It really is a Hidden Gem, located in a space that is surprisingly spa like in an office building! I went for a haircut today and it was such a great experience and I will definitely be back. So easy to book online and Carmen was right on time for my appointment. She is very friendly and welcoming and I am so happy with my new haircut. I will look forward to going back for my next cut!

I have posted a positive review before, but went back to hidden gem today and felt like I needed to post another positive review! This place is amazing and a hidden gem! Pallavi always makes me feel welcome and is just incredible. I had a back treatment which included aromatherapy and an amazing massage. I left there feeling like 1 month of Covid stress had been lifted. The spa is very clean and covid friendly because they only take 1 client at a time and you are in a private room. The price is very reasonable and Pallavi is extremely talented. Her hands can magically get soreness and stress out of any muscle! I highly recommend this spa and services to anyone!

I got a cranberry hot stone facial and dermaplanning done by Carmen it was the best experience! Treat your self to a hour or longer facial it’s worth it will 100% be comming back my skin was glowing afterwards and cannot believe how good my skin looked ! So clean and professional ❤️

Went for my first facial here and Carmen was amazing! She’s so so kind and answered all my annoying questions (I asked a lot of questions about the products and procedures). Her neck/shoulder/face massage was also very nice and relaxing. Definitely a genuinely good person and hard worker who loves her job. I have some treatments with her tomorrow and am very excited to go back. Please go visit this business because their services are awesome and I’m sure they are struggling with covid like so many other small businesses! I actually got compliments on my glowing skin the day after I went.

Went here once recently, and the spa is very clean & very cozy, they have a little coffee area & the boss/owner of the business I was able to meet & she is VERY polite & nice. Carmen has done A natural lash extension set for me & they came out beautifully, when she started her work she was very clean & the tools she used to do them were clean. They were all very professional there as well.

I got my Eye Lash Extensions and Eye Brow tinted here last week and i am very impressed. The Lash extensions came out very natural and i love the way they look. i have been getting lots of compliments and I dont even have to wear a makeup anymore. Also, the tint came out very nice and i can see my brows looks darker and fuller. I highly recommend Hidden Gem Spa.

I recently visited Hidden Gem Spa and had an amazing experience. I booked a last minutes appointment online for Make-up. Pallavi did an amazing job. I didnt feel very heavy after the makeup and my skin looked great. She also gave me couple suggestions on how to apply makeup every day without taking too much time. She noticed my pores needed to be cleaned and suggested me to come for a Deep Pore facial. The facial was relaxing and refreshing. I would definitely recommend her. Also, the prices was reasonable 😀

I recently went to Hidden Gem for eye lash extensions. I just moved to the area and was looking for an expert as this type of beauty enhancement is not as easy as people think. I had amazing experience and her work is superior. I highly recommend this spa.

I love everything about this place. Its new and hidden in a big office building but definately worth trying it. I had facial and waxing with Pallavi and she did a fantastic job. The waxing was almost painless and when she started the facial it was the most relaxing facial I ever had. She asked my concerns and also recommended the best treatment for me and my skin felt soft, hydrated and clean. All the products felt very good and her techniques and massage was excellent.
