I was charged FULL PRICE for a service I never received. Pro tip: don’t trust them with your card info to book an appointment.EDIT BASED ON THEIR RESPONSE: I booked the appointment only a few hours before it. Realistically, no one was going to take that appointment! You’re basically stealing from me.

I got highlights, cut, and a brow wax. The quality of the services were very high quality. Everything looks great. Bonnie is wonderful. I had my brows done by a member of staff and she was top notch as well. I can recommend this salon without hesitation for these services. I saw many others getting pedicures, manicures, and other services. They all looked happyI have fine hair and sensitive skin

This was my first time at Zaina Hair Salon and I was so impressed with the service I received. My hair color turned out perfect as well as my hair cut. My previous hair salons always did exactly what I didnt want, too dark of color and a very short hair cut. I already booked my next hair appointment. Zaina Hair Salon you are the best!

I went to change the color of my hair, and Bonnie did such a great job! She worked very diligently on my hair in such a way that 3 days later my hair looks and feels silky, beautiful and the color is just the way I wanted it! Thank you Bonnie for all your attention. Its impossible to give zero stars but I feel compelled to share the fact that I went in for a color change and haircut from Zaina’s salon and I left with a complete mess (see pictures below). Initially, I showed her a picture and video of the hair color that I wanted to achieve, also asking her professional advice on it. Firstly, before going into the salon she quoted me a price which later on at checkout was changed to a much higher price. I understand that pricing varies according to many factors, but it was funny that when she quoted me the first price she said that it was because it entailed a lot of work.On arrival for my appointment, I once again showed her the picture and video for reiteration. Her response then, was that she wasn’t sure if my hair would take the bleach and would have to do a 3 step procedure. It seemed as if she was guessing for ideas on how to proceed. At no time, did I stop her or mentioned that I wanted to cut cost, my only aim was to get my hair to look like the picture or at least very similar. On proceeding, she realized that my hair was indeed reacting to the bleach positively, and as I recalled her saying how great and quick my hair responded to the bleach.Also, when the color process was finished my haircut request was long layers to the front and a bouncy blow dry which I also didn’t get. Due to poor lighting in her hair salon I wasn’t able to see the real hair color and style until I got home and saw it in my bathroom mirror. The horror on my face was unimaginable! I expressed to her right away that it was not what I requested and my dislike for it. She tried to ‘fix’ it the next day which also was a disaster and her attitude was of poor taste. Her ‘fix’ was applying a toner and hoping that it came out like my initial request, again she was guessing. Her responses thereafter were in a defensive manner rather than owning up to the flaws of her expertise.I took the time to write this review in detail to prevent someone else from going through this horrible experience. It was my birthday weekend and this totally ruined and dampened my mood. Her communication skills were poor and very unprofessional for someone who is trying to run a successful business. If she couldn’t achieve what I asked for she should have been honest and said that she couldn’t do it instead of trying to do it and totally ripping me off. Please think twice before spending your money at this salon!

Bonnie is fantastic! Ive been going to her for over 4 years to do my hair. And Ive had wonderful results every time! I would highly recommend her!!

I have been going here for years. I have naturally dark brown hair & always want to dye my hair blonde.Bonnie is my hair stylist who has become a friend! She’s so personable & makes you feel welcomed. People have to understand dying hair from dark to light is a process & you have to be patient for the end result! She styles hair really well be ready to be wowed by your before and after pics :)

I love this salon! Bonnie has been my hair stylist for more than 2 years, and she is absolutely fabulous when it comes to hair cutting, styling, highlighting, coloring, and hair extensions. She is able to work with every clients specific needs, and shes a perfectionist when it comes to anything hair related. I recommend her to all my family and friends. You wont regret going to this salon and having your hair done by Bonnie!

Uninformed services beforehand and charged based on hair and not service, hair was messed up and continued to be styled despite the fact it did not look good- seems to be a way for them to keep money for naive/ new clients, rather than to deny a service and honestly let a customer try to find someone who is well informed or rather wants to give out information, additionally there is a rush to finish the service and hair was not styled due to being enough time. Cannot work with all hair ethnities, and disagrees to a middle ground when they admit to messing up.

The owner is an artist. She cuts your hair in a way that you walk out of the her place feeling gorgeous.Bonny is amazing and creative. You will love her like I do.
