This was only my 2nd time I went to this nails salon! My technician name was Rosie. As soon as I sit in the car I could see bunch of lines and creases all over my nails! So, I went back the same second. Showed it to the owner who was very surprised as far as who even booked my appointment with her. He called her back and showed the work to her and talk to her in her language. After she left, he told me he will fix it for me free of charge as well, give me whatever I pay money back. Which I was like.. ok.. he is trying to fix the problem at least. Today was a week after I had my nails done and I was supposed to go in, but unfortunately my baby got sick so I had to cancel my appointment. Called the salon and told the owner I didn’t get my credit back yet, and he said he never told me I will get it back. Just, that he will fix it for me! So, obviously even the owner is not holding his words/promise! I told him he can keep that money, and she Rosie can keep my 20$ tip, and I will make sure I will NEVER come back EVER again!!!! I don’t even remember how long I have been doing my nails for, but this was Definitely THE WORSE Nail job and experience I had with a nail salon! For 85$ you would definitely expect better service and better customer appreciation! Please, think twice before choosing this salon!

The studio nail spa is my second home! Very friendly and super professional. They’ve been doing my nails for years and I haven’t given a single complaint! I’ve notice the bad reviews are about pricing and word of advice to the customers complaining about pricing please click their website it says all the prices and they’re accurate. don’t look at the single platform because that’s not even their website! Anyways don’t hesitate to make an appointment trust me you won’t regret it! Oh yeah! I got to suki for all my manicures ! Enjoy!

Nikki is fantastic!! 100% definitely recommend and probably wouldn’t still be coming if not for her. Don’t get me wrong, the salon is lovely- just a turbo hike from my house. Jelly pedi is worth it. Other than that, I’d pay for extended massage rather than a fancy pedicure.

I have been getting my nails done here for over a decade now. The new owners are fabulous. They are professional. They know your name. They are always happy to greet you. I’m excited to see the upgrades they are changing and doing. Highly recommend this business.

I’m very happy with my experience at the Studio nail bar . Tie did an amazing job on my nails . I got an acrylic full set w/coffin shape and he filed them down perfectly. If you like designs and shaped nails I highly recommend booking with Tie.

This was a beautifully decorated establishment with easy parking and decent prices. the staff was very friendly and pretty fluent in english. they seem to have a lot of regulars. i love the color i chose and the shape of my nails. my only complaint is that my guy with longer hair kept drilling my skin for a little too long. usually when i get my nails done sure they may graze the skin for a little but i won’t feel much but this time pretty much his whole technique was drilling the acrylic and paint off and shaping it with the drill and it’d burn my skin a bit and if he kept it there any longer i probably would’ve broke skin and bled. he did a good job and was too nice, i didn’t wanna say anything about it though so that’s my fault too.

Very nice people but didn’t do a good job on my nails. i showed the lady a picture of the nails i wanted and they ended up coming out completely different and was very rushed.

They were very professional and gave me exactly what I wanted . I wish I lived closer this would be my new nail place .

I went to get my nails done and this people only want your money. I don’t mind paying any amount for my nails but I specifically I asked her to keep the shape which I already had and she did something completely different. She left some white stuff inside my nails (which it’s not coming off). I think it’s very rude that when your paying they stay in there to see if they’re going to tip them which honestly makes me not want to tip them. Also they charge me extra for a shape which I didn’t even get!!! and they also charge me six dollars for two acrylic nails like I can literally buy a kit and still be under I will never set foot on the place I’m very disappointed that I spend that much money and I’m not even happy with my service.

Disappointed. I decided to give this place a second chance after my first visit, thinking that maybe I just got unlucky with a less experienced technician, but unfortunately this was not the case. I was looking for high quality, clean service. Unfortunately despite of great looking place with 2 receptionists greeting you and clean and neat environment I was disappointed with the service and quality. I sure paid parkland price for the service however. My nails look like I did the dip powder myself at home and this is not what I was expecting going and paying $50 for a service. Good these are just nails. I guess dont judge book by its cover really applies in this case. IN summary - luck of communication/understanding and poor quality. Will not go there again. I wish I read the ratings before I decide going there for the 2nd time...

Wow I’m not sure where these other reviews are coming from, but this place is amazing. The front staff is great super friendly! I see Lucy and she’s amazing as is Tracy. Everyone is absolutely amazing here and they make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. I’ve been coming here for ever now I won’t go anywhere else!

I have no idea where these other reviews are coming from, but I have been going to this nail salon for years and I absolutely love it. The front staff and nail techs are all amazing & helpful. I usually go to April or Mai, both of which I love; and my mom and sister have gone to various other people & love them as well.

Really big salon with plenty of availability to have an appointment. I stay true to Andrea my favorite nail tech, she takes her time and does a fantastic job everytime. Never disappointed! Kim is another tech who does a grand job. Love coming here!

I went here 2 weeks ago and every one was very nice and professional. The place looks good and is also clean. I received the pedicure with a gel manicure which turned out nice but didnt last long enough. My gel manicure was expected to last 3 weeks but didnt even last 2 weeks. I will admit my nails do seem to grow quick but the polish is not supposed to peel off so soon when I use gel polish. Also, the polish on my toes also chipped which has never happened to me before. My pedicures usually last me a full month.Although the service was great,I will not be going back since I wasted my money the first time.

I decided to give this place a try because my friend recommended it. Front desk had amazing customer service I don’t remember his name but he is awesome. He booked me with Lucy. She came out and told me to wait a few and she will come get me. She saw one of her customers grabbed the customer and started doing her nails. I waited another 15 mins and asked what happened. It turned out she took that customer over me and I was told someone else can take care of me In 15 mins. The owner already left but I did tell Ms Lucy that it was not right that she was not supposed to treat any customer like that. Front desk was so apologetic but I just walked out. Waste of my time neither my friend or our friends who used to go there are coming back there

My friends have been talking about this salon for a long time. Didnt had time to go get my manicure here but, when I did. It was probably one of the best experience I had in a salon! Services was top notch! Staff were pleasant. Salon is sanitary. Prices are justifiable. The lady working on me was really professional and great! My nails came out looking stunning! They made my nails looked perfect and gorgeous. My tech was meticulous and caring, and she gave out a whole bunch of good advises. Just love it. The salon was clean and well organized as well. I really enjoyed my very first visit with them today and was very pleased when i left. Their customer services were way so good and went over my expectations. My $33 Pedi/Mani Combo came out great as i expected. The lady that worked on my nails was very nice and took her time in every details on my nails. I really loved the way my nails came out. Ive been going to April for over a year now and shes great. She has a sense for the colors I like and for what I might want to try next. I also appreciate that whenever I choose a color, she makes sure she gets me the best brand for that color so that it stays on for more than just a week. Absolutely love her!

I’ve been coming here for the past few years and ONLY go for April. She is so understanding and always knows how to give me exactly what i want (and i usually want something different every time). she always takes her time and is so fun to talk to! I will always recommend her to everyone!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for The Studio. My, the eyebrow tattoo artist, walked me through the entire process of getting my eyebrows tattooed. She taught me the difference between ombre powder vs microblading and answered all of my questions until I was fully informed. She took the time and effort to patiently shape my eyebrows until I was 100% satisfied with the shape. When going through the procedure, she was constantly asking if I was comfortable and made certain that the entire tattoo process was sterile. Lastly, she walked me through the aftercare process and made sure that I understood how to care for my eyebrows after I left.The salon is absolutely gorgeous. Its clean, the quality of service is top notch, and the wait times are reasonable. There is constant commotion throughout the salon because of how busy it is. Its located on the side of an unassuming strip mall. Next time, Ill try to get my lashes or nails done. I loved my experience and I would recommend The Studio to any of my family or friends.

Recently had the pleasure of going here for a gel manicure. Reasonably priced and looks great. I got a French manicure. It is gorgeous. My daughter got an acrylic fill and single color and was over the moon. Nails are holding up great. My tech was April and she was great. Appointments can be made online which is super convenient with my work schedule. This has been and will continue to be my goto nail spot.

I went for a full set of pink and white nails. They turned out awful. She dipped the fingers in powder instead of using a brush. The pink ran into the white. When I ask her she said she would fix next time.??? No way. She finally painted the nails pink & white and charged me full price for her mistake. What kind of salon would let a customer walk out like this?? I will never go back again. She should have taken them off and started over or let me decide. Now I have to walk around with pink and white runny nails.

I would have chosen 0 stars but I didnt have the option. The guy tried to give me a manicure with a used cuticle cutter!!! I asked him for a new one in he disinfectant package and he just took another one out of his dirty drawer and so I refused to let him cut my cuticles. He was on his phone the whole time and dried his hands with the same towel he was using on me!! Gross! I then just asked for a polish change and when I checked out they tried to charge me for a whole manicure so I complained and was finally only charged for a polish change. First time in my life I didnt leave tip. I will never go there again!! Completely gross and dirty practice!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible place!!! I went in today for a pedicure and NexGen, and was completely rushed through picking a color and my pedicure. The whole pedicure lasted six minutes… Finally when I was deciding on a color, the lady had the nerve to tell me to hurry up because there were people waiting!!! I was treated very poorly and it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Went next-door and have them fix me up. Will NEVER go back!!! STAY FAR AWAY! Worst service I’ve ever gotten. I recently lost my job and was actively searching for a new one. I walked by the spa and saw a sign that said they would give a FREE manicure to you if you were unemployed and needed to look good for an interview. WOW!!!!! You dont find that kind of generosity that often these days. They treated me like a queen.

I have gone to The Studio Nail Spa twice and enjoy the friendliness of the staff and the services they provide.However, my most recent visit was ruined once I reviewed my credit card activity to find out I was overcharged $17.00 (billed $50.00, instead of $33.00).Since the business prefers you tip with cash, I did just that. Unfortunately, someone thought they could write-in a large tip of their own without me knowing. They were mistaken.This transaction is now being disputed with Visa.I recommend all patrons check their credit card activity/statements often, especially with this business. They like to steal money.

Specifically went here because of awesome reviews... The locations is great the staff is really nice and well presented. I must say I did really enjoy my pedicure ... Myfeet felt so soft after but the actual polish and shaping was not so great.. Even still I decided to still get a fill and one nail repair. So... I had to talk my nail tech thru the whole process of shaping because she told me herself she only can do square nails...okay?!?! I wanted coffin its like the same thing .. I could have understood if I was asking for stiletto nails but I wasnt..Still she ended up being very nice after everything. Total price for pedicure and fill $91 ... Sounds like I got ripped off and the worst part when I got home my gel nail polish started peeling... Explain that to me

Really bad service. The workers talked in Chinese about me and they gave me really disrespectful looks, plus I had to get another worker to complete my unwanted job. I have been a client for 2 years and I have never had such a bad experience. Not recommended, the only one that I will ever trust my nails is Gloria.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! Walked in & asked the lady in the front how much it would be for acrylic with gel polish. She asked me to give her a minute, went to ask another lady & when she came back, I was told $35. I called a nearby salon and asked the same question, and was given the same price of $35. Because of this, I decided to just stay here at The Studio. They sat me down and did my nails, and the lady who took care of me was great, however when I went to pay, it was an entirely different story. I handed the stubby, chunky, indian looking lady my debit card & she tells me it will be $42. This caught me off guard, and I went on to explain that I was told it would be $35. This is where her attitude began as she told me I was lying and wrong and that her price was set. She then went on to tell me that if I wanted to know a price, I should have asked her. (she was not there when I arrived & asked the price & there was no sign stating that prices can only be told by her). I told her that was unfair, and if that were true, her staff should know better than to give customers prices or at least be knowledgeable on prices. She had my card in her hand and took it upon herself to swipe it as quickly as her fat little arms could move, and then repeated rather loud THAT WILL BE $42. How is it that I had to pay for the lack of training and knowledge of her employees. An honest business person would have honored the price I was given and if they were that hungry for the money, take it out of the employees check that misinformed me. I will never return to this unprofessional place & I will make everyone around me aware of what happened so they can steer clear of this rude, dishonest business. A real disappointment.

I went in today for ombre nex gen. First of all i went 3 times and every time i booked with the same person and every person left before my next appt and had to always get someone new each time. Anyways i know the nexgen requires a certain process, especially when doing the ombre. this person i think used acrylic stuff on me even when i asked her if it was nex gen and painted it on me just like acrylic. i am pretty sure it is acrylic when i specifically asked for the nexgen dipping process. it also took her half the time and i got charged 70 dollars for the ombre when my nails took no time at all to do. very upset and will be going to a different place next time....

This is supposed to be a high end salon. Yet I walked out a few times unhappy Make sure who you are getting, other wise you are going to end up paying for a price of high end salon and walk out with just ok job that you could get anywhere. When I go there I prefer Tina . Just make sure other wise you can go anywhere else for the same job .

I will never come back. If you ever have Jimmy do your nails ask for someone else because he is awful. the paint job on my nails is streaky and uneven even tho i asked him multiple times to even it up. He also ruined the shape of one of my nails and when i asked him to fix it he tried to tell me it was the way my nail grows, yet it was perfectly fine before he started cutting and filing. It also took an hour and a half just do to a filling. I majorly regret coming here and i will for sure never return. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I was very disappointed of how two of the people that work there had no respect and didn’t listen to a word I and my mom said. They were very disrespectful and made it very awkward. For somebody to ask me if I still ״lie” is uncalled for. And when My mom asked to take her nails off because he messed up big time. She had received the biggest attitude. Don’t come here it’s horrible☺️

This is by far the worse place Ive ever been to to get my nails done. I was there at 5:12 p.m. Usually when you walk into a place that close at 6:00p.m. as long as you made it there before 30 minutes til them closing theyll accept you. The girl at the front desk really had the nerve to tell me because I wanted a pedicure they couldnt assist me unless I was just getting a fill on my nails. That really pissed me off because in a way I feel like they refused need because of my skin complexion due to the fact I was the only person of color in the place. So they basically refuse my money because I came in at 5:12p.m.Then I went down the street to another place and that closed at 5:00pm and it was 28 minutes after and guess what, they accepted me. I wasnt pleased with being rejected because Im new to the neighborhood and I thought for sure the customer service would be great, but I guess Ill be driving 45 minutes away to get the service Im used to. Smh.

Horrible experience! Went for a nexgen manicure and a pedicure. I was rushed to pick a color the whole experience was rushed and not relaxing. After 5 days the nexgen cracked and my pedicure also chipped after 5 days as well. I would never fo back there again!

Rude staff, low quality work I got my toes done white and they used a sheer polish without telling me and the color came out uneven.

Extremely poor management at front desk. Phone rings excessively before someone answers and then you are put on hold for another long wait. Appointments are lost. When asked for owners name, manager claimed he wasnt allowed to give it out.
