They redid them but the nails still look bad. They destroyed my cuticles and they’re so painful now. I should have just got my money back.

Horrible work.... not what I wanted!!

For there to be a pandemic going on i was a little disappointed. They installed boards to Seperate you, but they had you play musical chairs at time for what you needed next. At one point i was asked to sit and the other persons wallet and phone was still there. There was no disinfecting between customers. The man could not stop looking at his phone every 5 seconds in the middle of applying acrylics.. Wth? Even took a few breaks to find a new video while doing nails... That being said I am very happy with the outcome. My toes and nails look great!

Good friendly people been going there for years. Clean place too.

Im sad to say this was my first and last time going here. Helen and her husband were very nice, however, she did not trim my cuticles with cuticle trimmers but instead grinded them off. She also did not use the small pointed head most salons use if they grind the cuticle, she used a regular sized grinder head you use to roughen the nail. The larger head ground into my skin and left raw spots around them, some even drawing blood. My nails are now extremely sore from all of the filing. I really wanted to love the place because of the people and prices, however I will not be back.

I went today, called first. She said it was okay to come. Didn’t wait that long. She mostly did my nails, in a hurry because there three people waiting, one just started, some coming back at 2pm. I had to file the extra clear top coat off of almost all my fingers. The one she put a tip on was awful. I will go back, but maybe, not at that time. They do, do a excellent job, but in a hurry today.
