Husband and wife running the salon were very nice. my niece and I got the dipped they could use some better buffing n shaping. but they knew we were in a hurry. only dipped 2 times I expected more like 3 or 4. thats what I received at another salon in GA. they lasted 4 weeks. stay tuned Ill update how long these wear.

We will never be back here! My daughter is 3 and was super excited to get her nails done with me for the first time. (We were okay if they didnt turn out perfect because kids do get antsy but my daughter is not a very wiggly three year old. We paint her nails all the time and she does great.)Amy immediately said she doesnt normally do kids because they move too much and acted really aggravated. She sat down to do her nails and didnt even try to talk to us. She just kept shouting commands at my child even though she wasnt moving. My daughter was super excited for this and she made her feel bad like she was getting on to us. Needless to say I didnt get my nails done after and I left. I never write bad reviews, but this got under my skin. My daughters smile turned into a worried look very fast just from this ladys attitude.

Absolutely horrible, went to get my daughters nails done and myself a pedicure. The water was cold, and they scrubed my feet twice and you cant even tell I got a dang pedicure. They made me pay for it anyway just because I had the chair going while she did an awful job on my feet. Shouldnt have had to pay a dang thing. I reminded them three time to clean out and cut my daughters nails before they painted them. A complete waste of my time and money and the polish is already chipping off my daughters nails. Gel... ha ya right.

Ive been going there for years, and they have always done an excellent job! I wont trust my nails to anyone else! It can take a long time there, though, because they are so busy, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time. Sit back, relax, and let Billy and Amy do the rest!

I made the mistake of having Nail Port Express do my nails for my wedding, huge mistake from the start. There are only two employees so even with an appointment I was there for nearly 3hours. The woman who did my nails did a horrible job, she rushed through them, not listening at all to what I wanted, not white tips and I left with white tips that looked as though they had been on for a week already. She didnt fit the tips to my nails so two days later one already broke off, which was fine by me because they looked AWFUL! Do not go! They are not friendly and do not do a good job!!

They didnt give me the color i wanted i asked for longer nails they told me no i wasnt going to complain but i have only had them a week and a half and it wasnt the best service

HORRIBLE. I went to get my nails done and left with them looking worse than if I did them myself. I had paint on my skin around my nails and could literally see my nail through the polish. On top of my nails looking horrible, they rushed through them and tried to do 6 other people the same time they were doing mine.
