This place seems like to only accept people by appointment. Didn’t realized this til I saw the sign on their door. Called and surprised they accommodated me. You’re asked to wash your hands and there’s a COVID-19 screen + masks and all that stuff. Got a mani and pedi. They worked very efficiently. They’re so friendly as well! I noticed there are a lot of regular customers that came in and out of this place so that must mean something good. The techs are very careful with my nails and asked me in between the service if I like how it’s looking like. I’m satisfied with their service. Thankful that they fixed my botched nail job from three days ago 💕

Awesome service. I was impressed with how well the staff was able to multi task and add value. I got my pedicure and full set done both at the same time! Talk about making use of time, plus I was early for my appointment and they were all extremely accommodating.

Really? $5 more for males? Explained males req more work because the don’t come in as often 🙄 got cut, bled 😠 hot pedicure at, wanted his hands 🙌 on more of my body. Gel polish only, $15 more! 😠

Ive been going to Get Nails since around 2016. I thought it was two years but now I realize its about 4 years! I have had my nails done in different countries and states and D is by far, THE BEST nail technician I have ever encountered.He takes his time doing nails, masters the curved nails I love and takes good care of the actual nail when needed. Michelle is my preference for pedicures but thats just how its been since I started going there. She gives the best foot massages. Getting my nails done is one of the few ways I spoil myself and I absolutely love getting my nails done here. D listens to me when I describe what I want and fixes even little things if I do happen to point something out.

Needed a last minute full set with designs as the original person at another salon canceled on me. D took me willingly despite being super busy and did such a beautiful job. The look I wanted was super specific and he really took his time and listened to every special request I had. He even stayed late as the rest of the staff closed up shop.My nails came out perfect and I couldn’t be more obsessed. I’ve gotten so many compliments and will 100% coming back!

I came in last night 3/27. I called around 5:20 asking how much they charge for gel manicure I was told $27 so I walk in around 5:45 and they are extremely busy but they were able to take me so I waited and I was helped around 6:20 buy a older technician she was not great because I kept having to tell her she was hurting me or her filing was crooked. Im surprised she didnt notice until I told her the shapes of my nails were terrible and so uneven. Im not sure if she knows how to cut your cuticles because she was peeling my skin back and it hurt sooooo much! Its still hurting 24hours later.smh her paint job is very thick and streaky. My index and middle finger has so much polish looks like the polish is falling off the sides, the filing is all uneven I have some short some long nails there are little bumps and lines in my nail you cant hardly see it in pictures but its there. The only positive was the massage that was relaxing oh oh by the way and when I go to pay at the end she charged me $30 and Im confused still why she charge $30 when I have basic gel manicure and was told $27 over the phone so they increase your price depending on different customers I guess so that sucks and she wondered why I didnt tip her because she was saying no tip no tip while I was leaving and she was slamming the cleaning supplies around when I left it was about 7:10 so I was there one hour and a half it seems like most of their customers are children or teenagers so when I was telling her I didnt like how my nails looked she must dont hear that a lot and she was not happy but Im not happy and Im the customer paying for $30 service that was very unsatisfying I definitely will not be returning to this location ever.

Please, please, PLEASE always check if they clean the tub with protocol disinfectant even if they use a plastic lining and also please ask if all tools nail clippers, sponges, fillers are (new) and etc are high level sterilized and removed from sterilized packaging in front of you. Dont be a victim of nail fungus disease or even worst infections. Please pay close attention ON how your manicurist cleans the spa tubs. Wiping and rinsing is not proper sanitization. If the proper procedures are not followed ask them to clean them in your presence or simply just leave. Its the LAW!!!

Just came back from here and let me tell you then go above and beyond to make sure your nails looks good! I didn’t even have to say anything and they took care of everything. LOVE Michelle she did my pedicure and it was so good! I would recommend this place!

They do a really good job here, but my last visit i was waiting a long time for the guy that usually does my nails. Since i was waiting so long i asked them to just let me pay for my pedicure that i already got done. They then tried to call the guy from the back to which he never came out. They then told me how much i owed and took forever to accept my money. Not one person apologized for my wait or cared that i was getting frustrated. Customer service is horrible nail service is good

Great price.His wife Tiff do the best pedicure EVER!! She takes her time with each and every customer.They really make you feel like family. Attentive, fast and friendly and for the work done, great pricing as well! My feet feel great after starting to have pain from an ingrown toe nail and from being beat from basketball. Great massage and very soothing!

I really would like to get my nails done here with all these great reviews about their quality of work and products but I was very put off by the way I was treated today. I called to ask if I needed an appointment and the lady said no, walk ins are welcome. So within the hour I went there and there was only one technician who was working on someone and one girl waiting. They told me it would be a long time because they only have 1 technician which was fine by me but when I asked if I could make an appointment and come back rather than waiting they said no. I live 2 minutes away I wasnt going to go home and come back to another line. I didnt understand why they couldnt give me an appointment and I was very disappointed. Now I dont want to go back which sucks because like I said I wouldve liked to see if they would be my regular nail people because my last one didnt work out. I come from a customer service background. It seems the art of good customer service has been dwindling from what I remember. If I was in her position I wouldve made an acception and made me an appointment. How hard would that have been? Very disappointed :(

First time was great. Second time two nails broke about 6 hours after I got them done. I was typing on the computer so that was weird... I dont live nearby so I waited all week to come back in town and get them fixed. Woke up early to be the first one there (I was told last week they dont accept morning Appointments and Ihave a very busy day ahead). They open at 9:30, I got here at 9:17, they were late to open. Although I was first here they started helping walkins before me. Literally just need two nails fixed... very disappointed.

This was my first time coming here and last place I went to try getting acrylics they messed up horribly and wouldnt listen to anything I had to say. My fingers are chubby and my nails are round on top so it can be difficult to make look nice in the shape I like and the guy that did my nails did AMAZING. I cannot stress enough how much effort and work he put into making my nails look phenomenal. Not to mention they closed at 7pm and he stayed until 8:30 just to make sure my nails came out great. Super friendly everyone at the shop and the woman who did my pedi super sweet. Will definitely be coming back. My only regret is that I didnt have enough left over to tip as much as I would have liked or get his name so I can have him every time. 👍👍👍👍👍❤❤❤❤

At first, when I came in, there were a lot of people, and I was asking for a specific time, but they didnt understand what I meant, and me....having a temper I stormed off. I waited about 2 hours, and I was almost embarrassed to even show up again.....but when I walked in, with the kindest smile every, one of the workers said thank you so much for coming back. they dont try to make u buy anything extra. just tell them what you want....and they will do it. ask for a price....and that price will NOT change. they are very to the point. There is a bit conversation....but they arent like some places that ask for your whole life story. They are very great when it comes to pain. Any slight discomfort...even in your facial expression they immediately ask what you would like them to do. They also dont get mad at ALL if u DONT give them tips. They r a GREaT nail place. Not to mention my nails are FLAWless. Great job!

I live in panorama city (25-35 min away) and been to this salon when I come to visit, yes the wait is long but its worth it Ive always done my full sets here with reasonable prices.

Treat everyone special and with great respect. D is a master at his trade! He can do any type of nails or nail art. Know what you want before getting there because they have too many options...you will never be able to decide. Ohh and cheap nails look cheap and dont last long. Not to worry about that here.!!! Ds nails stay on for weeks and no worries, your nails will get compliments. I reccomened nail art the more the better.
