I am sooo happy with puffin nails!! My first time here and first time getting acrylics and I absolutely love how they turned out, just about identical to my inspiration picture! Everyone is super nice and inviting and the place is really cute inside and relaxing. They were also very on time which was awesome!

I arrived on time for my appointment and was not just seated but cared for immediately. Eric worked to carefully soak the gel off my nails and encouraged me to keep my natural nails again with dip powder. Cindy built perfect shape with careful attention to detail with not just the nail but the cuticles as well. No burning by over drilling and no slicing from filing or cuticle care or rough fast handling. Both technicians were kind, gentle and took their time. All supplies were sanitized and noone was rushing through any of the clients nails. The atmosphere is lovely as you are surrounded by live plants and tasteful acoustic music pleasing to people of all ages. To top the already excellent experience off, I was pampered with a lovely hand and arm massage with lotion and hot towel before the end of our time together. These people work with tender love and care. FINALLY, after 10 salons from Napa to Concord, I have found an amazing nail salon. They work their tails off here- please tip appropriately and think about the time and effort they put into caring for you. Its far from easy to get your nails how you want them on the first try but Puffin NAILED it! I will go nowhere else.

Ive been coming to Puffin Nails for almost 2 years now and theyre simply one of the best nail salons. Cindy is my go to for dip powder, shes a perfectionist and the sweetest nail tech! Everyone is very friendly and I always recommend everyone to try them out :)

Very friendly and efficient staff. My favorite gal here is Cindy. They all work together as a team. I love that they’ve made the necessary changes to really adhere to the social distancing and masks mandate. I love my nail dipped. It last about 3 weeks. Their prices are very competitive.

My favorite nail tech left, but I had a good experience with someone else who did my dip powder. Ive been coming here for a year and as long as they continue the dip powder, Im happy!

They are great at what they do and I don’t go anywhere else, but I don’t think they understand the concept of an appointment. I always did “walk-ins” and got in right away or within 10 minutes max. So one time I tried to make an appointment. I honestly waited the longest time ever! The concept seems foreign to them. So I’m back to doing “walk-ins” and am very contented.

If I could give them a 0 I would. They kept me waiting for 30 mins past my appointment time and when I asked when they would start they said 4:40. I asked why and their answer was they took too many walk ins and were behind. So why bother make an appointment. They also dont have about half the colors they say they do.

This is the only Nail Salon I will go to! They are amazing. The salon is clean and atmosphere very soothing. The staff is friendly and all are excellent at pedicures/manicures. They do brows and other things as well. Visit and you will be hooked as well 🥰

Love puffin nails! Everyone is so friendly and they do a great job! I get powder dip manicures and bikini waxes and am always happy. I’ve referred many people to puffin and they’ve all been happy as well!

I love Puffin Nails. They are not like other nail salons. They are very clean, open and airy. Lots of light and plants. They are always friendly and do an amazing job!

They did a good job, even with my short nails. Also when you do a pedicure you are sitting in the massage chair and its great.There was some problems with colour match because the gel which I chose for manicure has a less saturated color than its pair in the usual lacquer, which was used for a pedicure, so I had to use another monochromatic gel polish to match the color I chose to make it more saturated. But overall they did an excellent job.

Love this place so much!❤️ Lovely service and the people are nice, she did an amazing job on my nails, made sure I liked the cut and shape before she painted them and was very patient with me keep saying to shave a little more off 😂. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and non could ever get my nails the way I want. 9/10 would recommend, 9 being because it came to 70$. Worth it though

Had an appt for 2 people to get a pedicure. I got there 15mins early. My friend showed up after me and they put her to get a pedicure (not realizing we were together).When I asked why I wasnt taken care the guy told me I have 10mins to go...What?!?!?!? I told him the appt was for 2, but you started my friend who came after me.I decided to go back because I needed to get my nails done. I travel for my job so I got my nails done in Fl. They told me because I got my nails done somewhere else theyre going to charge me to take off the powder AND I was getting my nails done. So, charge to take off powder (which they have to do to put a new set) and charge me for my new powder. Why would you charge to take off powder when I getting my nails done. That made no sense.FYI, if you got your nails done at another salon be ready to pay to get powder removed AND pay to do your nails.I will NEVER go back.

Not recommended for especial occasions. They messed up my nail after 6 hrs waiting and trials. I came by appointment. They said they can do it, coz Next day was my wedding day and they don’t care at all. After they knew that they can’t do that style, the manager asked me to go somewhere else, after 6 hrs waiting and 3, 4 times trials. Ohhhh God, pse be aware of ur big day. I walk out crying literally.
