HORRIBLE !!! nails look ratchet. I could have done better with my wrong hand...

Terrible! This was my second experience here, but I was treated to a fill by my friend. My friend and I made an appointment. Right when we arrived, a walk in was taken, so we had to wait! The lady did a horrible job on my nails! I kept stopping her so she could correct her mistakes, and they only got worse! Then the owner took over! She did a better job, but they still looked bad. My nails were crooked and not smooth at all! Within a day or two the polish was rubbing off! Never again!

Small shop. Kimmy and Julie are sweet, and do a good job. I have never felt uncomfortable, or judged there. They accept me,for who I am. Thats why I come back.

They did a good job on my pedicure but, I brought a friend with me and the other lady did a horrible job on my friend. She rushed because another customer came in. She made her bleed, and only did one coat. She did it so fast it looked horrible. Since she was so concerned about the other customer she just lost 2 potential return customers.The place is dirty, my tub of water for my feet was cold with very little jet spray. Plus, it was expensive. I will never go here again.

DONT SLEEP ON THIS NAIL SHOP...NAIL 2001 IS SOO NAIL 2018..LIKE I WAS SHOCKED.so I was going to Hollywood nail salon and due to the lack of Integrity that they had their( u can read my review for them on yelp) I decided to try out some other nail salons I wont lie the place looked outdated..but their skills are far superior.LIKE I HAVE BEEN TO. EVERY SALON IN CONCORD AND HANDS DOWN THE BEST LOOKING NAILS.. I went in again and I have to say this place literally reminds me of how it used to be and how it should be nowadays when you go get your nails done very polite and the fact that theyre actually enthusiastic about doing designs for you really really made my day because other places almost act as if they do not want to and I was really relieved to finally find some place that not only does an awesome job but is pleasant. Definetly give them a try.

Customer service was ok but I didnt get the full experience my cudicals werent worked on and after I got home and got a better look it looks like a toddler did them I wouldnt say this place is a 4.8 ever there was only one other customer and were quick to kick me out and take my money
