I walked in the salon today to get a soak off and gel manicure. I was sat at a chair and the lady started drilling on my nails and then wrapped them. I was left to sit with acetone on my nails for an hour and 15 min! Finally a man comes over and finishes removing them and he drills them so thin that my fingers are actually in pain! He filed and buffed my nails with a dirty file and buffer! My nails aren’t even the same length or shape! The polish looks like a five year old did it! Heck a five year old probably could have done a better job! This place was very unclean, slow and unprofessional! I will let these pics speak for themselves!

I got a set of gel nails put on and went back two weeks later and had them filled. They use a dremel tool that is very sharp when shaping the back of the nail at the cuticle line and both times they have gouged a ridge in my natural nails. I chose the gel nails because they are suppose to be healthier for your natural nails than acrylic. Gouging the nail bed cannot be healthy. Look carefully at the attached pictures, especially at the back of the nail and you will see the dark arches where my nails were damaged.I also experienced sitting for over an hour with my fingers wrapped in aluminum foil and acetone soaked cotton. It was 2 hours and 23 minutes from my when I showed up to when I paid. I went in for a fill on a Friday after calling on Tuesday to be sure they could fit me in. They told me next time come back on Monday or Tuesday morning.The staff is always friendly and professional, so they have that going for them. I just think they over book themselves until they rush and their clientele are the ones who suffer. Im going somewhere else.

Went in for a pedicure with a friend. We were sat immediately. The person doing my nails changed between three technicians. The first technician kept pressuring me to upgrade to gel polish on my toes and to upgrade the service, the second technician just threw colors on my toes and then disappeared. I asked about the top coat and then a third technician literally GLOBBED it on my toes. I went home with dried top coat on my toes and some toe nails were 1/2 shiny & 1/2 more matte due to the top coat. Took an hour & a half from start to finish and most of that was just waiting between their technician swaps. Would not recommend and will not return.

My daughter and I had pedicures and manicures today at Nail Spa in Cullman— the first time either of us had been to this shop. The salon was in a convenient location, very clean, well managed, and the entire staff was friendly and professional! Our nails look and feel beautiful! We will definitely return next time we decide to have our nails pampered💅🏻

Great place to get your nails done. Three of us walked in and they were able to see us in about 20 min for pedicures. Very friendly people. I would come back here to get my nails done again.

They fit me in shortly before closing time, other places I called would not stay open late for me. I had such a wonderful relaxing experience. Friendly staff, clean facility & great prices. I am pleased with the work they did. Will definitely be back.

I have had terrible experiences at the majority of places i went to. i recently moved to cullman and was in dire need of getting my nails done for graduation. i was seated immediately and they did my nails the exact way i was needing them! i was very pleased with how they turned out and i will definitely be using them again!!

I took my eight year old daughter to do her nails for the very first time. It was my very first time to go to a nail salon. I wanted to do something special for my daughter. I had no clue what to really ask for and told them it was my very time to have nails done and instead of helping me pick something out and explaining things to me they turn to and suggested the most expensive things on the menu. I began to look at the menu myself and saw the princess Mani and pedi ( for little girls) and ask if she could have that instead? I mean she is a 8 year old child? They actually went back and forth with me on it trying to get me to do something more expensive stating I ask for something else ( which i only said i wanted her to have a manicure and pedicure.) Will not go there again. And her polish is already coming off although the girl that ended up doing her nail was very sweet.

Nail Spa is the best nail salon in Cullman County. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Sugar does excellent permanent make-up. She did my eyebrows and eyeliner two years ago and it still looks great. Also I have had so many compliments on my lash extensions. Nobody can place eyelashes as well as Sugar!

Love to get my nails done here. They are great. They work so hard to fit everyone in. I got eye lash extentions last weekend and I love them. Its very clean and a very nice place to go. Prices are good too

I work at ALDIs and people always ask where I get my nails done. The people at Nail Spa always treat me like family and are always respectful and friendly. I never go anywhere else.

The lady that did my pedicure was wonderful. The manicurist? Not so much. I have never felt so rushed in my life. She handed me my drink and walked away. Never mind that I had to go home to file my nails. They were so uneven. Doubt I will go back.

Came here today for the first time and wanted to try something a little different with my nails, the nail tech got the design EXACTLY how I wanted and everyone was very attentive. It is a little pricier than most places I’ve been in the past but absolutely worth it for the quality & service in my opinion.

If you want the best looking eyelash extensions that will look full for two to three weeks let Sugar do them for you.I have been using eyelash extensions since 2011 and have used many different technicians. Sugar is the best. The Nail Spa has a reasonable price for extensions. The spa looks clean. I will continue to have my services with them.

My daughter had her acrylics filled in and I had my gel polish color changed. They were very friendly and gentle with their tools. My gel polish looked great and he went as close to the cuticle as possible. (Ive been to others who didnt, so it needed to be redone within a week.) Plus they had more gel polish colors to choose from.

Sugar did my nails and they are beautiful. I have been to many other nail salons and this was the best my nails have ever been done. My daughter and her friend also had their nails done here. Both of their nails looked great too. Professional and Friendly staff. Not the cheapest place but worth the price I paid.

This salon is hands down the best. With everything. I have had pedicures, my nails done, I’ve taken my daughter for the same as well and they have been great. They always give us exactly what we asked for!! I recently also went to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted, and to have eyelash extensions and Sugar BLEW my mind with how good of a job she done. I’ve had extensions one other time from another salon and by the 2nd day they were all falling out but this time, I haven’t seen the first lash fall out yet and they are still looking great and full of volume!! I’ll definitely be going back now for my lashes and brows as I do for our manis/pedis!!!!

If I could rate this as less than 1 star... I would. I get that COVID19 has people scared, but it is a CDC RECOMMENDATION to wear masks. My family and I didn’t want to wear a mask.. but these “professionals” insisted that we wear one. Even though we put the Alabama Health Department said it was NOT a requirement. Especially for those with panic and anxiety issues. These “professionals” refused us service on the basis of it was a requirement (even though the Health Department said it wasn’t, as we have severe panic attacks while wearing them). Personally, I will not be back to this establishment.

They do real good on the design not 100% satisfied on the nail . They kind of went in every direction

So, they are really good here. Ive never had a problem with how my nails turn out. They have a few employees that are kinda snippy, but over all its a friendly place. Very busy, so its usually a wait unless you get there early, or just at the right time. Their door says they take appointments, but when I tried to call and make one, they told me walk ins only....

Walked in for pedicures and the salon was visibly busy but instead of telling us there was going to be a 45 minute wait they told us to have a seat. So that, to me, indicated we were next in line. Wrong!! We sat for almost an hour, no water to atleast soak our feet in.Two of the ladies that we came in contact with were very sweet, but one older lady was so rude that I will not be back. She was very snippy and when I told her thank you after she was finished she just looked at me and walked off. Too many nail places in Cullman to spend my money somewhere that is rude.

I did not have a great experience here. I came in one day to have a new set of nails put on. I ask for pink and white nails. The guy that did them couldn’t understand me and kept trying to do something else besides what I wanted. I kept telling him I wanted coffin nails. He when did them Square and had to start all over and put a new tip on. Then I told him 3 times to cut them down and he would not do it. Mean time a lady that works there told me that I needed my eyelash extensions to be done witch I was not there for. This was on a Saturday. So on Monday I went back to have them cut down. Witch they charged me for. Then the lady ask me who dose my eyebrows I said me and she gave me a horrible look. Never again will I go here. Plus there prices are very high. There are better places in cullman to go. Don’t waste your money or time.

Brought my nieces for a treat at the last minute and they fit us in right away. Excellent work and friendly service. Very clean facility and lots of options. We had a great time! Will come again for sure!

While the nail tec was doing my nails she asked how long i wanted them and before i even said anything she cut them and that’s not the size i wanted they were too long but other than that they have great service and you might have to wait a little bit

This place has new ownership and it is phenomenal!! The service was top notch and everyone was very friendly. They have all new products and the entire store has been remodeled and looks amazing!! Highly highly recommend this place!!

Absolutely awful experience. Do not go here!! They physically hurt my hands. Cut me twice and thought they were gonna file away my finger tips.. not my nails. The lady made fun of my nails for the first 10 mins. I had to beg her to actually leave my nails the length I wanted because she had her own plan that was not what I wanted. I would never recommend this place and wish I had my money back.

We walked in with no appointment at 6:30 with no appointment when they close at 7:00. We had to wait an hour but the service was well worth it! We will be back again but will most likely make an appointment first. Lol

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Literally left dead skin hanging off of my feet. When I asked if she could correct that since I was paying for callus removal, she refused. Still had remnants of my bright red toenail polish left over showing on all sides of my new French pedicure. My feet look worse now than before I went in. Very upset I paid for this.

I had the absolute worst experience. Not only were they incredibly rude, but the did a terrible job. I have NEVER been treated that poorly. It cost me $78 for two gel manicures. I will never go back.

I came and got a pedicure a few years ago and hated it and the service, but today.. LET ME TELL YOU! I got Bobby and he is phenomenal. I feel so relaxed and exactly how i should while getting a pedicure. Would reccomend him to anyone.

I went in here thursday 8/29/18 to get a color change that another salon messed up. Told them i wanted the mood coloring changing nail polish. They showed me what they had and they didnt have the color i wanted wiah was pink so i went with a grey. He sat down to color them and i proceed to tell him if he got pink i would come back. He stood up said i dont have time for this and walked away. Needless to say i dont do well with rude people so i walked out and went to jade nails

A lady named sugar who was doing my nails here told me that my sister was skinner and prettier than me. 1st of all rude. 2nd of all why would you have the nerve to tell someone that. She wasnt the only one who was rude I asked to speak to her manager after she told me that and the manager was rude as well

The pedicure was bad. There is an old lady in there and she is horrible. First off, you can’t understand a word she says. If she’s going to work there, she needs to speak English. She ran my water and went to the back so by the time she got back to the chair, my water was cold. I told her I wanted the regular pedi ($25) and while she was doing my pedi she asked which color scrub did I want? “Yellow or blue” and I told her blue. So she’s clipping my toenails she literally cut my toes and they was bleeding. When I left, I had 4 toes bleeding. She looked at me and said, “Whoops! I cut you” after she got completely finished. She was massaging my legs and I promise you she was beating my legs. I had bruises on my legs from where she was “massaging” them. I had to tell her to quit. Finally, I got to the register to pay and she wanted to charge me $35. I said your price list said $25 for a regular pedi and she said “Oh no, 10 dolls more for scrub” and I paid it and got the heck out of there.

Love this place! My nails always look perfect and the dip lasts without cracking or peeling .

My nail polish was lumpy and when I brought this up another person tried to fix one nail the worst one and didnt actually fix none of it they still charged me full price even though I brought up is this like half price or can I come In tomorrow to get this fixed because they were closing. I did not tip and I still have to get my nails fixed. I will be back up there when they open because I paid $30 for something that looks like a child done

This place is great! Interior is just AMAZING and they serve wine. The guy (didnt get his name) is very patient and awesome at multi tasking and at one point had 5 different clients he was tending to at once and still managed to do a good job! Me and 4 family members came here. I got powder dip nails, mani, and upper lip wax. Nail color #119 and I recommend Kim if you need your lip waxed! Plus theres a good size ring light so you can show off your after-NailSpa selfie when youre finished with your waxing. 😉

I told them the pedicure I wanted, they talked me into the next one higher priced up, so I did it......painful and NO lotion touched my feet at all, left there with my feet just as rough as I came in with. Also 2 different toes got smudged by them putting on my shoes, I showed her and didnt fix it!! Very dissatisfied!

They went above and beyond for me at the last minute and did a beautiful job with my mani and pedi and made me feel welcomed and well pampered...

The nail technician over chargered me even though I told him what the real price on the sign was. He also messed up my nails and did them sloppily.

Worse most painful pedicure Ive ever had. The polish was old and after an hour it still smudged. I went back to get it changed to a different newer polish that would actually dry, and they charged me another $9.00 to change it. $34.00 plus tip for a bad experience.

Awful .. none of my nails were the same length, got a pedicure and and couldnt even tell it ... My nail technician was playing around Facebook and messenger, never even asked me how I was doing .Dont waste your time or money, go somewheres else .
