I got a gift card to go here from my husband. It was right around when covid started and understood they would be closed. Went back when shops were opening back up. It has been 6 months or more and I still have yet to get ahold of anyone. Complete waste of time and money.

I had a fabulous experience. It was my first time in and Dana did an awesome job on my hair I feel like a million bucks! Sarah blew my expectations away with my chrome nails. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!All the other staff members were so sweet to us as well.

Made my appointment for 530 today for my friend and I to get our nails and toes painted. After walking in we were told that it was going to be a 30 minute wait because one of their workers called out. Completely fine we sat patiently waiting. Come 715 we still hadn’t been helped. My friend finally got called to do her nails at 730. At 815 my nails weren’t even started and I let her know that I wasn’t going to be getting mine done. I was completely frustrated but to top it off the nail tech that I told that I wasn’t going to be getting my nails done was completely rude to my friend and I. After being there for 3 hours we left with my friend only getting her finger nails done.

Love this place. I got my nails done there yesterday and absolutely love it. My friend Sarah did a wonderful job and she’s a great person. GREAT PLACE.

Got dip powder and she mixed up the color. There was an obvious difference but she failed to listen. They were suppose to be nude. This is orange.

I had a wonderful experience at Polished Nail bar. Ashley is very professional, and did an amazing job on my hair and nails. Sarah, the owner was very friendly and professional as well. I will definitely be back soon.

The building is nice, and it is a beautiful set up inside, and seemed to be very sanitary. However, the owner was horribly rude to her workers, yelling at them in front of the customers, and was just as rude to the clients! Snippy attitude, and is just all around just as rude to you as she is to her employees! Went in to get a pedicure, and was there for well over an hour and a half. No gel polish, just a simple pedicure, the owner, Sarah, would pull the workers away to have them do something, or look at this, and it took so much longer than anywhere else I’ve been to get my toes done! All of the employees were very sweet, and did a decent job on the pedi, just the owner was so rude to everyone around there I will not be back.

Went in last week and all I simply wanted was my toe nails painted. No pedicure! I was in there for at least an hour in a half, there was ONE worker, and only ONE other client. The lady just about barely paid me any attention when i walked in. I sat and waited for well over 30 minutes and listened to them have conversation while she was barely working on the ladies toes. Then while my toes were getting painting, the lady was telling me and the other person in there some very inappropriate stories about what different clients have done or said to them. I almost got up and left but I use to love them when they were owned by the previous owners so I thought I would give them a chance but never again!

Im on my husbands account but I love this place. They are so friendly and really make you feel like family and not just a customer. while I was getting my nails done last time my baby fell out of the chair the owner immediately jumped up noticed bruising and rushed to mix up a salt solution to rub into her head to stop the bruising. They treat my 4 year old like a big girl when doing her nails and toes. This is the only place Ill go to from now on.

Made an appointment sat there for 25 minutes technician not even there yet, left went to Classy Nails and had a wonderful experience.

Great staff! They dont just do nails here, they do art.

First time for a pedi for my girlfriend and I...it was great! Great massage chairs while youre relaxing as they give the service. Very wonderful experience and thinking of making it a monthly tradition.

My wife was quoted a price the night before we went.we were charged $14 more. Stylist said she misquoted and wouldnt stand behind what she quoted us. It was sent in a text so there was no way she could deny the quote. Nails were sub-par. Flat spots in the nails. Uneven cuts. She had sold someone a weave. The people came to pick it up while we were there. The stylist left to go get it from her house and left us sitting there. She was gone for 30 minutes. RIDICULOUS

Employees were late, causing the one thereTo rush. Good after all there. Just behind.

So recently the business was bought out. I loved the previous owners but the new couple that bought the shop has really made some changes. They have remodeled the whole shop and it looks really good now. They no longer offer eye lash extensions, which is a downer, but they do waxing and such (havent tried that just... Ive only gotten a pedi and nails done. Nornally I just get the traditionally French tip, pink and white powder but this time I mixed it up and got color. They did an awesome job! Very happy with the results!

I recommend this place because they do a awesome job i always come here and they do a good job every time I love Venus nails the workers are respectful and so sweet love love love them.

Always give me what I ask for and they dont rush through it. They take their time and the quality is much higher than other places in Cullman. The man that owns it is so friendly.

We were from out of town headed to the beach. I was not able to find the time during the week to get my nails done at my regular nail salon. We decided to stop on our way at this place, which at the time had a 5 star rating! We pull up right at 9 as they are unlocking the doors. One lady was in front of us. There were three of us together. A second worker showed up and she immediately started on my mothers pedicure. She scrubbed her feet so hard my mother has sores in a couple of places because of it. The owner started my nails. During this time three others arrive. She stops half way through my nails to go do two of the clients that were waiting. The bad thing is she took those two first and the other lady waiting was there before them! I show my frustrations that i am waiting to be finished while they work on clients that came in after me and they start my pedicure. The same girl scrubs my feet so hard they are raw in a couple of places. She questioned the owner several times about what to do and the third worker that came in kept questioning the girl doing my pedicure on what to use next. Clearly neither of them were properly trained or certified. I asked for my pedicure colors to match the ombre pink and white nails by matching the pink and having white tips. I have white tips.... but the nails are clear... not pink. She then finishes my nails and never trimmed my cuticles. She also has the nails starting away from my cuticles so it looks like i have grown them out for several weeks now instead of just a day! She was to design softball stitching on my daughters thumb and was shown a picture. She did black stitching instead of red. I was very unhappy with the customer service. I paid $140 for mine and my daughters mani pedis and when I questioned the charges, she raised her voice at me..I paid and left, but I would NEVER use this place. And my nails are slanted and not squared straight.. worst nail salon visit I have ever encountered in my life and hope it is my last. If I could give a zero star rating I certainly would!

Wonderful Service and a friendly staff

Needed a quick mani & pedi. One problem had the grand baby. She did fine through the pedi but started getting fuzzy. The owner and assistant went over and beyond to help with calming her while I got a mani. Thanks so much!

Very disappointed I went in and had my nails done I only had them on for 2 days and one broke .so I go for them to fix it and get a polish change I was charged 28 dollars than I had another one brake off .never will i go back to the place .
