I asked for Matt black stilettos and got bulky shiny black/blue talons 😂😂 Very sharp though which I love, but like I said super bulky and not matt. They point down not straight. Customer service was very nice and friendly.

I get the most out of their efficiency! Choose a color, have a seat & before I know it, Im done!

Came in for a fill with a set that previously cost me $60 and actually was impressed with how my nails came out! I was charged only $25 for my fill (because of the long nails)! My nails are super smooth with no bumps! I had a younger girl work on me, I forgot her name though 😟. But either way, Ill be coming back 🙂

Christy is the only one I trust with my nails. She did an amazing job and really takes her time to make sure they are perfect. My mom and I have been going to her for years at a previous shop and followed her when she moved. She is worth it.

I have been coming here on n off for the past 10 years. Ive read previous reviews (negative) n have had similar experience here but never with kim. She is simply the best. Im all over the place with work so I visit salons in different cities but every chance I come back to kim. She has often taken me spur of the moment and always does a great job!

Very unprofessional. They are only allowing their customers to enter thru the back door. Their is no shade or covering. You have to call them to let u in. I called 3 times and it went unanswered twice. I was left standing in 100° heat for almost 10mins. My appointment was at 2pm and the lady told me I would have to wait a half an hr before I could be seen. I chose to just leave and go to another nail salon instead.

Kim is the best. Her eye for detail is absolute perfection. Never found anyone that has made my nails look so natural and flawless.

Ive always been a loyal customer but not anymore. I asked to soak off my nails, She took it off with nail clippers. She ripped my nail in half and my skin, made me bleed and still charged me. Also, I know someone who got a nail fungus. When I confronted them about it they said no. But we had it looked at by a professional physician where he confirmed it was a fungus. DOOO NOT GO HERE !!!

I have been going to the salon off and on for the last 5 years. Usually Services really great people are super friendly and always willing to do what you ask. I hadnt been in a year or so because I had moved and have recently moved back. Staff has changed the mail is completely unfriendly and gets frustrated easy when mistakes are made even when he doesnt himself. My nails were done but they look boxy and thick not elegant like Im used to. Not sure if Ill be back

Service here is really hit and miss. My last experience was terrible. I dont even know why they ran the water I barely dipped my feet in there. She had me in and out and about 20 minutes. I used to credit card in the lady didnt even tell me they were going to charge me extra. Another lady was ringing up a customer right after me and she let her customer know that there would be an extra fee.

Got a pedicure. Girl was ROUGH! kept telling her it hurts, she would say sorry and be even more Rough on me! I got the $5 extra for dead skin, she was so rough on my feet she Scratched/Cut my anckles with the rock!! I have burning cuts on both feet!! PLUS bleeding toes from her almost cutting my whole nail!! Young girl didnt get her name!But KIM did a GREAT JOB on my Eyebrows!!

I recieved a spa pedicure without the spa. They have plastic bags over the tubs...which they fill up with water and the spa jets are not used. But I was charged for a spa pedicure.

Good work, decent price.
