They do great work on your nails. Have gone here a few times and had a great experience each time.

Walked in to get mine and my fiancé’s nails done today and there was nobody in the store except the lady doing nails and she was painting her own nails and told us.. sorry it’s by appointment only.

Love Tracy! Theyre very reasonable and I can usually get a same day appointment. Id definitely recommend making an appointment rather then a walk in unless youve got a few hours to spare (not all the time but this has happened to me before)

So Ive been sitting here now for 30 mins and have yet to be acknowledge that Im here. I think Ill take my money else where!

My mom and I walked in at 12:40 for 2 pedicures. The place was busy so there was a 15 minute wait, which is fine. They open a chair and I told my mom to go ahead. Its 1 oclock now. 3 other people come in Im guessing with appointments. By this time all the chairs are empty. They call the others back (appointments) and I wait. Instead of leaving an empty chair beside my mom they seated then beside her, its now 1:35. At this point Im thinking they must have misunderstood that I also wanted a pedicure. At 1:40 she looks up from my moms pedicure and asked if Im ready.....um no. Its been an hour and you havent acknowledged me. And to top it all off, I have to go to the end and sit by myself now. I told her I didnt have time and she finished my Moms feet and we left. Poor customer service. Didnt offer to sit me with her or let me soak. For 40 minutes I sat and waited. Will not be back!

I went to this nail shop on my lunch hour to get a nail polish change and arrived at 12:15. There were three technicians working, and 3 women getting their nails done. They acknowledged me and asked that I sign in. All names above mine were crossed out, so I figured I would be seen in 15 minutes or so. While I waited, one technician was finishing a lady and came up to cross my name out, so I felt for sure I was up next. Once finished with that customer, instead of taking me back, she took a little girl who was waiting with her mom. Its 12:45 now, so I had to leave to get back to work. Very frustrated, as I would not have waited had I known it would take that long. I have been to nail places that let you know it will be a long wait if there are many people ahead of me. This never happened, and I can say I will never go back to this shop.

No aapointment and took excellent care of me right away. Lilly is awesome. Highly recommend this place

Charge more than any other nail salons. Put the wrong polish on my toes . Went back the next day as I was ask to correct the wrong nail color....they wanted to charge me more money for their mistake. I left. I will never go back not even if I have gift certificate for free service. The pedicure I received was the worst I have ever had. That wrong polish that I paid a fortune for only lasted 6 days.

Always do a great job on my nails and eyebrows.

Terrible service, I waited for almost 2 hours and still had no one to do a manicure. There was only about 3 people getting pedicures and no one seemed to be worried that a customer was still waiting. I ended up leaving and going to another Nail Salon. I would not recommend to no one.
