Hello,I have been a customer for almost 2 yrs, I actually love they service but on 3 different occasions I have had a complaint and on the 3rd complaint I was told not to return. As a customer there shouldn’t be any concerns with telling the tech if you have an issue, it should not be interpreted as a personal attack, as a customer we should be able to come to a conclusion instead of asking me to leave. I was not irate as I complained, my voice was NOT elevated. I was told I had negative energy because I did not like the way they filed my toe nail. I am a PAYING customer I should be able to voice my opinion, especially when I was repeatedly saying I’m not trying to complain. Never ever have this happened to me before and especially with the raising prices they should understand when someone is voicing an opinion….

The ladies here were very friendly and professional. Their work was awesome as well. I am not a lavish person so I just want elf a natural look. This is the only place that delivered. I got an acrylic overlay and natural polish ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been going here 4 years. Used to love it but they have gone downhill. You can usually get in quick with no wait time which I appreciate. Due to being quick, they also rush and are very rough. Today, I bled twice two different areas during my pedicure. I was sweating bc it was so uncomfortable instead of enjoyable. I have started getting ingrown toenails for the first time in my life which I have read can be because of the way they cut toenails during pedicure. I do not doubt this. Very disappointed because like I said I used to love this place.

This is the worst salon ever. I’ve never reviewed a business but feel I must review this one. The staff never engaged me other than the receptionist informing me complete a form as a part of a new process to follow, but required NO ONE ELSE to complete. The chairs are worn down but the prices don’t reflect it. Additionally, one of the owners came over to read the form to me after I completed it - the form required me to circle the services I planned to receive ( Yes or No questions) - this did not really require any additional questions. The manicure is so bad, I’ll need someone else to correct. The equipment was placed in a bucket which was taken to the next customer - not switched out. Do not go to this place. You pay for an experience & I guess I paid for a BAD experience!

My daughter and I went on a Saturday before a vacation. We both had basic pedicures and manicures ($40 each). I did get French tips and gel on my hands (+20). My daughter just got a regular polish on her hands - no paint on her toes. We were charged $146 (not including tip - that was cash). The very next day her polish started to peel on her tiny nails and it was apparent the polish would not last for vacation. We went back to get gel on her nails so they would last. They made us wait for over 40 minutes, then after simply removing the regular polish and doing a gel on her tiny nails they wanted to charge $35! I told them it was not as if they did a manicure ($15), nor did they remove previous gels ($10) - they just did a polish change with gel which on the board said $20. After the receptionist spoke with the woman who was randomly calling out numbers - I was told $33! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL to randomly just charge whatever they feel like that day without saying a word prior to service. I understand that COVID was hard and that companies are forced to increase prices - I am all for it. It is just unacceptable to increase so drastically without letting people know. Unfortunately after years of my business - I will be moving on.

Thanks NOA Nail Spa for the extreme disappointment when my 3.5 y/o daughter was sooooo excited for her very first manicure. Instead we sat there for an hour without anyone telling us anything about how long we would have to wait. Now I have a crying baby girl on the way gone because never got her manicure

Prices were raised, way too expensive for the quality given, which is very average. They also charged my bank account higher than what I gave them with tip, which I was very displeased by. If you just want a simple job done I would go somewhere else do far less cheaper.

My friends and I walked in wanting three pedicures. FIRST thing, the prices on the website are COMPLETELY different from what’s actually in the salon. The receptionist that had only been working 6ere a weak was very rude, let the rubs overfill, and then when I asked about the prices, couldn’t be bothered to give me a straight answer, or go find out. SECOND, there were nail clippings all over the seats that we were sitting in, which is disgusting. THIRD, the service was NOT worth the money that was paid. Three people walked in and only one left kind of okay, one person didn’t even continue the service because it was horrendous.

Nice people, who spoke English. Two people worked together, one for nails and one for feet. Great Deluxe Pedicure. Great experience, I will be back.

Only go here if you plan on waiting 20+ min before you get started on your service- WITH an appointment. I understand waiting when I’m a walk in and it’s busy, but that was definitely not the case. Very disappointed.

Jenny did my nails and I am in love!!! She was so patient, paid very close attention to detail, and gave me the best manicure Ive ever had!! Will be coming back!!! Plus I love their customer service by their receptionist!! So friendly!

Went for a pedicure. Was seated at station, and told I would be next. Three people who came in after me were served. After 25 minutes, I left. No one noticed.

Friendly nail salon and relaxing!

Never even got our nails done. Had a 2pm Appt, at 2:45, another woman who called for a 2:30 appt was asking about time. He told her we still had at least a 15 min wait, then her turn. She walked out and we followed. Don’t tell me 2pm and make me sit with my feet in water for an hour, just tell me you’re busy.On top of it, he refilled the foot basin, forgot about it, it almost overflowed as I was trying to get someone’s attention, I turned it off myself, and then he left water everywhere. We asked for towels to dry our feet so we could leave. He never cleaned up the water all over the floor and only gave us 2 towels for 3 people. Done with this place.

I had looked at the website to look at how much a full set would be. It had showed up how much it was on the website which was $30 and up. I assumed that Gel wouldn’t cost more, and shape would be very cheap. I hadn’t gotten anything extra after that and got short nails as well. They charged me $60 for a full set. I wouldn’t have been upset except that they don’t look good as well. The shape is messed up and the lay down of the acrylic is bumpy. I had went with my friend and they charged $60 FOR A FILL. It was crazy expensive and I would NOT recommend. The same was messed up on hers as well and the length was all different. If you’re gonna say that it’s around $30 for acrylics then you should explain what costs more. They’re absolutely terrible and would not recommend anyone going here.

So last night I took my daughter to get a her nails painted for her birthday. I was told she couldn’t have a design because her nails were to small. Which is a lie because she has had them done plenty of times before. Then they barely even answered my questions and it felt like we were ignored. So the man checks her nails says they are dry and she can put her shoes back on. We get home and about an hour later I give her a bath and 3 of her toe nail polish just rinse off.. now I’m having to scramble to find someone to fix it because it’s her birthday and she’s completely upset about her nails !

Update: Wont be visiting again other than to repair nails. Within days my daughters $45 GEL nails started peeling off. My nails havent peeled yet but Ive noticed they dont feel as strong as they normally do when I have gels on. There may be something to the watered down product theory other reviewers have mentioned. See pics:My 2 daughters and I came in for various services, gel mani, full set and fill in. Upon entering we stood there for about 2 or 3 minutes with no greeting. Surroundings seemed clean and modern. My tech did a precise job and my gel mani looks great, however, almost an hour later my daughters still weren’t serviced. This is on a Monday morning. One of my daughters was left sitting in acetone indefinitely when her service began. I had to tell her to take her hands out of the dish. The issue is no one checked on her or told any of us that it would take over 2 hours for her to be seated. Staff was not rude at all to us, very polite when engaged. Prices were reasonable.Overall:My gel manicure is fine but daughters chipped within days.Arrived @10:45 am finished @3:00pm.Communication was lacking and I feel they may need more nail techs or an appointment based system. I wouldn’t discourage anyone from going alone but with 2 or more people, expect to be there for at least 2-3 hours. It also seems they hand pick who they offer beverages to. Almost 4 hours later and not one offer. I bit the bullet and asked for them myself. The sodas were warm.

The location is very clean and they werent busy. I had a and dip manicure and asked for my nails to be thicker but the tech didnt respond. He did a lovely job on my nails but they were super thin. One of my nails broke with in hours of getting them done. They fixed it at no charge. A week later the top coat was already chipping off the edges. They charge extra for more than one color if you want an accent nail. I am disappointed for the amount of money I spent.

I went in for a brow wax and was told it would be 10 minutes and to wait in the waxing room. Thirty minutes later I had still not been helped and went to the front. They asked if I would wait longer or come back. I left. Never again. Terrible customer service and salon is run down and did not appear very clean after I had 30 minutes to ponder and wait on my service which never happened.

Website says theyre open til 7:30pm. I arrived at 6:30pm on Friday desperate for a pedicure and they turned me away. They said theyre closed. Here I sit outside the salon and its now 8pm and window sign says theyre OPEN but lights out and no one home. Such bad business practice. Its ok - since Im new in town I found Premium Nail Spa and they were very welcoming so I found my new home for pedicures. Clean up your act Noa Nails.

I used to love their services but now they are rude and have terrible customer service. This should be a place where I can escape and have a moment of peace but it isn’t anymore.

A friend and I walked in a hour before they closed and they didn’t want to service us because we were getting our toes painted only and screamed out loud “I don’t want it anybody else want to take it”? Very unprofessional…I will never be back

I did not have a pleasant experience at this nail salon. The guy that did my nails, I think his name is Niko was rude. He handled my hands very roughly, barely spoke to me (when he did, he had an attitude) let alone introduced himself. The service I was given was rushed and below expectation. Also, I made an appointment online which was irrelevant as well as the prices listed on the website. Prices are completely different in store. I could of went elsewhere and got better quality service for the money I paid this evening. I will not be returning here.

This is probably the best salon for SNS. My nails do amazing and the service to me is always wonderful. The prices are high but I dont mind paying for quality work. However, my last visit I watched them take multiple white ppl with out appointments and turn away a small family of black women (then proceed to take more walk ins of white ppl). It really bothered me and I dont know the entire story and the staff was nice and offered to book a appointment for a different day for these ladies, but if you cant take them without appointments then perhaps you shouldnt take anyone without appointments.

ONLY giving this place a 2 star for being in a good location & clean. The prices are outrageous!!! I asked before getting my nails done, how much is a fill in with gel polish ... $20 for acrylic plus $20 for gel polish. Wow $40, NO THANKS!!! I went back to my regular nail place which was a little out of the way tonight but I sure didnt have to pay that extreme price.

I absolutely love this place. It is THE best place to go for nails. They are friendly and do good work. I went to other nail salons and my gel would fall off in days, or my nails would chip or crack within days. That doesnt happen here!

Visited for a gel manicure. Was given a basket of color choices. As I was looking thru the choices the manicurist grabbed the basket and led me to a chair. While I was rushed to try to make a decision on color another manicurist came over and took the basket of ones I had yet to look at, for another client. My cuticles were in need of TLC, she did only my thumbs so she polished my cuticles. One hand didn’t even get the full time under the light. I had an event Sunday evening and I had a nail begin to peel off. By Wednesday following my Saturday visit three other nails had peeled off. I have been there several times and I’ve only had one other bad experience.

Love the way they do nails and the location but the price for a gel fill in, is outrageous!! Its as much as a full set at any other place. There really is no need for it to be that high.

Having been a licensed cosmetologist in N.C. in the past, I can tell you that the work I have seen coming from this nail salon is some of the sloppiest I’ve seen in a while. Too much grinding of the natural nail, sloppy gel polish application, acrylic piled up under the nails, etc. Their customer service is even worse than the quality of the work they do. Completely unprofessional.

I came here to get acrylics and a pedicure.. employees are very nice and did a (somewhat) good job. I will say that it does turn me away the fact they filed and buffered my nails and toenails with used filers (as do a lot of places and I will mention that it’s illegal to do so). I will say it’s just your average nail salon, BUT you do NOT get what your moneys worth. Supposedly it’s an expensive place for a nail salon and I’d appreciate it, with the price I paid, to have a little bit of a better job and to have fresh filers used on me.Despite this, I will say that I love the employees, they talk to you and are very sweet. My nails and toenails are good(: I really love them, the only con is that it should’ve been a little cheaper regarding the job done.

THE BEST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The wait was not bad, I got SNS and they do it SO GOOD!!! I messed up my thumb nail, and they fixed it immediately. Such good service and everyone is very nice. Definitely will be going back

Beautiful spa! Staff is very friendly and professional. Very clean and welcoming. They did an excellent job on my pedicure and gel manicure. Did not have to wait to be seen and they were fast and efficient. Will definitely come back and will recommend to family and friends 👍

It’s ashame that til this day equality isn’t spread across the board to everyone. If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately, reading these comments someone else experienced the same thing I did. People of color are not treated the same here, service is completely different. Never again will I spend a dime here. Noa Nails, do better, it’s not a good look.

Came on a Tuesday and purchased two pedicures. It was super slow. I asked for a design when I sat down and they said okay. They finished and said no one was available for a design. There were plenty of available people. I also would have waited but they didn’t even ask me. Simply said I could not get one. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Just know that if you are a black woman the professionalism will not be the same across the board.I will never spend my money in a place where I am not treated with respect and hospitality.

I recently went in on a Saturday evening to get a French manicure and had to return on Monday because the product was peeling off my nails. When I asked for a refund, I was told they dont give refunds though no signs or print on my receipt noted that policy. I was told the manager recently took down the sign and they could redo the French manicure. I questioned them using the same product and was concerned I would have the same outcome. The nail tech assured me that she would do the procedure correctly and they guaranteed the work to last at least 7 days. By the next evening the French manicure was peeling and chipped again. I dont have time to keep returning to Noa Nail Salon to get repairs after work. It is also embarrassing to have chipped nails in business meetings when you just got your nails done the day before. Now I will have to return a 3rd time in less than 7 days? You should have given a refund because it is evident that your work/product quality is faulty. I would not recommend this salon.

My sister took me here for our pedicures done and I absolutely enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. People were very sweet and took the time to ensure I was happy with the result. My toes nails looked so much cleaner and and smoother. Thumbs up for this place!

I really wanted this to be a great experience because this salon is SO cute inside! I tried sns for the first time, and it does feel great on my nails. However, my nails are ALL different lengths, all different shapes, some rounded corners, some square. I tried to explain it to him and he didnt understand anything I was saying unfortunately. And he cut me with the drill, TWICE. When I paid, the girl asked me how my experience was and I told her. She said sorry about that, itll be $50......not how you run a business. I dont recommend it.

The staff was very nice. We had deluxe pedicures and we both had a wonderful experience. We will definitely go back.

I usually have a great experience here but today was just awful. I hate the fact that they charge for every. Single. Thing. Certain polish cost more than others even though ITS ALL REGULAR POLISH!!!! I could understand if it was gel vs regular but gel has a price which is fine. When you start marking up regular polishes depending on the polish brand, that’s an issue! They charge an additional 15.00 for gel pedicure and then turn around and charge 5.00 to take off the gel when you come back for another pedi! The price is insane to me! Why would you charge to take off gel on toes when you don’t charge to remove the gel from nails when getting a new set of gel nails! Never heard of this! I will just find somewhere more reasonable for pedis and keep getting my nails done by Mimi. She does a great job! She needs her own salon!

I went to this nail salon today in hopes of this being my new nail salon! I was there before the shop even opened waiting outside an was literally the second person to come in the door and they ask me if I had an appointment I said no and they then tell me oh well can you come back at 4:30 because we are busy this morning ! How are you busy when there is no one here! Horrible customer service ! I will never go there again!

The receptionist could not stop brushing her hair as I walked through the door to tell me I could not stay. She explained that they would not be able to help me. Although there was an hour left before they closed they would not provide services to me. The website had hours closing at 7:30. This is plenty of time to do a pedicure. Dont have your website say youre open until 7:30 if you stop serving customers at 6:25.

For the second time my gel manicure has chipped in less than a week. I came back because I really want to like them since I live nearby. This time it chipped in two days. I was going to get it fixed but the next day another one chipped along with my toe nail polish! I went in to get the gel polish removed (in less than a week) and they charged an additional $10. Can’t say I’m surprised but considering how short it lasted, it should have been a free service for the trouble. The lady that seemed to be the manager paid me no mind when I briefly shared my disappointment. I didn’t make it a big deal but instead I will share with my neighbors and friends how HORRIBLE my experience was and advise them to never go there.**After reading other reviews, I’m starting to think they may be the nail salons I hear about that pour cheap product in a name brand bottle. Hmmm.. I wonder.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING! VERY VERY DISSATISFIED!Let me start by saying, My Husband works very hard not to mention long Hours for us, and for me to be able to treat myself to having my nails done. I have been coming to this Salon for sometime now & this last Full Set and $ 60.00 + a tip was a complete Waste!!The Gel has peeled off 4 of my nails within the week of getting them done with another starting. ( I called before going as I wanted to give the person that did my set the opportunity to correct the issue and was told I could see that person at 10:00 only to find out when I got there that said person would not be in until later..... ) so as I returned to have the 2 at the time fixed with feeling like a total bother.... ( Actually brought in the full gel pieces that peeled off as that was just looked at and tossed onto the counter ).... at which time a completely different color was put on those 2 nails.... Quite Obvious, however, I felt like that they felt that that should be acceptable in which it wasnt. The color was changed to match the rest of my nails and toes.... Now, Besides that my nails are lifting, they are chipping where they were not filed correctly. No apology, No Thank You for coming back in. Nadda and this was all within a week of having this set put on!!! Finished, not saying a word, got up and went on to the next customer....I have been enjoying having my nails done for many years, Used the same tech before moving for 7 yrs and have found it hard to find a decent Nail Salon in this area.... and this has got to be the worst set EVER put on with Poor Results, Poor Quality Workmanship, Poor Attitude and Im quite sure a toddler or stick on nails would have been better then what I have right now. NOW, I will be again, having to find a Quality Nail Salon.... Your Salon is Pretty, But that is all I can give you credit for! I wont be back!!!

Poor customer service. The technician tried to use something like a cheese grater on my feet...which didnt look clean. The price at the counter was $22 higher than what was displayed. Apparently I chose a polish that was for gel nails so there was a $10 surcharge (even though I only asked for a basic pedicure and didn’t get gel nails). I won’t be back.

Dont get nail art done. Starts coming off the next day then when you go in to have it fixed no one seems to be able to repair it. Typical case of I didnt do the work so its not my job to fix it. $50 and two nails coming off two days later. Not friendly at all either. I was a regular here, but not anymore.

Pedicure is amazing! The staff are okay. I asked for coffins nails, but shape could have been better. This place is expensive, but the pedicure was worth it for sure.

This was the absolute worst pedicure I have had in my entire life. My feet look the same way they did when I walked in, and management didn’t offer much of a solution when I addressed it. I won’t be back.

Best mani pedi any where

Went in with my mom in the middle of the day when it was not busy. Customer service was so horrible. The staff were all sitting around in different places and no one seemed to want to assist us. When I asked if they could do ombre SNS nails they all looked at me like I had three heads. Then proceeded to tell me that no one could do them out of the 5 plus people that were there. The salon is beautiful but unfortunately it wouldnt matter. I am not sure how this place got such good ratings.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. The gentleman hacked at my toes. They hurt all over. The massage was next to none and he was more interested in what was going on around him then doing my nails. I won’t be back.

Always do a fabulous job on my nails and ensure they are done properly, very neat clean atmosphere, just have had issues a few times with them not being open at advertised time 🤷🏼‍♀️

They do nothing fancy no massage no wax boot no menu no English. But they sure can cut toenails about perfect. They take their time with that

The guy that did my toes was rushing and looking at everything else while scrubbing, putting lotion on etc. He was not giving my feet any tlc and I did not get the softness I got the first time I came in. I will never go back!

First time I come here for a broken nail and they did a very bad job.if I could post a picture of how my nails were left. It’s not even funny I had them done a week ago and they were just fabulous I break a nail and do the polish change. They f them up realBad. For $43 NEVER AGAIN AM I GOING HERE. And the only reason I came here was because it had 4 star review boy was this a huge mistake

The last 2 times for pedicures have been horrible. From cutting my skin to make me bleed nonstop then putting acetone on it, to burning me with paraffin and not removing it until after I told him at least 3 times it was too hot and needed to be removed immediately. This used to be my go to place, now they just dont care.
