I went here for the first time to get acrylics and a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was really sweet. However, the lady who did my nails was too rough and I felt like her nails were pinching me the whole time. Three of my fingers ended up bleeding because she filed my nails too hard. She also didn’t even clean the sides of my nails when she was “done” with my set. I only got acrylics with one color and she wanted to charge me $50 which was not fair because the job she did on my nails was not good at all. Maybe if she didn’t make my fingers bleed, cleaned the sides and wasn’t too rough I would’ve paid full price and even given her tips. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this place. Thank you.

Went there for the first time on 4/10 and loved it! I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The place was super clean, bowl liners were used, fresh packages of tools were opened, and everyone was super friendly! I will definitely be gong back. I loved the way my nails turned out

Recently I moved to the area. Came a across the V Nail salon. Vivian is a keeper. She did an amazing job. Also I got my eyebrows done. (Threading)She is an expert 👌

I just relocated here & needed to find a shop that will satisfy my girly needs.... a One-StopShop & V Nails is that place. Due to my first time coming here, I wanted to arrival early, the shop was open & ready for business.Ms. Tracy provided me with such a relaxing pedicure, Lime Margarita spa service was exquisite, I could barely stay awake, &Ms. Vivian provided me with a soothing face/ eyebrow wax, plus a stellar manicure. They were both very very professional & provided a luxury environment. This is my lil gem away from home.💅

This is a great spa. Newly renovated, very clean and great massage chairs. The staff are very friendly and take their time to give you a great pedicure and/or manicure. Highly recommend giving them a try.

I visited as a walk-in for the first time and had a stellar experience. I am very picky and had been shopping around for a place I liked since I moved to the area 4 mos ago. Vivian offered me a beverage, made polite conversation, GENTLY removed my old polish, and totally slayed my almond shaped ombré dipping powder mani. I’ve definitely found my new permanent nail salon!

The customer service here was terrible, which is why I am giving it a one star. The place was clean, but my complaint is mostly with the nail technician who did my pedicure and gel manicure (at the price of $60). She mocked my own toe nail paint job in Vietnamese (which wasnt great, but wheres the professionality?), had long pointy acrylic nails, which made the pedicure and hand massage really awkward, and left some gel nail polish on my skin. She was so agressive in cleaning my feet that my big toe bled. In addition, it seemed that other customers who had reservations arrived and were turned away because there were too many customers. My hope was to find a close-to-home nail salon I could go to on the weekends, but frankly, Ive been to places in Concord that are less expensive and do a better job. I do not desire to return here.

Vivian is professional, friendly, not only does her work but always offer suggestions and make recommendations. The place is clean and odorless.

I went with my girlfriend to V Nail Spa. She said wow!
