Jennifer is rude and mean. She rushed through, and did a horrible job. The nail polish is not even covering my entire nails; she left plenty on my skin though! When I asked her to please clean the skin around my nails she said she was done, that I was fine, and that it will wash off when I wash my hands at home. I told her that this was the worst nail job I’ve ever received and that I was very unhappy. No effort at all on her part to apologize or to fix anything. Instead, she gave me an attitude. I’m still in shock!No wonder this place is always empty when I walk in. This was my second time but I’m sure never coming back!

This place used to be my go to but its been pretty bad the last few times and Ive witnessed very rude treatment of other customers. there is one girl there that does a good job with pedicures but otherwise they rush through and just dont do a good job polishing. The owner told one mother who complained how her daughters nails looked that the polish was supposed to be on the skin because she has short nails. When another customer complained they just ignored her as if she wasnt speaking...never apologized.

Not worth the price to expensive, my toes were nice but I did not like my full set they were too thick and the shape was not nice .

Very annoying and impossible to relax.The guy that did my manicure has no idea of what he was doing. The nail polish did not cover my nail and it looked really bad. The lady that did my pedicure kept insisting for me to do a special pedicure to be able to charge more. When I said that I wanted regular pedicure and manicure they all started speaking very loud and even though I don’t understand a word of they were saying it was very clear that they were talking about me.No wonder the place was empty and for sure I will never go back.

The customer service here is so bad and the people here are so rude. We asked them what the price was at the beginning and as soon as they started doing my nails and pedicure they doubled it and started saying that we were not listening and paying attention. I do not recommend coming here at all.

This place is horrible! The guy doing my nails rushed them! I kept asking for narrow nails and i had some narrow and some wide! I kept telling him please fix this and he kept saying I’m not done!! He did my gel SO QUICK! I have huge globs of the clear top coat and some of my nails weren’t fully covered in clear coat! My nails are deformed! I wish i could giveback it 0. I’m so upset i have to try to fix them my self at home!

Horrible customer service! The guy refused to do fix my nails because he filed down one nail really short,so I told him to even out the rest. He was bothered that I didn’t like the way he filed it down.He then tells me that I don’t know what I want and that I’m too picky. He tries to shape the nails on one hand and they looked so crooked. At the end he stopped and told me he wasn’t going to finish my nails! They are not professional. I should’ve looked at the reviews first! Bad service and bad work! Do not waste your time! While I lived in LA, I would take the drive, through traffic!, just to get to this nail shop!! They take their time and do a great job. I never felt rushed, or felt as if I wasted my whole day there either. I enjoy that they are detailed with their work and affordable. I often recommended people here and they loved it as well

I had the worst experience ever at a nail salon here. I was getting my nails done the lady that always wears the polka dot jumpsuit kept talking to all of her co workers in a different Language, she was so distracted and kept messing up my nails cutting them to short and had to start all over again at least 3 times. Some girls came in complaining about their nails looking grey when they where supposed to be white, she was arguing tell them no u dyed your hair and screaming at them and to her co workers talking in a different language, my nails came out so bad I had to go to another nail salon and they had to fix their problem.

12 minute Pedicure . It was Horrible, I dont think these people are trained properly. This guy waved his hand in my face as to be quiet when I was saying I like them Short and Square. He cut all my corners off with his nippers. I had to leave without polish, only clear. This was by far the worst Pedicure I have ever had. The guy doing my Pedicure was ready to polish me and my husbands lady was still on his first foot.We get pedicures monthly together. I was very upset. I didnt ask for an express pedi.If your in a rush and dont care what your nails look like ... this is your spot.

Ive been going here for years. They do a good job relaxing and friendly. Everyone I bring loves this place. Its clean and the massages are great

I have been coming here for about 6 months now...I get the gel for my nails & need a redo every 2-3 weeks so Im here at least once a month or more & they are very clean & efficient. They offer mani & pedi services & have pretty good prices. Even when they are busy I feel like they still provide great service & attention to detail. Im always happy with my nails & toes when I leave.

Very bad service!! rude people. They did not take their time doing my nails and messed it up and I told them that one of my nail got messed up and the lady did nothing about it. And they tell you the price before and then after they charge you more. The lady cheated and took my money. They’re dishonest and impolite. And they embrass you in front of everyone and make you feel unwelcomed.

First time there. Took my 3.5 yr old for her first mani. The staff was very sweet and friendly to me and my daughter. Maggie did a wonderful job with my gel mani. Prices are very reasonable too! Will definitely return.

Ive been going to this nail place for years but its under new management the ppl that did a great job there are all gone .. The lady that did my pedicure clipped a piece of my toe skin making it bleed and laughed .. Never ever going there.. Enter at your own risk..

Ive been going to them for a year now . But lately theyve been getting sloppy with their menie pedicure . They are a good place, but dont get me wrong do not go to them before colsing time. I payed for a mani and peduicre, thinking I will get a 7 minutue massage . I came their because I was on my period and I want 7 minutes of pain off my feet. When the lady was done, she told me she gave me a massage clearly she was lying because I didnt feel any presusre of my feet which nornamly I do when getting a massage . Also The owner was in the rush she never listens to you when your in pain . She pulled off my nail and a layer of skin with my acrylics I was in so much pain while she was doing it . Thank god for american express cancalastion service fee on payments . I walked out on their service the other day . Didnt even tip her they were lazy yesterday.Thank god going to tony and guy taught me about health and services policy .

Horrible service! Very rude employees. The person who painted my nails left nail polish on my fingers.

Came in to get a gel pedicure and paid $50 for the massage and all and come out with only one big toe not coated in clear polish . Overnight it got cloth and semi dirt from the air and me wearing sandals and it looks lumpy now also because i have an overlay and she didn’t even the nail out

The worst set of dipped nails I’ve ever had in my life he filed them crooked and an even I was left full of bumps and he cut my finger they were also very rude the man that was doing my nails and gave me an attitude He was talking to another lady and they were laughing at me
