Jemina at Bethesda Custom Tailors did an amazing job helping my husband get his tux for our wedding. She went above and beyond, such a relief after having a difficult time finding the tux at other stores. We were able to get his tux exactly right and he looked incredible. Well be going to BCT for every suit we need from here on out!

I highly recommend Bethesda Custom Tailors for tuxedo rental. My rental was perfect in every way. I was measured on Tuesday. The suit was ready Thursday afternoon for a weekend wedding. Jimena was very friendly and helpful. The suit, shirt, shoes and accessories were top quality, comfortable, stylish and fit perfectly. Fitting, pick up, and drop off were as easy as can be. Jimena and her family were incredible. We rented tuxedos for my wedding and they were all so helpful. When some of my groomsmen were unable to make it to the shop during the store hours, Jimena made sure to find a time that would work for them. I took my wedding dress in for alterations and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. They were able to do the custom alterations I asked for and they did it well within when they said they would have it done. Their prices were also fair for wedding dress alterations. I cant recommend them enough.

My wife and I were looking for a place to rent my wedding tuxedo and we found Bethesda Custom Tailors. They did an excellent work with my tuxedo. They also altered my wifes wedding dress and she was more than happy with the result. Great service and work. We recommended them with all of our family and friends.

Used their tailoring services innumerable times and never found a single thread out of place. You tell them what you need, they know the ins and outs of how to do it properly.

An excellent tailor. These fine folks fixed my suit after the tailors at Joseph A. Bank butchered it. They did not do nearly as well as this place. Ive gone here to get all of my clothes altered since then.

I had to get a pair of jeans fixed since the button had broken off the front. They told me that it could not be reattached but that they could place a new one on there instead. When I came back later that day, the button looked great and they charged me NOTHING! FREE! Really great customer service and I will definitely be going back for alterations.

Google wont let me do negative stars. But that is what they deserve.I came in with a gorgeous, brand new dress to have the zipper fixed (it came broken, and the online store who sold it to me credited me the money to have it fixed). They told me it would take two weeks - when I came to pick it up, they had ruined it. I mean the zipper worked, but the dress was covered in stains. It looks like someone ate cheetohs and tried to rub out their smudges, and it had stains across the front, zipper, and sides - all looked like graphite smudges - the dress itself looked worn. I told them this was unacceptable, that it was brand new when I brought it in. They claimed I brought them a dirty dress - they refused to help, and kept saying it wasnt there job to tell customers when they bring them dirty clothing. I mean, this dress was brand spanking new. It hadnt been warn. When I brought it to them I had it wrapped in plastic. I have pictures I took of the dress the night before I brought it to them, stain free! I showed them the pictures and they refused to admit that they had ruined my dress - and told me not to buy used clothes. I came back to work almost in tears (this dress is for a gala I am going to in a couple days, and I ordered it from London, so theres no way I can get a replacement in time, let alone afford a replacement.) My boss was so sweet and walked back to the tailors with me - and heard the same BS. She asked for them to at least refund me. Then the women at the tailor shop told me We cant refund you, its not our fault, and you didnt pay us to start with! I had in fact paid two weeks prior when I dropped off the dress and they eventually found a hand-written ticket in some box and refunded me the thirty bucks I had spent to get my zipper fixed. I have never been treated so poorly, or, quite frankly, been so upset over a transaction. I have 3 days until the gala and a very limited budget to get this dress fixed which I am not at all sure is possible.Do not take your business here.

Very friendly, fast, convenient and were flexible with my return on the Tux I rented. Only complaint was they didnt give me the black studs for my buttons as they said they would.

Horrible work and most of all horrible customer service. i would never use them again.to everyone who is thinking of going there do your self a favor and fix it yourself you would probably do a better job and save yourself the hustle. Rip off.
