We went yesterday afternoon to do a detail on my car and since we got there, Sr. Raul was very Nice and took his time to explained all the packages very clearly and simple. His customer service was Excellent!People outside work hard and the receptionist was so professional and sweet, very nice young lady with Excellent customer service as well!When we picked up my car, my car was SPOTLESS!!!Definitely recommend Arbor Car Wash at Bee cavesIt won’t Disappoint you!

First of all I want to Shout out the cashier lady in front desk!What an amazing customer service and such a sweet attitude she has.. I’ve been to this location quite a few times and usually the other couple of girls there look very unhappy ( especially the cashier on weekends she’s rude) but this new cashier lady was just exceptional, so kind, sweet and very helpful. She always had a smile on her face and answer a few questions I had that in the past I had asked the other cashiers and they didn’t care about my concerns they just said they didn’t know.I went to do a detail on Wednesday 8/11 and even though it took quite a while for my car to be ready, I didn’t care because the cashier lady was so nice to me. She took the time to take my info so I could go make some errands and then she called me when my car was ready. I even offer her a tip for being so nice to me but she said Please Don’t that it was her pleasure helping me. I notice she was so nice and sweet to all of the customers not just me, I can tell she really loves her job.I will Definitely go back to Arbor Car wash, the people outside are hard workers and they try their best to clean as fast as they can.Hopefully the cashier lady that was there Wednesday is there again she’s a keeper!Thank you Miss Dee! The exterior was cleaned well but the interior looked like it had barely been touched. When they flagged me over that my car was done, I quickly saw the rubber mats hadn’t been touched, there was sand and dirt still on the carpet. I asked to have the mats cleaned and was told it would be an extra $5. I said fine. I stood by my car and waited until they finished with the mats and only then did they start to vacuum the interior and wipe it down. This should have been done originally and not after I paid extra to have the mats cleaned. Go Wash is a much better bargain - a clean is the same price and they actually clean your car. I will not be returning to Arbor.

Tried to take my work truck through. Attendant blocked me from entering. Says I cant take it through because it is a work truck. I have been through car washes all over the Austin area with this truck. He didnt know what he was talking about. I didnt have the time to argue with him.There was no sort of ladder rack or rack on my truck. I tried to explain this to the attendant. This place is full of incompetence.

Great value and great service. We have two vehicles on the annual plan - the staff is professional and both vehicles look fantastic outside and inside when we have them washed at Arbor.

I called ahead to make sure that my hatchback could be accommodated for a detailing on the day of. Not only was the car not finished that day I did not even receive a phone call about it. The clean was mediocre for $150 and they left my mats in my trunk instead of letting them dry and putting them back as they had a whole day. All of the change in my car was stolen and they used a half a tank of gas. Even the receptionist was bored and unhelpful. When I finally got to pick up my car and I had left the keys in the center consul with the window cracked. I could barely reach them.

I am a loyal customer of Arbor Car Wash for 6 years now. They never disappoint with their lube & car wah services.

Dropped off car for oil change and car wash...wound up taking over 2 hours, which seems too long for those services. I watched as the car sat after the oil change (which took almost 1.5 hours) as it was not communicated that i needed to put it thru the car wash. Apparently when they r busy u have to drive it thru the carwash. Then i watched and waited as it took 45 more mins to get the interior cleaned. Theres just too much volume and not enough staff to hope to just pop in for a wash and clean. They had 3 people hand cleaning cars and had about 10+ cars waiting constantly. 10-15 mins/car and u can do the math. This was mid day on a monday. For the record i was quoted around 1 hour for the services when i pulled up at 11:15am.

The best car wash out there. I am very impressed with the quality of their work. I take my truck to get detailed for $60 that includes deep cleaning of the interiors. Please keep in mind my truck is black. Always roll out looking immaculate. Keep up the great work guys.

Went in to get my oil changed and car washed/detailed, left my vehicle there while I was at work, when I came back my inside window was Scratched. Spoke with the manager Jose who was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and apathetic about the whole situation. Said to my face that he would deny the damages ever happened. This place is horrible. If you have a nice or expensive car and want it handled with care, take it somewhere else.

They did a great job on both my oil change and inspection and on my car wash. I was in and out in no time.

Ive been nothing but impressed with the service and quality at Arbor. Ive enjoyed it so much, Ive gotten the monthly plan. Given that my truck can get pretty gross, its been well worth it. The people are friendly and the location convenient.

Hard working staff and nice building. My only suggestion would be to go a little easier on the detail dressing on pickup beds, as when it rained the oils ran down my paint.

Has monthly unlimited passes for the automated tunnel wash. They give you a Fastpass windshield sticker for quick entry. Unfortunately the Fastpass doesnt seem to work very well and usually a worker has to come over and manually let me in and they always seem annoyed.I dont like that you cant use the vacuums yourself. It seemed like you could only get your car vacuumed if you paid to have a detail done. A bit of a bummer but this place sells itself as more of a detail place anyway.Unlimited wash packages did not have prices on the screen which was a little weird. Check their website to see what each package includes and how much it is. Pretty weird they dont just have a sign with that info like most car washes.Wash works well and they usually have a human at the end of the tunnel to towel dry any remaining water.

I had a really bad experience here. I just came from a beach trip and got the $31 extra package wash with inside cleaning and wax. My car was left with sand still everywhere, on the seats and on the outside! A part of the clear coat on the hood came off during the wash, I know it happened here as this is a new car I bought 2 weeks ago. The assistant manager said they can’t do anything about that kind of damage. I will never go back here and am very disappointed by lack of skill and service.

I would not recommend this car wash location. Overpriced for a car wash at $16 for items they don’t use that are promised per their selection. I would recommend a different location that also includes free vacuums/ spot to dry your vehicle for the same price.

They are fantastic to do business with. Was in and out with inspection and wash in 30 minutes.

First time to Arbor since they bought out Coachworks. Much different experience than before.The signage coming in is confusing. It makes you feel like you found the wrong place. It looks like both lines are for members. Turns out that one is for cash and the other one is for credit.The guy in front of me was buying a membership so I had to wait a while for him. Wish they had a separate line for that.Once the wash got started, it was fairly quick. One person loads you into the tunnel and another wipes you down on the other side of the tunnel. You never get out of your car.The car is reasonably clean and the price isnt too high.Many of the changes are good, but its lost the personal nature of Coachworks.

If Im being honest....not too happy with all the changes since the move to new ownership. Still friendly staff and service but isnt a personal or efficient as before. Price changes are always hard to swallow as well.

So, this owner bought out Coachworks. They now focus on express carwashes, get you in quick and out quick and for way lower prices!!! Like $20 for the regular wash and vacuum, which I love! I did the detail service at $65, where they detail and then you pick one major area you want done, like leather seats cleaned, carpets shampooed, dash and doors air blown and scrubbed, and theres one other option I cant remember. I got my leather seats cleaned. YALL! This was the best carwash I have EVER had! The bearded fellow that detailed my car was very detailed and FAST. I have 3 kids and you know that that can do to a minivan! Its so clean yall! He didnt miss a spot! Cant wait to get in my car and drive somewhere today! Go to this place! Im so happy to have a good, affordable, fast carwash near me!

Before I was giving you 5 stars and introduce friends come to car wash. On September 25 I came to oil change. I told him I want the 39.95 oil change then he said update just $10 more!! I accept that $10 more. But after 25 minutes later he gave me the paperwork it showed $96.06?? I said what???I still dont understand! Please help me!
