Just got my nails done here and Jenny did such an amazing job. I came to her with some beat up nails that I got done at a salon that did SNS terribly! Absolutely the worst experience today. After waiting over an hour I informed the tech I needed a fill and gel polish. She proceeded to have me soak in polish remover for over 20 minutes! Finally getting to my fourth chair of the morning the next tech whined and complained I soaked my acrylics right off and why did I do that? Well I was instructed to soak and she left me there while she worked on someone else. It certainly isnt my place to question her in her profession. Needless to say I wont be back and wont recommend this place again.

The worst experience in a nail salon that I have ever had. Pedicure was okay, lower end of quality. Manicure is a mess. She smudge one of my nails and although I pointed it out 3 times, she told me it was fine. Its not fine. Nails are completely uneven ever after asking twice to correct it. Could not do blue and red stars on my nails. Very untimely, granted they were busy because of the holiday coming which was why I made an appointment. Manager tried to be helpful, but I would in no way recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

I get a gel manicure and regular pedicures. My tech was great. My nails came out sooo nice clean and neat! Gel manicure! The others Im sure are great too. Id definitely come back!!!

Ive been going to this salon for some time .. THIS time however was just nuts.. 1st Im being told 20min wait perfect okay no problem, then 45min later Im still waiting and every person who was doing nails are now doing other peoples feet seriously Im still waiting the young woman whos the owner says a few more minutes okay Im like okayyyy so I look back the door opens and a woman walk in saying she needs a fill the young man other owner says sure come sit... OMG I immediately stand up to be rushed over to some you gentleman I start off by telling him I have a few that may have lifted so you want new set NO, what, I want a fill and fix what may have lifted so you want a new set you know what Ive literally sat here for over a hour and now your not listening to the customer.. cant and wont put a number on this place Im DISGUSTED so this is how I left and not 1 person asked what was wrong

Got my nails done today and they had great service and did amazing on my nails I absolutely love them!!

It was ok. For what I paid I expected a little more. My daughterw manicure and pedicure was 35 dollars and they basically just painted her nails. I paid for a mani and pedi for myself and my polish job was horrible. The second coat wasnt applied completely leaving streaks.

They did not shape my nails or make them the length I wanted. They left my nails rough and bumpy. They did not smooth around my nail so everything got caught on my nails. Poor quality and do not recommend.

Best customer service ever! The mani/pedi itself was wonderful. The staff is friendly. They do a good job on my nails. I will definitely be back!

Would not recommend this place! Went to get my nails done and was not listened to when I asked for short nails. They looked already a week old after just getting them done. The paint job was horrible, didn’t go down the edges of the nails. They were also really thick. Granted gel nails are on the thicker side but these were overboard. I called and complained, they said they would fix them. I went in to get them fixed, they shortened them but didn’t refill them. I showed a picture of what I wanted and they did them completely backwards to what I showed them. They didn’t file the edges after cutting so they are wicked sharp. I got a matte tip (mind you it was supposed to be a matte nail with a shiny tip) and they completely missed part of the matte on my thumb. Not impressed would not recommend.

Very accommodating and courteous staff, but both mani and pedi are the worst quality I have ever had done. Plus the most expensive. The nail technician did not bother to do anything to my cuticles and they look exactly the same as when I went in.

I came in a couple years ago and the guy working there was super rude. I came in with a friend after a sleepover so I was kinda tired and not wearing any makeup. He compared me and my friend and asked me why I wasn’t beautiful like her and how I should smile and sit up straight. He made multiple comments about how she was pretty and I wasn’t. Don’t go here unless you want to be disrespected:)

I would not recommend this place. I got a full set of gel nails. I showed the tech a photo and continued to tell him I wanted, and he didnt listen to me. I felt like I was bothering him. I wanted them thin, but the gel was put on in globs, not even all the way to the edges, and they are so thick and one of them bubbled overnight. I wanted them square with rounded corners - instead, they were filed in on the sides so they have an upward appearance, the corners are still sharply square, and they were all filed unevenly. I wanted them short but he wouldnt listen. He also painted the colors on incorrect fingers - the photo was right in front of him. He was rushing even though my friend and I were the only ones in there. The icing on the cake was that he charged $70 when the board says $55 for a full set of gels. I also had a pedicure and that was bad, too. I wont be back.

I love this shop. I had a period of time when I did not go to the shop because of finances. When I came back, it was like I never left. I was welcomed back with open arms. They have reasonable prices and are really good at what they do. I would recommend this shop to everyone. I love them. I really am a fan!!

My mom and I had acrylics done here two weeks ago. Seemed great, had great reviews. Place was very clean and they were very attentive to their guests and made sure to get everyone in as quick as possible. The guy my mom had was amazing, did great work, had conversation with her, and was super nice. Her nails still look fantastic. The guy I had though, was ride and demanding as soon as I say with him, I almost walked out. The whole time he was doing my nails I was holding back from crying just because the way he spoke to me a couple times when I first sat down. I tried to have conversation with him, but the guy had no interest in conversing back and forth. My nails looked great at the end so I tipped him anyways. $130 for my Mom and I, two weeks later and the edges of my acrylics are lifting off. I have a feeling maybe too much activator was used sure to the fact that my nail beds stung when he was applying it. I have had my nails done at many salons and never had a reaction to solution and never had my acrylics lift off. I feel my bad experience was just sure to the person I had dealt with, my mom had a great experience

Took myself and my 2 girls to get our nails done the nails didnt last more then a week for my girls I called an made a comaint about it the guys said he will fix them at no cost well that was a lie I ended up paying for them to fix my daughters nails. Will not return the designs are great but nail quality I very loor.

Had a great experience.it was my 2nd time going there. My nails came out good. There was not much of a wait. Had a nice conversation 😊 nice before and after photo. Although I had to have my nails trimmed they were getting way to long.

The salon itself was clean and beautifully maintained. The technician who did my nails was polite and worked efficiently. I am leaving a 3 star rating because the gel polish manicure i received started to peel by day 2 and it has now been a week and they are completely peeled off. I think it had to do with the fact that the gell slipped off my nail and on to my skin which left a bubble making it easier for the polish to peal off.

Best nail salon in the concord area I’ve been to! Will definitely be coming back. The woman who did my nails did an amazing job, took her time, and was very kind and polite. I didn’t feel forced to talk, but I also felt like I could make conversation at any time. The whole place was peaceful and clean. My dip nails came out wonderful for a great price, and when I was early for my reservation they took me a few minutes early.

I use to get my nails done here all the time, but recently they have been so rough with my hands and have made me bleed a lot on multiple occasions. The guy who did my nails messed up big time and it ending up taking a chunk of my actual nail out. Very rude to their customers. And demanded to be paid as soon as he finished my nails. I wouldn’t recommend.

I looked at my friends nails after going here and was appalled at what they did. The gell was SO thick, they didnt take the time to file normally. The polish was bubbled. The little crystals were not put on equal to the nails. Just horrible!

Jenny also does the best pedicures ever as well, she always takes her time and both my toes and nails always come out so good. I would highly recommend this nail salon, I would not go anywhere else. The nail salon is also very clean and neat.

They removed an issue set from another salon and re did properly and they came out beautiful! Cost less then the first location and the service was much better. Staff was friendly and professional as well. Salon looked clean and tidy!

I always wait until my second visit to review nail salons, and I am very satisfied!! I have had two different nail techs and they both did a fantastic job. I have annoyingly crooked fingers and both times they matched the nail shape to look straight, which is difficult to do considering I get coffin shaped nails. I was recommended by a friend to come here and I’m so glad she told me about it. This is my new go-to salon!

Will NEVER go back! Very unprofessional! First time, manager was nothing to brag about and gel nail with gel paint chipped off within a week. Ive been going to a place in Massachusetts for 3 years never EVER had this problem, went back, was shuffled off to some joke! The guy didnt look at me or speak to me, got up and went to get his cell phone to watch his shows! Watched the phone more than focusing on my nails! The gel they use is old, he was scraping the bottom to get some! Lets just say not even a week later nail broke off gel and all, right where he put the old used gel on! he cant be licensed! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

So I have one leg so my pedicure is much quicker and less work then the average customer. This is the first salon EVER to charge me full price. I also feel like my friend who I went with got much more care for both her feet then I did for my one. They didnt seat me and my friend who came with appointments together at separate stations for our manicures. when it came time for my color for my manicure the tech came back and said she couldnt find the one I chose and I said Ill take something purple and similar to what I chose, instead she brought me a brown pinky color that was completely different. In the end I didnt get what I wanted and felt so shocked and u comfortable that I didnt say anything which was on me but for the person who didnt get what she wanted and got half the service on her pedicure to leave paying more is insane!

Not impressed at all, I usually go to impulse nails in hooksett but I could not get in they were already booked. Tried this place and my nails came out horrible. I had cuts from the file and drill on two of my nails she put the tip cut it and put another one on top prior to doing the acrylic so I have a random chunk under my nails. They are not even and super thick. Not to mention I watched the lady dump drill bits from her wallet into the container she had holding them on her desk. Worse $50 I ever spent.

Wonderful experience and great conversation with the Nail Tech. I felt comfortable with how clean they had everything. Will be returning soon.

Horrible paint job on my toes and cut my on my toes from the trimming

I usually have great service but the women I had today was quite rough, she broke through my skin on my fingers with the nail file and was pushy. All my fingers are sore. I was not too impressed. My nails came out ok but I had glue and acrylic stuff all over me.

STAY AWAY!!! this place is NOT CLEAN at all. I’ve had countless pedicures at other places & this place is just absolutely horrible. The service I received was AWFUL, prices are outrageously expensive for the poor quality. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Nothing about this was pampering.

Way overpriced! My pedicure took literally 12 minutes. Its hard to relax when your nail tech is obviously hurrying! They werent even busy. I wonder if they are timed by management? I felt bad only leaving a 10% tip but the service itself wasnt worth half what they charge! I wont be back.

My wife loves the work that they do there. They will always fix something if you chip it or need a repainting without charging you she will not go anywhere else

I have had great experiences in the past but most recently my pedicure was mediocre. The water was on the cold side and my feet felt rough. At least the polish was pretty. Not worth the money tho.

I’ve only had my nails done by one person, the younger gentleman there. So I can’t speak for any of the other technicians. But I’m always pleased to have my nails done by him! He does a wonderful job.

I had my nails done tonight by Terry. I wanted a Halloween design and he said it could not be done with the dip manicure. I asked if I should have a different type of manicure so I could get a Halloween design. He said NO. No real reason just No. He said I could only get the designs they had up front. So I looked at them when I was finished. They were all Christmas designs. I asked Terry what kind of manicure I needed to get in order to get a design and he then says we only do designs at 1 time of year. Clearly he simply didnt care to take the time to do a design for me. Before I left I noticed a woman I work with getting her nails done also. I checked out her manicure.and she was sporting different colors with a cute little cobweb on one nail and guess who......Terry was painting a little spider on another of her nails.Terry was Very RUDE and DISMISSIVE. He convinced me that the next manicure will be done someplace else !

Just walked out!. The man at the front was rude. Had appointment for noon time 2 of us. They sat us at chair 9 and 10. Filled the bin with cold water and told us to have a seat. Offered nothing to drink or read. After soaking for over 20 minutes, finally left with pur wrinkled feet. First time here and will be the last. Aldo really need to paint and replace some of the torn chairs. Felt very dirty in there. On our way to another nail salon

I am regular customer at Princess Nail, and always enjoy the experience. The technicians are friendly and do a great job on my nails. The facility is easy to access and clean. The prices are comparable to other local salons and the wait is usually short or no wait at all. I have recommended this nail salon to others and will continue to visit there myself!

They were very rude and did a poor job. Most of my nails were crooked and they left nail dust all over my hands not even taking the time to brush them off. When I was finished I got up and the man said very rudely “pay me now”. I paid with my card and noticed he charged an extra $10. I will definitely not be returning.

So the staff was friendly and prompt. I just stopped in, so I was okay with the ten minute wait; however, the technician that did my nails did a terrible job. I got almond shaped nails, which he explained would be five dollars extra. That would be fine if they came out good. He seemed more concerned with managing the desk and the people coming in then he was with doing my nails. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until later that more than half of them are crooked, different thicknesses, and even have weird dimples in them.

They are great! Clean, courteous, up to date with new methods and techniques! They did exactly what I asked.

Everyone at Princess Nails is great, the lady who works at table 7 is the absolute best! She also does wonders with eyebrows!

Ive gone to Princess a few times over the last couple of months. The first two trips were great and the staff was friendly. The third time I went, I had two technicians and I think a step was missed at some point. Some of my gel ($50 fill) nails started breaking two days after. I went back a week later to have them fixed. I should add that I did not ask for anything for free and I was polite. Andy said I needed a new set, didnt apologize and also acted annoyed that I was asking for them to be fixed. The technician I had was rude and impatient and said my nails were lifting and basically blamed me. He then argued with me when I explained I thought a step was missed. After that, he took a fake nail tip and started ripping my gel nails off instead of soaking them. After the first one, I told him it was painful and asked if this was how they normally did it. He was rude and argued more. Eventually, he soaked them, and sat on his phone annoyed. My nails are still in pain this morning and Im extremely unhappy with the way I was treated. I just simply wanted my nails done, **not for free, not being rude**, and I was treated so poorly and improper. I will never be going back to this place.

They always do great work. Huge color selections and amazing designs.Want to mention....keep seeing posts about Traci....she owns different salon down street with really horrible Male tech and I suspect that her salon is one bad reviews should be for, not Princess. They clean every day and then major top to bottom cleaning Sundays and Mondays. The pricing I have seen are incorrect, Ive never had to wait unless requesting special tech without appointment and pedicures are always done with sanitized and sealed care packs. Look at online pictures. They show price point board, salon, colors available etc. Ive have had nails done 30 years, 10 years at high end salons while living just south of Boston and in NH this is THE salon to go to for great service and quality work.

On 01/25/2019 my daughter and I went to have our nails filled and both of us needed to have 1 nail replaced.. The lady who did my nails her name was Tracy and I thought she did a great job On my nails. My daughter had a guy who did her nails she cant remember his name but he was the only guy there at the time he did a horrible job On my daughters nails so I wouldnt recommend seeing a guy tech here also On there price board for a fill was $20 and $3 to repair a broken nail..but when I went to pay for us both the total price should of been $46 but to my surprise total cost me $70

I just felt like a bother to them, they werent even busy at all.When taking off my acrylic nails, the man ripped them right off. No soaking or grinding. It was super painful and now my nails are super brittle and breaking constantly.Then after he tore them off didnt even have the courtesy to trim my now jagged nails. Just told me to pay him.Just rude.

I always have a wonderful experience here. The staff is wonderful, and I rarely have to wait for service. They truly go the extra mile to make sure that you have a wonderful time.

Fast, efficient, friendly. There are not a lot of technicians who can do long nails properly but they do a beautiful job every time!Wow......they remodeled and brought in the highest end pedi chairs and tables you can get. Chairs totally hygienic, super comfortable. New mani tables have built in fans to suck in the dust. Fresh paint and soooo many new colors and types of polish and dips. So busy yet no one waiting more than couple minutes. People finally realizing how good this place is. They take their time, retreat you like family and truly do fabulous work. Andy and Jenny congratulations on the beautiful remodel. Your going to need a bigger salon. Its great knowing when I come to you I can expect a sanitary and enjoyable experience. The transformation you have made is simply beautiful and your attention to detail is what makes us come back to see what new design and techniques you will dazzle us with next!

My wife absolutely loves this place. They are quick, and do a great job every time she needs to do a quick touch-up or starting from scratch. They also have tons of TVs on the walls for you if your sitting there getting your nails done, or waiting for someone.

Never what i ask for. Tools are used and not new. Very unsanitary. I got gold lines on my nails and they look hacked. Also asked for blacl and they are navy blue. Last time I went, my nails were a terrible shape. I try and try but Its never what I want

Went there for a mani for graduation. the very next day they all look shattered and cracked.. I called them they said they would fix them.. went in this morning. .. the guy took the shiny coat off and put a new one... PROBLEM NOT SOLVED... and he didnt even redo the design on one nail... wish I could get my money back.

My wife felt as if her pedicure was rushed. A the toe nail polish was not removed from her toes. It was her first pedicure and she was not wowd. The atmosphere was not the same as it had been in the past.

Service was prompt, customer service terrible. They never asked what service I was looking to have done. The male tech was annoyed with me asking for a shorter length & different shape. My hands were never soaked or my cuticles trimmed, just straight to painting. The pedicure was the same. Far from relaxing, horrible experience.

I thought it was amazing, I lover my nails and I got acrylics but I got them done 4 days ago and 3 of mine already broke in half and the paint chipped. Very disappointed.

Absolutely awful! I wanted my nails short and coffin shaped as Im an appliance manager, Im moving large appliances and dont want my nails getting in the way or ripped off. The technician decides to argue with me over the length, hardly did any coffin shape, theyre also crooked, and he was rude. I will never have my nails done here again!

I came to Princess after a NIGHTMARE experience at Foxy Nails. The nail tech was friendly and talkative while still doing a great job fixing what remained of my nails. Another tech even helped fix my friends full set for free since she had gotten a horror job at Foxy Nails. They are a little on the pricey side but given the positive experience I had I will definitely be returning.

Horrible! Third time i went there, 4 of my fingers were cut and bleeding. I decided to try them again....4th time I went the place was very busy and the nail tech I had was clearly rushing people through and did a terrible job on my nails. One was crooked, different lengths, all very thick and 4 had lumps or bubbles on them.I had to get to work but i returned a few days later to have them fix my nails. I wanted a french tip. I was told by one of the male techs, No..you have arthritis in your fingers and I wont do it.I wasnt expecting anything for free, i just wanted my nails fixed. Which they did, but i was unable to get what I wanted.Incredibly rude, i will not be back or recommend.So now youre calling me a liar...real class act.
