I went for a haircut and highlight for myself, and a haircut for my son. Sierra the stylish was not knowledgeable about how to start my hair and had to speak with her mother, the owner of the salon Eileen. Upon beginning, she started foiling at the base of my hair and continued up. It took over an hour to foil my full head. I myself have years of Cosmetology experience. I inquired about my foils at the base of my head, seeing as my hair lifts very quickly with bleach. I was told by the owner Eileen and Sierra, that they always waited until all hair had lifted before taking out the foils. Now, anyone who knows bleach, knows that is not how things work. Bleach does not stop its process to have the rest catch up. It continues until it has been stopped with water. During my waiting of getting the foils removed, they cut my sons hair. It was completely uneven and so bad I had no choice but to fix it at home. Upon getting home I went to style my hair the way I always do, as Eileen styled it different then I do even when requested otherwise. Upon doing so, I noticed that I had uneven patches of bleach along my side and top of head, and that the underlying layers were completely white, meaning they had removed all pigmentation of my hair. They had decided to not use a toner at washout because they had realised themselves that the white hair would turn purple and show their incompetence. I highly recommend that people find another salon to do business with. Not only do they over charge for the incompetent procedures, but they have no actual knowledge on Cosmetology, even though licensed. Completely upset with the process and how they attempted to hide their mistakes at the end. Not only were my highlights horribly done, but my haircut was completely uneven. I will now have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to fix as my hair is so over processed that it falls out whenever it is wet. If I could give negative stars I would. Clients BEWARE.

Awesome!!!!! I have been coming here since the place opened and have always had a great experience. They offer several services in one location making it very convenient! Eileen is so experienced and it shows in her work! She has been the only person to touch my hair in over a decade and I literally get compliments from random strangers after every service! Eileen always wants to make sure your satisfied with your service as well which is refreshing even when you become a regular! ⭐️⭐️⭐️Awesome!!!

I had a great and relaxing time at the salon. They are well prepared for COVID-19 precautions and felt safety and comfortable there. Had my hair done, mani and pedi. Highly recommend. Very professional and friendly staff. I’ve seen costumers leaving very happy with their hair cut and coloring, which tells a lot about how much they care for their costumers.

Sierra gave me an excellent pedicure and manicure. She takes her time and makes me feel special each time I visit. I would highly recommend Sierra for any of your nail needs.

Some of the best cosmetologists around! Sierra is a wonderful nail tech who provides many great services to have you feeling like a new person. Eileen is a crafted hair stylists who completely transforms hair to give you a new do for any season or event!

Eileen does a great job and has been cutting and color my hair for over past 12 years. She has a wonderful Salon, men and women, shes the best around here.

As someone new to the area, I was worried about finding a salon to fit my needs. A New You was close to my house, so I took a chance on it and came in for a partial highlight and hair cut. I’m happy to say that Fawcett did a wonderful job on my hair! I’ve already rebooked and can’t wait to come back. I couldn’t recommend the salon enough.

While the staff was very friendly and the boutique items were lovely! I had a terrible gel manicure! I had to pay extra to remove last gel polish (completely expected) they did not remove all of the old polish and it showed through the TERRIBLE job that I received. I had to ask several times why my nails were not completely covered in polish as one would expect as well as why I could still see my old polish still. The owner/nail artist doing my manicure simply continued adding more layers of gel. I still do not have full polish coverage on several fingers and others are so thick that it looks horrible! I only wish I had time to get them properly fixed but do to time restraints I had to leave VERY DISAPPOINTED. I would not recommend this place!

When i came from NY to NC for a visit I was in desperate need of a hair cut.I called New You Salon . i got in right away. Being a hairdresser for over 40 years myself im not an easy client. But i was so happy with my cut. First time ever lol. Love this place. I sent my daughter in and shes so happy too. When im back in NC i will be in for a cut. Thank😊 you. See you soon.
