First let me say Prices are ridiculous.I paid $45 for a regular pedicure. The lady told me it was only 25$ but when I received my charge turns out it was 45$ which I confronted her about it and she said no i told u 45.Ladys there refused to listen to what client want and do whats convenient to them.Horrible experience there..Never will i go there again.

Well I normally dont give bad reviews but I am so upset I feel I need to share. I went for a year before they remodeled and I had been so pleased but quit going do to financial reasons. Then last week I had a big night so I stopped in asked for prices and on Friday I went in. Asked for full set with gel polish and my toe nails painted. Had been told 30 plus 8. When I was done it cost me $75 and my nails look thick and like I used press on. She said they would last 3 to 4 weeks. This was Friday and by Tuesday they were lifting. Its now 8 days and I need them off or use super glue either way Ill have to pay for a full s set again.

Ive gone here twice and didnt Love my mani and pedi. My toenail polish chipped off in a few days and my nails were just ok. (Non acrylic) and somehow they charged me different prices each time for the same exact thing. I had added the callous remover for my feet and it didnt make a difference.

Today was my second visit to Expert nails. I get what is called Gel and/or Shellac polish. Its supposed to last up to three weeks. Its a nice alternate to acrylic nails, which I got tired of having. I have tried several salons in the area including Covina, Glendora and San Dimas and the biggest problem that I have is that sometimes the Gel/Shellac starts to peel after one or two weeks. This is usually because it is not applied incorrectly. My first visit to this salon was three weeks ago and after three weeks it was still intact... no chipping, lifting or peeling! So I went back today, hoping for the same results. As far as salons go the prices are average. I paid $15 for a pedi and added a flower design for $5 and another $5 for callous remover. Keep in mind that in any salon when you are asked if you would like anything other then what you asked for, there is a charge. They usually dont offer the information, you have to ask. They asked if I wanted the sea salt scrub and I declined. My Gel Manicure was $25 which is the going rate in this area. Ive paid as little as $22 but it peeled it a week. I would rather pay the extra $3 to have it done correctly and last longer. As far as the service, the staff was not very friendly or welcoming. I had to ask to have them turn on my massage chair and both the manicurist and pedicurist spoke to each other, a lot, in a foreign language. However, I can overlook the lack of customer service for quality work and the fact that I dont have to return as often. One added bonus was that the leg massage was better then most. The person who did my nails the first time was Susan. I asked for her today but she was not in. Today Lena was my pedicurist and Kai was my Gel manicurist and they did a nice job.
