Im satisfied with my nails. I took off 2 stars because I had an appt at 10am with my friend that is getting married and booked the wedding party at 10am. However the reception had the appt for manicures only which was incorrect. My nails didn’t get started until 11:30am.

The second time I visited Axis, I sat for an hour waiting for the previous gel polish to come off. Definitely not a bad thing that the gel would last, but that each tech who came by didn’t rewet or replace the acetone cotton balls, they just quickly looked and shuffled off. I left after two hours for a gel polish change. I sent a personal review because it shows up on my phone after purchase, to which I explained that I didn’t receive any kind of customer service. The next time I went in, just to give them another chance, they treated me differently. The nail tech sat on her phone and cackled with the other tech sitting next to her. Then she watched me to make sure I tipped her, which I did. I will NEVER patronize this place again, but they don’t seem like they’d care for any business at all.

I went here with a friend and we both got pedicures with gel polish. They said that it would be $35 for us both. Okay, great no problem. We also both got acrylic on our both our big toes & they told us it would be an extra $5. Okay great, $40. But what they failed to inform us was that it was $5 per toe, so it really was $10 extra added. Now say we would’ve wanted all 10 toes to have acrylic on them ... $50 extra dollars?? For some acrylic??Now fast forward, we’re about to check out. The nail tech informs us that our total is actually $50. We were very confused as to why. The pedicure was not worth $50 at all. It also seemed very rushed. Most definitely will not be returning.

This was my first experience at Axis. I expected a wait but didn’t realize it would be close to an hour as they seated me at the nail bar quickly. Anyways, the entire process was rushed, my nails are natural but very uneven and apparently they used dirty tools as I got an infection on my right ring finger. This has never happened to me before. The picture is a week later after the disgusting part. Although this was my first visit, it will also be my last visit.

Went in for a pedicure. Most every time the nail tech will ask if I want my nails cut or trimmed. This time, she just started cutting. She cut the right foot way too short. The left foot was better. I feel like she assumed that I am a guy and I wanted them cut real short. I also like to have some color once in awhile. Again, she assumed that I would only want clear. I suggest you tell the tech exactly what you want before they start.

They do not properly sanitize their materials used. Constantly put the stick for waxing back into the wax after touching my armpit, you’re really not supposed to do this due to the bacteria. Absolutely disgusting, did not give me my money back.

Went to get my eyebrows and lip waxed and she dipped the same stick she used for me back into the wax. DISGUSTING!!!! Once I realized it I said never mind on my eyebrows. Not a single one of the three employees said sorry or even spoke at all. The man just said bye bye after still charging me. I won’t ever be back.

This is my go to nail salon, the service is fast and friendly. I recommend making an appointment because they can get busy in the afternoons especially on weekends. If you don’t make an appointment you could be waiting a while. I always go here to get sns nails and they come out great every time and last for a few weeks.

Great Pedicures. Clean and good selection of polish colors.I was not happy with my manicure, nails were all different lengths and shapes and cuticles looked worse after the service.

I changed to this salon at the beginning of the year. Professional service and minimal wait time even when I didn’t have an appointment. Ann is my usual tech but last time I dropped in I didn’t have an appointment Hailey was the next available tech both ladies are Great. Price point and cleanliness are other reasons I will return to this Nail Salon.

Made an appointment for ombre sns nails 💅 came in and was greeted, they knew my name and I signed in on a tablet where I chose services I wanted and signed.Very clean place, very relaxing and quiet. Very polite staff. Hayley did my nails and she took her time and was focused on what she was doing. I will definitely be back and Im telling my friends!

For my first time visiting this salon the customer service was not the best. I waited a hour + before a nail technician started on my requested service. I was getting SNS and had to ask the receptionist could I soak my nails off while waiting. Again I waited and was soaking for a minimum hour. As I was soaking there were at least 4 guest who came in after me that were able to receive their service (pedicures). I am aware that most salons have specific mail technicians who only provide one service however, that was not communicated to me at all. Not once did anyone greet me while waiting, acknowledged my presence nor inform me when someone will be with me. Based off of customer service alone I will not be returning.

I had a fill in done here. Love the staff. Tommy did a great job on my nails. Very pleased. Will definitely go back

I have had my nails done here twice and so far both times my nails have just fallen off not even a week after having them done. Waste of money!

I have been here a total of 3 times.1st walk-in- Manicure and pedicure: greeted, instructed to pick color and sat at high top. Waited 15 minutes before service started. Service was done well gir what she had to work with. The nail tech, Betsi pays attention to detail2nd appt- Gel manicure: greeted, picked polish and again another wait. Sat while previous polish soaked off and then service. The nail tech, Betsi did a great job and also instructed me to let my nails grow out since nailbeds were still damaged from long wear of acrylic.3rd appt- Gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. Greeted, picked both colors and instructed to tell receptionist which was to be Gel. Seated at chair Unfortunately, instructed receptionist I prefer hot water. Replied ot takes a while to warm up but placed the stopper in. Never reached the desired temp and never asked. Unfortunately, only one service was completed because it took 30+ minutes after appt time before she started. Receptionist never told me what the hold was nor checked on me during the wait. I called her over as she instructed to tell her which polish I wanted in Gel. Never came back. The receptionist from the first two times came in, I got her attention instructed her that only one service will be done today because of time. Checked out, no apology nor lets reschedule. Betsi was my nail tech.Betsi does a great job and the only saving grace for me to return. Receptionist who was at desk @3:15 on 5/7 needs a lesson in customer service. The receptionist before came in was moving more around than the first.Whats the point of appointments?

Amazing results! I absolutely love my nails. They were very thorough and took their time! I like not feeling rushed and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Today is my daughters 16th birthday and 4 of us came to get full sets and pedicures! The staff was very friendly ! We will be back!

I used to really love this place when I lived here. I came back recently and while the service was good, they let people in who were not wearing masks. This is a horrible look for them and I will not be returning as they obviously are not sanitary.

They were fine but the receptionist is horrible. She asked everyone about their services except me. She doesnt need to be at the front desk.

I wont be back again i came to their grand opening and got serviced they were discriminatory and this was back in 2019 I believe .....so now here it is 2021 and they still act the same towards me

This was the worst experience, I was tod to sit down at chair, asked did I want something to drink got an expired diet coke. Guy came and started on my pedicure he was so rough I felt my bones popping. He was to busy watching the football on the screen . Then was asked if i knew what color i wanted of course i didnt pick one out or get the sample basket. Finally picked out a color on the sample rings. Wasnt the color I picked that he put on my nails I was so over the torture from the roughness I was ready to leave so they could watch football

This salon is really pretty and the staff is nice. The prices are reasonable. They moved quickly for me as I was in a hurry to get my nails and toes done as I was off to hit the road for a vacation. Nail tech, GRACE was really nice she took her time she was patient and careful, yet valued my sense of urgency. The work was professional and neat. She respected my decision but gave her honest opinion (which was appreciated). It was my first visit but I will be going back definetly.

The first time was great. However after less than two weeks my SNS manicure was chipping badly. I ended up removing it myself. I had been to the beach so I figured it was my fault. I went for a second time with an appointment and sat for over an hour past my appointment before someone started my nails. This time my manicure lasted less than a week again. I’m not coming back. It’s a nice place but they use cheap powders or they don’t know how to apply it.

Axis nail spa is FANTASTIC. Very clean and all the nail artists are fantastic, I’ve been around to almost everyone and they all do a wonderful job!! I’ve been going here for months and would highly recommend! The staff are very polite and attentive!

I am new to the area and was looking for a place to get my nails done and I’ve had some bad experiences but so many people told me to try this place and I absolutely LOVED it! Vicky did my nails and she was so sweet and so precise! This place deserves better praise 🙌🏼

Love this place! They are super nice, have a clean salon, are really knowledgable about nails and nail care, and take their time regardless of how busy it is. I come here whenever I am in town!

Horrible... I felt so discriminated against . I had to return to get two nails repolished...because the gel polish peeled off after a day... I was waiting more than 20 min as I watch them jump n to service the white customers that arrived after me before me... This is the second time that they have taken my time for granted as if they are the only ones who have important things to do... Nail tech Haley is amazing but after today I will not be going back...

Dont come here to get your eyebrows waxed. Rushed, didnt trim them, wax in my eyelashes, and wax left on my eyebrow. Only reason I left a tip is because Im in the service industry. Wont be back.

Horrible customer service dont greet u dont have a large selection of nail styles or items my first visit had to figure out how to sign in ignored and felt discriminated against rude nail tech and mostly all the staff was unwelcoming and rude my gel polished peeled 2 days after getting my nails filled return to get fixed and 2 hrs later polished peeled again the is the worst yet i have experienced from a nail salon a bunch of inexperienced nail tech barely know how to polish and will never bother to go there or recommend you to go there you will be disappointed and they all could care less money and time wasted

Would not recommend going here, they rushed my whole appointment and did not do a good job on my gel manicure or my deluxe manicure.

Same owner of Viva Nails & Spa in Afton Ridge. Same rudeness of staff as well. Thanks, but no thanks!
