First of all they take a long time! Waited over 2 hrs. My car is not completely clean (paid for seat cleaning and detail $135) & I have new scratches on my car. Called to complain and the manager said you didn’t pay attention to your car before the wash…. I know every scratch on my car and I know what a fresh scratch looks like. I emptied all trash out my car and looked over my car before bringing it here. Got a call back after she “looked at the cameras” said nothing happened to my car and there’s nothing they can do. Insisted on a refund and she hung up on me! Should have read the reviews before going here! 0 stars! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I am livid and will be disputing with my bank!

For over $70 I expected my car to be clean. I strongly urge you to REFRAIN from going to this place! Im extremely dissatisfied and will not go back. Wax was not applied correctly nor was it fully rubbed in so it left streaks and obvious drips. Similarly the windows were cloudy; they basically just redistributed the dirt. The floors were wet and no paper liner was present. So my feet dangerously slipped across the peddles. Luckily I had paper towels to dry the floor enough to drive home. My drivers seat had been pushed all the way up to the steering wheel. Dont ask me how they drove it around. Somebody left their half empty water bottle in the passenger seat. And to TOP it off at some point they found a way to rip off the emblem from the trunk area. When I got home and noticed it I immediately called up there to inform them as well as ask them to search for it. The receptionist didnt bother to call me back and ignored my request for a partial refund. Additionally, they told me it would take 45 to 60 minutes when in actuality it took them 120 to 150 minutes. The waiting room is not set up for that long of a wait. I ended being late picking up my daughter from school. Ridiculous!! Especially for the whole sub par experience.Though I will compliment their vast greeting card display and gift shop. The items are expensive but theyre adorable and high quality unlike their customer service. 🙄😐

It was a good experience. It was a detail job which generally takes a little longer, especially on a large vehicle but staff member did a pretty good job overall. Be sure to tip well anytime you get good service 👍

They didnt vacuum back of crv. I would have paid more but no one said anything. Ladies at end drying the car doing windows were amazingI hope they get the tip left. Two really hard workers.

We paid for a full detail plus pet hair vacuum and this is what we got...I completely understand pet hair is hard to remove and we are happy to pay extra for it, but huge chunks like this show me they didnt even try... Not to mention the inside wasnt even wiped down. Thats what a detail is!I wish I would have gotten a picture of the front. Nothing in the front was wiped down except the dashboard, but my husband went through and cleaned it himself before I got a picture.

I took two cars here over a week and both times the interior was very subpar despite me even mentioning my dissatisfaction the second time. No effort was put into actually making the inside look clean. I still had dirt caked onto my center console and crumbs in my cup holders. The employees and owner just don’t seem to care. I won’t be coming back. For a full service wash, go to Kwik Kar in Flower Mound.

I took an old old car there to be detailed and they did and excellent job. They made the car look brand new. They always do an excellent job when I take my vehicle there to be washed as well. Awesome service!!

Left my truck here for full interior detail including shampoo’d seats, totaling $115. Got the call 2 hours later that my truck was ready. But to no surprise they left the DETAIL out of it. Thought they could get away with not shampooing my seats and want to tell me it was a “misunderstanding”… not to mention all the smears around the whole vehicle that i had to wipeOff myself. And understand this, i keep my truck maintained and clean for the most part. So i wasn’t expecting the impossible. Just a detail in which i payed for.

How do you stay in business when youre never open? Ive been down there multiple times this week for a full detail and every time you are locked up tight in the middle of the day - and no rain in the forecast! I even called ahead one time...well, it took 5 tries before someone even answered the phone. I was assured you were open, but when I arrived 15 minutes later, you were locked up tight again. Being the only full-service car wash in town must be the only way you keep customers, although Id love to know their secret for actually getting their cars washed. People shouldnt have to waste time and effort to pay you money.

Inside customer service is good but outside workers do not have hospitality. They are slow but do a good job.

When they say Car Wash & Detail, the details is also in the car wash. I was so impressed about how thorough they were in the cleaning of my vehicle💞💞💞

If I could leave zero stars, I would. 2nd time using this place and totally regretting it. 1st time they left stains on my doors, didnt clean the car well. I chopped it up to them being busy. This time o paid $140 for the WHOLE package. What a joke. They chipped my interior, left imprints on my back seats, didnt even wipe down the inside.The owner is absolutely not concerned for her customers. She refused to help in any way and even tried lying and saying I only paid for the cleaning of my seats and mats (which they still didnt do right).I filed a dispute with my bank and got the money back thankfully. Wont be returning.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR DO NOT COME HERE!!!We took our 2018 Chrysler 300 here. When we came out there were so many scratches all over. These scratches were not there when we came in. We even have a witness ( one if the detailers) that states he has told management several times that the machines are leaving scratches on the vehicles. We have very few miles on this car and had no scratches at all.The guy we reported it to was very rude saying we were doing this on purpose to have them pay for damage already there. This is not true. We called the police and will file a report

Not a great experience. Came in to get a stain out of one of my seats and while they did get the stain out, my car was extremely dirty after. Dirty fingerprints all over my windows, mud on my floormats, and water puddled in my center console. Soapy water was all over the inside of my car and it looked like a wet dog was just let loose. Not worth what I paid and was extremely disappointed with the results.

Car looks great inside and out. Took longer than expected, however thats not actually a problem. One of the people working on it wasnt satisfied with the interior vacuum job and had it run through again on their own without customer prompting.

I stopped by to get some information on exterior detailing and the manager on site said they could get the light scratches out of my clear coat (Black car). the price was okay so i went for it. Ramon, the supervisor, went over all his work afterwards and I was highly satisfied with his professionalism. My 2014 looks like new! Thanks, Ramon!

Staff was friendly and competent. The waiting room was clean and provided plenty of space for social distancing while I was waiting. I hadnt had my car waxed and detailed since I bought it four years ago. It looked like a new car after they finished. I was very pleased with the results.

Paid for their Best car wash, which was to include the inside, tires, and all. Very disappointed in how bad of a job they did. Did not even wipe out the console which was empty, still quite a bit of dust in finger reach areas as well as open areas. Did not ask about the air freshener, did not give me any. Lady taking orders, seemed to have a small grasp on the English language, but did not seem too concerned over getting the needs of the customer met. Dash was still dusty in spots, door panels not wiped very well at all. Car was not extremely dirty to begin with, so seemed like I could have saved $20 and gone to the cheap wash and done the inside myself. Also noticed that the short antenna was broken off. Took them a couple of days just to call back and tell me to bring it back up there. I am at a point of, do I just buy a new one and be done with this frustration, or give them a chance to redeem themselves a little?They are not well organized, they are not really interested in doing a good job, nor are they interested in doing it very quickly. Nice enough folks, but certainly was my last visit there!I am not an obsessive over complainer, but for premium prices, you expect a decent job for a simple car wash

I paid almost $ 100 for a cleaning and details service! and I only got a very basic service .. and also, they took clothes that I just bought 5 min ago at the mall and put them in the back of my truck (“for safety”) when I got home I realized that I at least 4 items were missing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR ITEMS.

When I pulled in the car lines, I was rudely greeted by a woman who asked me rushingly which service I’d like. I told her I would like the express interior along with a best car wash. She proceeded to tell me “how busy they were” several times and it would be a couple of hours. The woman pointed to the door. I paid for my services and told her to call me when it was done. I dropped my car off at 12:45 today. Around 2:45pm, I was in the area and drove to see where my car was. I gave a call to check status, my car was not ready. spoke to the same rude lady and I asked her if it would be ready by 5pm. She said yes. I received no call that is was ready. I call and she said it was ready, as I was about to ask another question when the woman hung up on me. By this time, I’m pretty livid with the lack of customer service and professionalism. I come back to the business, my car is sitting in the EXACT same spot it was at 2:45pm. I walk in and the same rude lady is at the counter. I ask her what the managers name is. She tells me that he is not here. I ask her again. She ignores my question. I ask her one more time and she finally answers. At this point, I’m so through with this experience. I get to my car and the outside looks mediocre and I’m not impressed. I look at the inside and the only thing they did was vacuum. Nothing had been wiped down like it was supposed to be. I can’t believe I paid $70 for a mediocre car wash and vacuum. I’d be better off paying a kid off the street. I would not let this place wash my bike. I’m never going back to this establishment and I’m going to call the manager about a refund because this is ridiculous. I waited 4 hours for a premium service that they didn’t do. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

Paid for the $30 best wash, they didnt even wipe down the interior. Also apparently how much you pay is the priority in which your car is done since I watched 2 cars that came out after mine get started on while mine just sat. Dont waste your money. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. The first time I went it was okay but I only payed for the cheapest package so I feel like I got what I payed for.The second time I went, I took my father in laws truck in because after him not driving it for awhile, it looked pretty bad. I payed $29.95 and the young woman assured me what the interior would be detailed. Well, I am positive that it was not even wiped down because there was still drink spots, dog hair and crumbs(see pics)The exterior still showed dirt marks. It was barely vacuumed.It was dirtier in some spots from the dirty rag they used and the plastic covering on the front plate of the radio, odometer and rearview mirror were smudged.

My wife went in to get her car detailed. She asked them not to move or do anything with the backseat or the back area of our Ford Explorer. They took everything out of the car damaged stuff in the car. And stole the change out of the car. When asking for the manager I was told he’s not there. Asking for them to correct the problem all they said was I’m sorry.

Took great care of our truck. Prices were not too bad. They are still following COVID rules. Clean and sanitized place.

My wife took our vehicle there on 12/28/2020 after the service was performed there were over 100 tiny little chips in our windshield from whatever they used. When my wife called and let them know what happened they said it was our fault car was so dirty you never notice before and that they have no complaint today it your fault we have since filed a police report so yea dont use these scumbags they will not be forthright and take care of damage they perform to your vehicle. I bet they wish they had taken better care of our vehicle after the police come over, oh well they had their chance

Got a full detail package for my Subaru. Sub par job. Still had insects on my dash bord and now my car smells like mildew. I came back to try and get the issue fixed and the worker tryed to blame on me. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CARS VALUE. They will mess up your interior and do nothing to fix it.

Terrible service on SAT, 24JUL, 2:40pm over an hour for a standard wash! Not acceptable.

I figured I’d give this place a try. I saw the prices were a little high but I thought maybe the wash would be pretty good. So I paid $30 for one of their washes. It took nearly an hour and a half and the truck was covered in soap when it came out of the wash. Also, nobody bothered to wipe down the inside or vacuum the seats. Not impressed at all with this place. Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.

Outside of the car was cleaned well. Inside was barely touched except for vacuuming and cleaned mats. I paid $30 for it to be vacuumed and hand dried?

Brought my car by at 1 with the intent to have it cleaned while we were eating brunch nearby. Car was not release until 6.

The employees are extremely kind, but the work is not great. I had an appointment at 11:45 and so I planned my time out so I could get my car wash and take care of one more errand before my appointment, but those plans were changed once it took an hour and 15 minutes to get my car a simple wash.They didnt pay attention to the fact that I got there before several of the cars that they finished before mine even went through the wash.Because of the car they directed me to pull up behind I had to watch at least seven other customers leave before me that had arrived after I had.Then when I got my car it wasnt even well cleaned. The dash hadnt been wiped down and the interior windows looked like they just brushed across once.Next time I get an hour-long simple car wash, Ill do it myself.

Do not take your car to this place. The customer service is horrible. The owner is rude, and has no work ethic. Just took my Jaguar there to get it detailed and it came out full of scratches. The owner said it could not have happened there because no one else has ever complained about their car being scratched after taking it there, but I just read previous reviews and many others have complained about the same thing.

Stole my grandpas peterbilt keychain off my keys and stole a trailer tow adaptor out of my truck, cost me $190 just to get stuff stolen from great first impression

Took my car here for a full detail, paid about $190 (midsize suv) and it looks great! The cashier was a very nice tall young man. He deserves a raise because they were very busy and he handled everyone’s questions with professionalism! The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because they told me it would take far less time than it actually did (which was about 3 hours, which I kind of expected), and the guys actually cleaning the cars are a mixed bag. Some very nice and professional, others were rude and lazy. Overall, my car looks great and the tall cashier with the long hair rocks.

Do NOT take your car here. They do shoddy work and are extremely overpriced. And the customer service is abominable. Seriously, take some pride in your vehicle and do the work yourself.

While they definitely took their time to wash my car seats, it didn’t bother me because I dropped off the car and got a ride back home. Then got a ride back a few hours later to pick it up.I highly suggest you do the same as I did, drop the car off and go home, if you want to ensure they do a great job and so you don’t waste your time waiting longer than anticipated in the rest area.Be smart.

I think for the price they charge theyll should do a better job. Windows cleaning aint that good they miss several little details . Even when I got the Best of the best supposedly.

This was my fourth visit to Prestige Car Wash & Detail - and will be back again because of their excellent service. The work on my car always exceeds my expectations. Plus, the staff is polite and professional.

Really disappointed spent over $35 to include tip before I looked over the work, for a vacuum wash and wipe down inside outside... I asked them to vacuum and clean again still looked mediocre.. I wouldn’t recommend for the price

Ive tried most of the car washes in the area, and this one is my favorite. The wash is respectful of your vehicle, and doesnt beat the tar out of it, but still gets the tar off of it (ha). The employees work hard, and do good work. As far as the negative reviews Ive read, people need to remember that we are all human, and mistakes are inevitable. I know first hand that if you kindly tell them whats wrong, they will make it right.And I have to bring up one naysayer in particular because his selfishness deeply offended and disappointed me: JAMES WOODS, If you show up half an hour before closing for a two hour detail job, then maybe you should have managed your time a little better. You cant expect people to change their evening plans because you didnt arrive sooner. By 5:30, the workers are hot, exhausted, and looking forward to dinner at home with their families. Your dirty work truck does not take priority over that. Business hours are set for a reason. I doubt they will miss you as a customer, since you seem to have no compassion and unrealistic expectations. Being self-righteous will get you nowhere.

Alas, nothing stays the same. Prices up and quality down since change of ownership. Dash not cleaned, body not wiped down very well, windshield still has spots. I rarely left here without being impressed with the attention to detail under the former owners; was my go-to place for years. Time to find some place else.

Words cant Express how angry I am right now. My wife and I come here all the time and have spent so much money here. This will all be coming to an end after today. I drove all the way from Plano to have the inside of my work truck detailed. Just the in side. No wash no wax. I was told by an Asian lady that is was too late to do it. This was at 5:30pm. They close at 6:00. I was stunned. This place has lost my business forever.

I’ve been here twice, the first time I got the basic wash & the end result was pretty bad. My car was still dirty on the inside but I decided maybe the package I chose didn’t cover the inside. So I returned & got the “better” package, which included a deep clean of the inside. When I got in my car after the second wash, it appeared that they only “deep washed” the driver side of my car. The floor mats on the passenger side & the back were still filthy & it looked like they hadn’t even been vacuumed. There were wipe marks everywhere. I had a blanket over my back seat & they didn’t even bother to move it and vacuum under it. It seemed like they were just in such a rush that they were unable to clean my car the right way. The staff was very friendly both times. But I will not be back. I could wash my car myself for way less than what I paid to get half of the job done. Very disappointed.

Very over priced and was charged an extra $10 surcharge because my truck was muddy. After I pointed out my car was not clean to the owner (a small oriental lady), she proceeded to curse me out in native tongue, and not come back.....Not a problem lady, there are other car washes in the Denton area I would be happy to give my business moving forward.

$11 exterior car wash, hand towel dried, doesn’t include vacuum for the “Express”. I wanted a quick car wash and that’s what I got. People were nice and friendly.

Ive had my vehicle cleaned here twice. The first time I was told it would be ready in a few hours... 6 hours later it was finished. They missed a few places and I had to get them to fix them. Not a good experience but I was willing to give them another try because eventually they got it looking nice.The second time I knew the deal so I just dropped my car off for the entire day. When I came back it was sitting off to the side waiting for me. After looking at it, one of the floor mats was missing and they had done a poor job vacuuming out the dog hair (which I had paid extra for them to do). The hair was vacuumed and the mat was never found. The manager assured me he would look into it. He called me a few days later and promised to get a replacement mat but that was the last I heard from him.The most aggravating part is that my seat belt alarm goes off erratically now. When I picked up the car the second time there was a good portion of car cleaner/protectant/whatever on the drivers side seat belt release button. During the drive home the seat belt dash light came on even though it was buckled. This continued for two days before I washed the opening with alcohol. This helped for a while but the nuisance alarm still appears regularly and I keep washing it out. Its clear Im going to have to replace the seat belt. All because the people I paid $200 to clean my car apparently couldnt be careful with where they sprayed their cleaner/protectant.Im never going back there.

Ive been going to this car wash since 1997 and theyve always done a great job on my vehicles. If there is ever a problem, they address the issue immediately and make it right. Ive recently had to vehicles detailed with their ceramic paint sealant and they both have a deep, wet-look shine and it really brings out the sparkle of the metallic paint. I would recommend it for a high quality protectant.

They did a great job on my car, but it took very very long. Not only that but my car was still on and running when they told me it was ready, so I drove it straight home. when I got home I realized I could not find my vehicles remote. It took me 20 min before I finally found it on the outside of my car under my windshield wipers.i had driven 5miles with my keys laying outside of my car! Why would they leave them there without telling me? I could have lost them or they could have broken. So just be carful to ask for your remote before you leave!

$60+ for a car wash that left my white car ruined.Bad customer service, horrible wash job, they didn’t even vacuum the trunk and worst of all they left thousands of little brown and black spots all over the car. At first I thought it was rust but upon closer inspection it was clear that it was some kind of really stuck on residue that is possible to get off but extremely hard.Take a close look at the photos and you will see what I’m talking about. DO NOT GO HERE.

I own a 1999 Buick Century and 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I had never been to this place before. I took both of my cars to get washed and waxed. I normally go to one of those DIY coin-op car wash bays because I live in an apartment. Both cars came out looking great but after it rained only twice, I noticed the water wasnt beading off the Buicks paint anymore. I normally use the Nu Finish paste wax when I do my cars but I hadnt waxed the Buick for about 2 years because I dont drive it as much so the Buick really needed some wax. About a month after paying $100 to get both cars washed and waxed, I ended up having to wax the Buick myself. It has rained several times since then and the water still beads off the Buick. I think they mustve used some cheap spray on wax. I know theres that old saying that if you want it done right, do it yourself. I already knew nobody would do as good of a job as myself but I still expected a coat of wax to last at least for a month. The whole point of me coming here was for me not to have to rub my cars paint for 2 hours and I still ended up having to do it anyways.

Im so impressed with this car wash! The employees were nice and efficient. I bought the full service wash and my car has never been so clean. Thanks to Prestige for making my car sparkle!
