and my hands were wrapped in in warm towels.The whole salon was spacious and designed in a way to give clients privacy (again, not like most chain places cramped like a railway compartment).Before entering, they check your temperature and do a COVID questioning.Again, this is the only place I will go from now on, and I have been looking for a nail place for over 1.5 years and was always unsatisfied.I appreciate that Zin Nail and Spa keeps the standard so high, even though they don’t have too (other places just do the bare minimum).My brother owns a nail salon in Europe and was always outraged by my descriptions of places here, except Modern Pamper in Burbank ( however they charge 90$ for gel manicure). Zin Nail offers equally good service, charges 33$ for gel manicure and has much more convenient location.

FRESHLY RENOVATED! Such nice ladies that give you great service beginning to end when you come to their nail spa. Cool dude that’s always in a good mood at the front desk.I got a gel manicure and pedicure with callus treatment ($76). They lotion AND massage your feet and hands. Also hot towel before nail color application. All their tools are fresh out of a plastic envelope for all new clients which I LOVE!Definitely coming back to this location with friends!

The nails here are wayyy too overpriced for what it really is, and my nails arent always done exactly right when Im paying $30 for regular acrylic nails no diamonds none of that. The customer service is whatever they dont go out of their way to help theyre not that friendly the customers are even more friendly than the staff and that says a lot about the place. Its not worth it I only came because I needed to get my nails done and was already there but theyre not the best nail place. If Im going to pay $30 at least make it worthwhile for the customer! I got my nails done by Susan in case anyone was wondering.

Always a great experience. Ellen is the best...nails are always flawless with millions of compliments. Chris the host is such a pleasure to talk to. He keeps me laughing. I honestly hate when I have to go somewhere else when my tech isnt in.

I enjoyed my experience here very much. It wasnt too busy when I went with my friend, so they were able to get us in at the same time. Very sanitary and not rough at all when taking off my gel nails. There was a professional feel to the place. Most customers who came in seemed satisfied with their experience. I will definitely be coming back to get my nails done here.

They have a great location at the mall of course... I only came here because I was in a rush to be somewhere and it was convenient for me to go here. I went the first time, but did not like my experience there for some reason why I cannot remember... but I decided to give it a second try and then I remembered why! I told the lady I was in a a bit of a rush, but it seemed like she didn’t care at all. She kept talking amongst her coworkers and kept stopping while doing my nails just to socialize with them. Then she got up left for like 5 minutes and not telling me what was going on or what she was going to do. I paid $50 just for gel nails and added a top coat of metallic on them. Okay, I was satisfied with the nails. But then the next day it started chipping.. little by little and looked so disgusting!! (Ladies I’m pretty sure you know what chipped nails feel like...embarrassing!) I was so busy with work and school that I had no time to call them and tell them how disgusting it was getting. I wanted to go in face to face and show them the nails when I had time. So a few days later I went and told them,”Hey look my nails got this way the second day I got them. Can you do anything to accommodate me by just re-coating the top or anything!.” It’s not like I was asking for a refund or anything.. Then they said we cannot we would have to do the nails all over again. I said well okay.. Can you do 50% off or something? They disagreed. Like are you serious ?? I spent $50 for gel on my real nails which are small nails that I have by the way ! You guys make so much money being located at the mall and you cannot accommodated an unsatisfied customer. Redoing small nails should not have been such a big problem. Places like this nail salon should not even get business if they cannot satisfy a disappointed customer. I told about my story and my nails and was very honest about everything. Why would I go out of my way with a busy schedule and come back to this disappointing nail salon that can’t even put a metallic nail coat on top. I didn’t even want to go back because I was afraid they would mess up again. Waste of my money. I’m glad they said they could not accommodate me because I wouldn’t want to waste my time again.

This was my first (and last) time at this salon. I went in for a basic mani/pedi with buff (no polish). The only good thing about my experience was the comfort of the spa chair. I gotten buff a few time before and theyve always used a special tool to give my nails a professional-looking shine. Not only did I receive a weird waterless manicure 🤨, both techs decided to do rush jobs using a cheap buffing block you can find at any drugstore...I could have done a much better job myself! Also, the manicurist butchered my cuticles and used a toenail clipper to cut my fingernails in the most uneven way. Now, Im out $44 and my nails look a mess! And she had the audacity to wait for a tip at the end 🤯

Worst pedicure I’ve had even though the staff was friendly. It wasn’t clean nor polished and my toe nails were not cut symmetrically. On top of that, they did two different colors for my nails and toes... total mess. However, the gel manicure lady (the young one) did an amazing job!

The staff in the salon were friendly. They quickly started my pedicure on a Monday evening around 6:00pm. They did a great job!

Worst nail shop ever! I’ve paid for a gel manicure and within 2 days my nail polish completely chipped off my right thumb. I called and they said to come in and they will take care of it. So I did and 3 days later the polish came of and my nail broke off. Never has that occurred to me.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Not only was it a waste of money but I spent over a hour and a half just for a simple basic pedicure. The person who serviced me thought It was okay for me to walk out after paying 40$ for my polish be completely uneven and all over my skin, my acrylic was applied so thick The price definitely doesn’t match the service. Not sure if it was the smell of a water leak but over by the pedicure chairs was a horrible smell.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Don’t come here. They are so negative and they talk mess in their language. I arrive here to add a diamond to my nail and there were 4 employees here not doing anything and still didn’t want to do their job. This is horrible save yourself!!!

I got a mani and a gel polish. It was terrible. The polish was streaky and my mani was amateur at best. It took my whole lunch time to do. I told the mgr. that I would come back after work to have polish redone.When I came back to have it redone only 1 1/2 hours later, they charged me for a whole new set. 😠. I wont be back.

They do a really good mani/pedi. But need to upscale the salon. All the towels stained and tattered. It doesnt seem clean.

The guy said a pedi was going to be $20 it ended up being $32. I left with skin peeling off my feet and the little hairs still on my toes. The whole thing only lasted about 10 minutes. The color was nice though.

Been here twice: once for a gel manicure and once for a spa pedicure. Loved it both times. Quiet and peaceful, friendly staff who dont try to sell every add on possible and a great finish to the nails. :-)

I have been a patron of this nail salon for the past several years, although reluctantly at times. This morning I arrived a little after 10:00 AM and was treated very rudely as though they were doing me a favor to do my nails.My nails were brittle and breaking after having a gel treatment two weeks ago. The man that was doing my nails said that the previous person did not apply the basecoat and that is why they were so brittle.Usually the nail stylist speak to each other in Vietnamese very loudly and make a person feel that they are talking about the customer.This will be the last time I have my nails done there and I am not the only person who feels this way.Writing this review only because I’m hoping they will step up their game. I want only to see success for our neighboring businesses.

This nail shop has the worst service and is very racist. Money is money and customer service is a big part of that. They need better customer service at this shop. The worst experience ever. People walked in before me and got service while others sat around and ate. This by far was the worst service I have experienced. I will be contacting the better business bureau. Money does not have a skin color on it and I will NEVER give them another dime of my money. I have never left a business so angry and disturbed to the point where I knew something had to be done. I will contact whoever to make sure this business is looked at and inspected . I asked for DIP and he said they had it but proceeded to tell me he was doing gel but charging me the DIP price. I had been many times at this place and almost all experiences were great, I went for my birthday on January the 5th I had the worse attendant ever, who first of all I think she was upset cause she burly got the chance to finish her lunch, I explained her like 10 times how I wanted my nails and she kept on doing her own thing, she sent me to wash my hands and ask her, are you through filing my nails and shes like yeah. And I showed her that I had all the acrilic powder stuck between the skin and nail underneath.. long story I ask the one who was in charge of the spa to take a look and actually ask for someone else who could do a better job and the way I wanted and he ask me to wait like 30 min for another person, so I decided not to keep waiting and ask him how much is it? He was changing me the full price of the nails and I said Im not gonna pay for somenthing I didnt ask for and I didnt like and they werent even done, so he said oh well then I will have the same lady taking them off so I said ok.. I had some other lady doing the nails for me.. but no kidding Im never going back, who wants to be stuck 4 hours in a place for my birthday and receiving bad service..

Please do NOT go here. I was running errands in the mall and to save time I decided to get a gel mani and pedi here and they did a horrible job. The pedi was decent but the gel mani was horrible I was almost tempted to go to my regular nail salon to get them done over.

I went to get a pedi for my husband and regular acrylic nails. When I asked in the reception the guy said 20 for pedi and 25$ for nails. They ended up charging me 73$ I had as like so pist off! It was the worst experience! They were doing my pedicure and manicure at the same time. Had me twisted up like a pretzel! It was so much confusion going on, due to a client running late for an appointment. The technicians were arguing for about 35 minutes, it was not a relaxing environment at all!

Horrible and nasty worst pedicure they used a finger nail file to use on the bottom of my foot for a callus treatment I ask for a refund since they couldnt get the callus off with proper tools they refused thats disgusting and didnt clean my hands properly for a manicure I had just ate food he didnt put my hands in water to soak before adding any product. Worst place and nasty needs take out trash it stinks and there not sanitary

THE ASIAN MAN WHO RUNS THE SHOP IS A COMPLETE DICK!!! THERE SERVICES ARE HORRIBLE THE LADY WHO PAINTED MY TOES HAD JUST GOT DONE PAINTING ANOTHER LADIES TOES AND DIDNT HAVE GLOVES ON I PERSONALLY HAD TO REMIND HER TO CLEAN HER TOOLS AND APPLY GLOVES BEFORE STARTING MY TOES.
