Service is great but is a wait. Prices are exellent. Is best to call for an appointment if you dont like waiting.

Sean is the best nail tech Ive had and I am so lucky to have found him! He is so patient and works with my nail allergies and and is very accommodating . Book your next nail appointment with him & you wont be disappointed. Tracy does my brows and I love them every time 😊, they even give you a water bottle before service

Didn’t have a good experience unfortunately.it was clear that the manicurist wasn’t very experienced with applying acrylic nails. he applied the wrong size nail to a few fingers. he wasn’t filing them correctly. and he had to completely re-do a finger that had a lot of nail shavings (because he didn’t clean it properly before encasing the dip powder.) a few of my nails still have nail shavings encased in them.after a few times of having to ask him to correct a mistake, he got frustrated and started squeezing/contorting my fingers in a painful way. a day later, most of the rhinestones applied to my designs popped off. it has now been 4 days later and a nail has snapped (without me doing anything to break it.)the pedicurist made an extremely painful gash on my toe, and made my eyebrow wax uneven, claiming both were my fault because “i moved” (i didn’t.)edit: forgot to mention that the pedicurist had to scold the manicurist for using dirty tools on my nails...for anyone who may be concerned about cleanliness in the midst of this pandemic.

Came here for the first time today. What a great experience. I called about 30 minutes ahead to see if they had availability for a pedicure and they did. I arrived and the staff greeted me warmly, and the first thing I noticed was no chemical smell, which is an absolute bonus. They did impeccable work and it was so serene in there. I will definitely be back.

I love Sean and his staff ! I won’t go anywhere else . They are very kind people always attentive to giving u water, taking there time to massage your feet or hands and Sean is the Best nail artist ever, my nails last 3 weeks beautifully they never lift or break ! I highly recommend ❤️

I have visited this salon 3 times now and each time I was very pleased not only with the service but the atmosphere. Some nail places I have been to have ratty looking spa chairs with broken remotes! Crystal nail spa is clean, well kept and tastefully designed. The prices are reasonable and I was very happy with my nails.

Best customer service Ive gotten in a while! They are patient, funny and very nice. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed there. Definitely will continue to come here. Nancy and Sean did an excellent job, and even the people who werent doing my service were nice.
