Absolutely terrible. Soaked nails in 100% acetone for an hour while my skin felt like it was going to burn off. Then finally went to get them done and she clipped them without taking the previous overlay off(which I asked for) and it hurt and flew up and hit me in the eye. I asked for a specific design but with black background and she said the design wouldn’t show up (other places had no problem with it) so I said okay do what is on the picture and that will be okay. She painted my nails BLACK. The filing - horrible. The paint- horrible. The service- horrible. The shape- horrible. This place is not a good place to go. Especially if you want to spend 2+ hours for this.. (1st photo is what I got vs. what I wanted but with black background)

My mom went in this morning 08/18/21 at 11 to get her nails done. She is not the type to complain, but as anyone knows getting your nails done is kinda pricey and to pay what she paid for them to look this bad is not ok. So an update my mom called me this morning to tell me the salon told her to come back in and they would redo her nails. So she goes in this morning 8/20/21 and she told the guy she needed her nails redone because he did a bad job. He tells her that she is rude and that he refuses to serve her. She then asked for a refund and he said no. This is not the way you do business. I used this place for a long time before moving to Florida. Me and mom went in there together most of the time. Will never use them again.

I am always happy with the quality of work here. If you come early after opening you are sure to get quick service before they get too busy! However, they always seem to have many workers and all do a great job. Highly recommend!

I asked for almond nails and as you can see I clearly did not get that on any of my nails. I have gotten my nails done here twice now and they did a horrible job both times. I will not be returning. When I asked for the nail tech to fix the tips he acted like I was dumb and said I needed more “patients”. I know what almond nails are supposed to look like and they’re definitely not suppose to look like bulbs. Would not recommend.

I have used this place for years. I go every 2 to 3 weeks for a fill in and a pedicure so I am spending at the least 70 bucks every time. The last fill in I got a week ago was not the best and 3 nails chips that same day. I’ve never had this issue before. I went in Friday after work around 5:30. When the owner asked me what I needed and I told him I only needed 3 nails repaired, he asked me to come back! He said they were to busy! I’ve seen them be super busy, more so then what they were when I went in, but still work people in and get to them fast so it did not make sense to me . So, I got up and came back this morning when they opened. When I told him again what I needed I could tell that it aggravated him. Then he barley filed them and repainted them over the chipped polish. The acrylic had chipped but he did not bother to fix it, just painted over them. I even offered to pay for them to be redone but he didn’t even acknowledge what I said. Needless to say they look terrible and there are places on the side of my nails that he missed when he polished them. I am very disappointed with the service. I really liked it there but now I will not go back! If they don’t have time for their customers when things like this happen then I will not give them my money!

I was referred by a friend. My daughter and I went to get her nails and feet done. The pedicure was 34$ a piece just for a soak and a gel polish. No message, our feet wasn’t smooth as they normally are when we get pedicures done. I paid $54 dollars for her nails due to the length, shape, and design is what the lady said. I was under the impression it was gel nail polish. She never put her nails under the light. Not even a week later her nails literally have no paint on them. The man was really kind but $122 for something that could have been done at home is a little much. It’s not about the money but the quality of the service that was paid for.

Went to this place because it was recommended to me by a friend. at first it was okay, but the lady doing my nails was a little rude. didn’t really think anything of it. then i asked her if she could do a design on my ring fingers and she said yes and repeated the design back to me, so i know she understood me. she never did it. no design at all. then when i went to pay. the price was higher than advertised which still not a big deal, didn’t really care. the gave me the receipt so i could sign it, and after i signed it she literally snatched it out of my hand without saying a word. then a few days later i look at my bank account and i see that i got charged twice. i tried to call them to see what the deal was and the phone doesn’t even work. never going back again.

Ive been going there for over 8 yesrs and Ive never had a bad experience. They are up to date with all procedures and are so very nice. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

I had a very relaxing, professional experience. Everyone was very nice. My pedicure helped to relieve some stress I was feeling. I will come back again.

I sat with my feet in cold water for 40 minutes and skipped my seat completely. They proceeded to do someones pedicure that came in after I did, neither of us had appointments. I waited another 5 or so minutes to see if anyone came over and also asked how long it was going to be. I eventually just walked out.

Every time I go get a manicure or a pedicure they always do an exceptional job, even on my thin nails. The manicure and pedicure’s are so relaxing I could go to sleep. You never have a long wait, even when it’s busy. I would highly recommend to friends or family ☺️

I came by on a Saturday afternoon for a pedicure. I signed in and sat down for about 5-10 minutes and then was brought by a male worker to a pedicure bowl with cold water. I sat for another 5 minutes and then a woman came over and picked the gel polish off two of my toenails. She mumbled something and got up and left and walked across the bank of chairs and sat down and proceeded to begin another client’s pedicure. I wasn’t sure what I was waiting on but after waiting for 40 minutes with no additional contact from any staff members, all the while soaking my feet in cold water, I got up and left. During the time there the man who had put me in the chair got into an altercation with another client because she wanted more coats of paint on her nails. I wouldn’t set foot back in their door ever again. Poorly run, poor customer service, and a complete lack of awareness. It was a strange and unpleasant experience.

Love the service here!!! Very friendly!!! 2nd time I went my acrylics lasted almost a full month!!! Never had a set last that long. Nina was the ladys name I think she was amazing talked to me about nail health and my day and it was more than just small talk she sincerely cared!!! Will be back there again for sure love it there!!!

My mom and myself got our nails done but we will never be back. The owners wife was so rude to my mom and she filed her nails until she had to make her stop because it was hurting. Her fingers are all so sore now. She (wife of owner) had to redo them and they look horrible. The owners daughter did mine and the glue was stuck to my skin and when it pulled away it caused it to bleed. They do Not know how to do ombre at all. And still charged us $110!!! The owners wife is a problem for your company. I really wish I wouldve address this to her face.

I never can get a good consistent service here. You have to be sure to tell them up front what you want and how you want it and if you don’t see it when they’re doing it tell them to fix it or they’ll let it slide and you have jacked up finger.

The best pedicures Ive ever had, I just wish there was more massage to the legs. Very courteous very fast. A little pricey but nothing more then the other nail salons. This will be my go-to place

The best place in Cullman. I’ve tried every place and this is by far my favorite. Friendly people, talented employees, and nice, classy atmosphere. They messed up one time, and we’re super sweet and apologetic, fixed it right away. The pricing is fair, and people always compliment my nails.

Beware. What began as two sisters going for pedis before a wonderful beach trip turned into my toe getting the hide scrubbed off and having to put antibiotic ointment and bandages for the duration of my holiday. Photo is in the review photos. Upon using the sanding bar the girl rubbed so hard I bled. She put a band-aid and never once apologized or gave me an offer of a discount. Never again. 😑

Went in today with my friends to get our nails done for prom. We called an made an appointment and still had to wait. I was very specific in asking for what I wanted. The man that did my nails did nothing that I asked. My French manicure was crooked, dirty from where he “cleaned up” my nails, and they were way too thick. Every single one of my friends nails looked terrible. I will NEVER be back.

I give a 3 star. Plenty of ppl and chairs there. Everyone is friendly but their prices apparently went up and I paid $44 dollars for a basic gel pedicure. Maybe Im old school but that seemed a little expensive and also there polish never last.

Ive been going here for years. The ONLY reason Ive kept going is because they have lots of manicurists and theres not usually a wait time and Im normally in a hurry however, every single time Ive been overcharged. The last manicure I got was the dip nails, all one color and simple. I didnt get anything extra and no designs. I was charged $41. I went online to make sure I wasnt wrong on the price and it just said prices vary. My co worker said she gets the exact same thing and its $31. The time before that, I got acrylics no gel on top coat and got my mother a regular pedicure. That cost me $65!! Also, the manicurist isnt well enough trained. The dip nails I got last time-3 of my nails broke within the first week. Its like they wouldnt stay on, I went 3 times and had them fixed but for the first time i had to wait over an hour! During the second week of my dip nails they continue to break and snag on stuff so I went back and told them I wanted the remaining nails with dip on taken off and I wanted to have them painted. The girl kept pressuring me to go with gel after telling her I didnt want gel again. Finally another girl was assigned to do my nails and she verified what I thought was wrong, she told me they wasnt put on right. She mustve not used the activator and properly prepped my nails first. I know ppl make mistakes but I was over charged to begin with and I was charged again for taking off the remaining dip nails after they were clearly broke and not applied right and the whole thing is frustrating. I have a newborn and I love quick manicures so I can get back to my baby but I honestly would rather wait somewhere else for hours than going back to Jade Nails again. You wont be guaranteed theyll last for two weeks like other places and youll definitely be overcharged!!!

Most of the girls were polite except the one who seemed to be in charge of everything. My nails looked ok but my daughters are scary looking! But everyone has bad days and my daughter said the man who works there normally does her nails and hes awesome!

The young lady who tended to my pedicure and manicure was very friendly and pleasant. I was having one of their luxurious, one hour massage & pedicures. Although she did spend the time on me individually I felt the quality of the service was lackluster. The leg massage was more of her just rubbing her hands on my legs and I really just wanted it to end. It wasnt relaxing or even a massage per se. Toenails were painted nicely. The manicure was a complete disaster. I could tell she was obviously in a hurry to go to lunch at this point. I wanted my cuticles trimmed etc n she left one hand bleeding and when she asked if I wanted her to do the other hand as well I jokingly asked if she could do it without hurting me anymore and her response was, well, you ARE going to bleed. 😳😳😳I wont be returning there.

Do NOT recommend!!!! Went there for the first time ever and Amy did my acrylic nails and I will say she did a great job! Her husband, Steve, did my fill in the second time when I went back. I only had my nails redid for a week and I had 6 nails break in half within 3 days. So I go back to get them fixed and he was going to fix them for free, but didn’t want to fill in the other nails that were still attached to make them match the ones he was going to fix. He was rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to talk. Threatened to call cops when I got rude back! I don’t usually leave reviews, but they don’t deserve anyone’s business!

Normally this is a great place but I got a girl that was doing my pedicure and on both of my big toes she made Them bleed And they got infected for 2 weeks I had to deal with this period.

I went there a few weeks ago while visiting my daughter and was impressed with the atmosphere, the friendly people, and the quality of the work. My problem is that the young woman doing my nails accidentally nipped my skin right at the edge of the nail. It wasnt a bad cut and I paid no attention to it. Within 2 days I had an infection in that finger that had to be lanced. I have taken a round of antibiotics and I think it is getting better. My question is how well do they clean the tools of their trade. I should not have developed such a severe infection from a tiny little nip. It was treated with alcohol as soon as I got back to my daughters home. She pulled the clippers out of a drawer and threw them right back in when she finished clipping my nails.

If there was an option for no stars I’d use that one! Simple gel French tip Dane on a Saturday I come back on Tuesday because they were ALL chipping and pealing off!! The owner Steve refused to get them redone unless I pay FULL PRICE AGAIN so instead told me I had to just get more clear!! I will NEVER come back to this place $30 was money wasted!

Great service, fast, good quality. Open six days a week. Nice atmosphere, lots of stations for mani/pedis and friendly people.

Greeted rudely at the door telling me what do you want. But I brushed it off, they sat me down on a pedi chair. It was not clean, I could see some black stuff stuck in the jet. The pedi was okay, would not recommend this place or come back myself.

Came in a few weeks ago, service wasnt that great. And the employees need to act more professional, these two girls just kept bad mouthing and gossiping about someone like they were in highschool. Not a good environment to be in when you came to relax. Not sure what their names were, but one had brown hair. She wasnt really focused on my nails. AND THEY NEED TO CLEAN THEIR TOOLS!! I could see leftover skin from a previous customer on the cuticle pusher and cutter! Disgusting! Dont come here unless you want to get an infection!

Everyone told me not to go here, needed a mani and was in a hurry and closes to me so I gave it a try. What a big regret, they really dont clean their tools! I shouldve listened to the people that told me so. The mani was sloppy with rigid cuticles. Went to another salon and they fixed me up!

If i could rate this a zero i would. The main guy tried to charge me 35$ for a fill in & replace 3 nails??!?? Um i dont think so. He also told me he charges a 2 dollar fee for a cut down & 3 dollar shape up ... After he already did it. He also tried to convince me i broke 5 nails.. If that was the case i would have asked for a new set me and him argued about this so much a lady sitting next to me addressed that i was correct. Ended up paying 25. This place is a mochary to nail salons and needs shut down!!!

I am a regular long time customer. I had a 10:30 appointment to get my nails done on my lunch hour. The owner double booked my nail person. He has done this before. He claimed that a bunch of people had 10:00 appointments. However, I was the only one who personally made an appointment with my nail person this particular morning. He told me Id have to wait that there was one person ahead of me. And if I didnt want to wait, Id have to come back. He DOES NOT HONOR APPOINTMENTS!!!! So if you make a an appointment with your particular nail person on a busy day, youre screwed and wasting your time. Otherwise, plan on being there a long time. The owner was rude and had a bad attitude. Ill never go back.
