I love Nail Envy. The owner is a very hard working man and all about his business. I admire his work ethic. He always does my nails, and although theres not much talking, we have a mutual respect for each other, and he does an amazing job on my nails, every time!

Judith is awesome! She is an amazing artist. She does the best pedicure ever. I have been to so many nail salons and no one compares to her performance. Nina and everyone else who works there that has worked on me does an awesome job.

I got my nails done today and my eyebrows waxed. I absolutely love my nails♥️♥️♥️Mimi did a wonderful job. Not a long wait time at all. I cant wait to go back again for a pedicure. ♥️♥️♥️

Worst experience ever. Michael did my nails and is one of the rudest humans I have ever met. From the moment we walked in the door he acted like we were a huge inconvenience for him. My friend ended up getting up before he even started her nails because of how hateful he was being. Unfortunately mine were already half way done. I asked him to fix a few places on mine that looked sloppy and he argued with me like a child and told me filing them would fix it. It mostly did fix it so I don’t even care about that. But his attitude is the problem. Definitely won’t ever be back.

So I went in kind of late this evening, and I felt really bad about coming so close to closing time. They welcomed me with open arms and an open chair. I picked my colors and sat down. All of the nail techs were busy so I waited. Only had a small wait time of about 5 minutes. When Mike told me to come have a seat at his station, I knew I was in good hands. When I sat down he looked at my nails(I had attempted to do gel by myself😂😭). I told him I had done them and he immediately told me dont worry about it I will fix your nails for you. He took his time and carefully crafted what would become my new set of dip nails. He didnt care how long it took or that I ended up leaving a half hour past closing. He also talked to me genuinely and cared about everything I said. He is a perfectionist and that is what I was looking for. He has my business for life. Thank you Mike and all of the other staff for being warm and hospitable. You must try them!!

Rushed throughout my manicure, basically all he done was took old polish off and refilled my nails trimming them, no cuticle work whatsoever didn’t even ask what shape, places on the sides of my nails were left without color and glue or something on my nails and fingers. I hope old them from the start I wanted the same color on my nails as well as my toes and needless to say that didn’t happen. Very disappointed this time, if you’re going to charge me the same amount I expect the same quality of service.

I went to a different nail salon and they completely butchered my nails and they were definitely not what i wanted nor asked for. so i called Nail Envy and they guaranteed they would make me happy and i would be satisfied with my prom nails. they did just that!

Came in today to get a manicure fixed that I had done at Ivy Nails in Ocala Florida. They were a complete mess! The nail tech here managed to not only save the manicure but get it exactly like I wanted it. I left a VERY happy customer 😊. I also had my eyebrows done while I was at Nail Envy. The redness that usually lasts several hours was gone within 30 minutes of leaving the salon. I couldnt be happier with my experience and Nail Envy will be my salon from here forward. 10/10 would recommend.

I will NEVER go back. 4 nails chipped in less than week . Owner did nails but got another person so repair . She was soooooo rude !!! He finished up and was no better . It was like they were mad at me for coming back to fix . Last place I wanted to be but had to be done . Didn’t even wash filing dust off and CHARGED ME 10.00 !!!! Never go back and do not RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Awesome Service & Quality Work!

I came to the salon for the first time a few days ago and got a deluxe pedicure. It costs $40, so I guess my expectation was moderately high. Aside from now having an extremely sore big toe from receiving an ingrown, there was hardly a massage. Product was put on, quickly wiped off, and not worked into the skin. I wont be going back here.

Very clean. Pleasant employees and great work. I drive an hour to get there and pass several nail shops because I like their work and they do exactly what you ask.

I tried to explain to them several times that my nails were uneven and too sharp. They pretty much told me I was crazy even after I showed another customer and she also agreed with me. I will never visit this place again and if you want good service please do not go there.

Nails were not what I expected. They were not long enough and looked like I just had them painted by myself. Pricey. Wont go back.

I gave it a four star because she pinched me with the nail clippers and messed up the nail polish but she fixed ir other than that I love my nails
