I often ride with my brother when he calls a cab to go into town and it always takes around 2 hours or more before they ever show up. A few days ago my brother was stuck waiting 8 hours for a cab and and the best they offered him was being placed on the priority list the next time he needs a cab but when he called today he waited almost 3 hours until he just called and cancelled. Gaffney really needs Uber

Very nice drivers!!!! But most of the people who answer the phone are rude AF!!!!! These stars are definitely for the drivers but I left stars empty because of the rude people of course. If you have a doctors appointment or something you can’t be late for definitely don’t take Gaffney Cab.

I wish I can give zero stars. Worst taxi cabs in the world. Get an Uber or Lyft or another taxi because they will treat you like shit.
