Me and my daughter have been coming here for years now. We get the nail dip and it last for 3-4 weeks. I work in health care so my hands are always being washed. If a nail happens to break you can just go right back and they will fix it at no charge. I usually get Judy and she’s a very nice lady easy to talk to. My daughter always gets Tuan, he’s very gentle on her hands and she says he’s nice too. I highly recommend this nail place I have been to many others and I haven’t had any luck.

I went to pro nails in Concord, NH on 7/17/21 with my mom Peggy and it was such a great experience! Amy did a phenomenal job on my nails and everyone there was so nice and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean, professional nail salon. I live in Florida so I only wish they were down there for me to continue seeing them! :) Will definitely visit next time in Im NH.

I’ve been coming to Pro Nails for over 2years, every 3 weeks. Judy does a beautiful job and ensures all of her customers are satisfied before they leave! Linda and Judy’s husband are also great and they work so well together making sure their customers are satisfied! The salon is clean and COVID protected. Highly recommend this salon!

All the nail techs were friendly and chatty with clients, which made the atmosphere very pleasant. I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish and Im very satisfied. Great color selection.

I have been going to Pro- Nails in Concord for at least two years. They are very accommodating and I can get an appointment, that’s convenient for me, whenever I call. Judy does my nails beautifully every time. The shop is clean and they all wear masks all the time.I would highly recommend this nail salon.

I had the best nail experience I’ve ever had at pro nails with Amy. she was so sweet and professional, and did my nails perfectly. other places I’ve been cut but she was so meticulous and careful. I have been going to Pro Nails since 2013. My nails are beautiful I get them done with dipping powder. They look great and I work hard in the garden every day and I still have beautiful nails thanks to them. I also get gel pedicures which are wonderful because you don’t have to wait for the polish to dry you can put your shoes on right away they last for weeks. Judy Linda Amy and Tuan all do a wonderful job they are very friendly

I absolutely LOVE this salon. It is by far the best in the area, everyone is amazing and beyond friendly. My nails always come out perfect. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a good nail spot.

If you’re looking for a nail salon, pro nails is the place to go! I’ve been going to them every 3 weeks like clockwork for the last four months and don’t have anything but good things to say! I have had a dip manicure from everyone there and they all do a wonderful job! Highly recommend!!

Came in for my birthday and my nail technician Jenna was so unfriendly and rude it ruined my entire experience. My pedicure and manicure lasted maybe ten minutes and I actually had to ask if they did the lotion service - which also lasted maybe 10 seconds per hand. Definitely will not be returning. My mom had a far better experience with Amy - so if you come in, I’d request her.Nails also chipped 3 days after manicure. Waste of money.

I went in a couple weeks ago and mind you I hadn’t gotten my nails done in over 3 months. I had never been here before so I was very nervous. 5 days later my pinky nail acrylic fell off, and my nails had chipped + smudged. The only thing I really did was schoolwork & gaming. I had never had these issues before, I’m really disappointed that MY 50 dollars were wasted on nails that smudged and fell off within a week.

They were able to fit me in on short notice, and did a wonderful job.

Linda has been doing my nails for 14 years. She is so professional and talented. Can’t say enough good things about her work. Five stars!!!

I have been having my nails done for over 35 years! I have had acrylic and powder dip nails. Linda has been doing my nails for 15 years. She is an extremely talented nail tech! My nails are always done to perfection and look fabulous! They never lift and they grow out beautifully. I get compliments wherever I go! Fabulous salon! Clean and doesnt smell like chemicals. I had a dip manicure and Amy did an excellent job! She was gentle and thorough. My nails are smooth, a great shape, and all even. I will be back and recommending to my friends!

Really overpriced: $30 for 15 minute pedicure??? I came for a thorough pedicure yet what I got was 4 minutes of actual pedicure and 11 minutes of foot and leg massage. The lady was obviously in a hurry. Fine, but dont charge me 30 dollars; 10 would have been adequate. And change your business name to Rub.....Never again.

40 dollars for classic pedicure with shellac which consisted of soaking in plain water for 10 minutes..nails trimmed. Brief rub across heels and nails painted. 20 minutes

Had a pedicure, acrylics removed and a gel manicure. Pedicure was ok, probably the worst I have ever had. Manicure was a mess. I asked 3 separate times to have my nails cut and finally she told me no because longer nails are more beautiful. I just had acrylics removed, my nails are so thin!! While filing, 2 nails broke so she had to cut them down. She cut my nails with cuticle clippers, no nail clippers at her station. Feels like there wasnt enough of the top coat on some of the nails, they feel rough almost. 2 nails broke 2 hours after and I just filed the rest. The staff was very friendly, but this was my worst experience getting my nails done. I am never going back.

The staff is friendly and attentive but I was disappointed with the gel manicure I received here. Ive had gel manicures that have lasted 3 to 4 weeks this one barely lasted 2 weeks. Also, it was quite pricey. I got a French gel manicure and a regular French pedicure for $60 dollars. Will be looking for another place.

Pro nails is the best place to get your nails done. They also do a great job on pedicures and they are reasonably priced.

It was ok . I asked to have my callouses worked on the main reason I go. They spent 30 seconds and moved on . Did not use the grater. Will try another spot next time
