I’ve been lucky enough to be gifted two beautiful pieces of jewelry from Keepsake! The ring didn’t quite fit so I went into the store and Amanda was able to fit me for the perfect size and was so nice! The owner John, was so knowledgeable and friendly. In just a couple of days they were able to return the ring to me a perfect fit! It’s so refreshing to be able to find such great customer service! I will be back ;)

My husband went to John at Keepsake Diamonds to upgrade my wedding band as an anniversary gift. John took so much time to explain the different settings, allowing me to try different rings on to explore my options and see what would look best with my current jewelry. I went to Commack jewelry exchange in hopes of finding a jeweler who would be open to taking a custom design I made In CAD and turn it into a gold pendant. It was a necklace for my girlfriend at the time. I read reviews about keepsake and decided to go there first. John and Amanda were beyond fantastic and I knew right away I went to the right booth. They were willing to work with me meticulously on every detail, and after everything was ordered they turned around 2 custom pieces for me in a very short amount of time. John is a master of his craft and the results they delivered were mind blowing. The pricing was beyond reasonable for such a unique and custom piece and they were very flexible there as well. I requested a price range and he made several variations to accommodate my budget, and communicated every step of the process. How awesome is John and Keepsake Diamond Corp? Well if driving 8 hours each way from Buffalo, NY to pick up a custom 20 year anniversary ring doesn’t prove it then I don’t know what would. 21 years ago when I was a graduate student, I used John and his father to make an engagement ring for me that was beautiful and something I could afford. Fast forward to now, I run a successful orthodontic practice in Buffalo and it was time to upgrade the ring for all the years my wife has put up with me. I reached out to a John and he designed and fabricated an anniversary ring from scratch to meet my needs. Needless to say it was a work of art that my wife fell in love with. I was amazed at the treatment that I had from John the jeweler. I had an expensive piece of jewelry that needed fixing. I’m old-school and always used a particular jeweler who is no longer with us. I was very hesitant finding a new jeweler. My friend had used him for some simple things but after reading his reviews I decided to give it a try. Wow, am I glad I did. Not only was he able to fix my diamond bracelet, but he looked at my engagement ring and saw my stone was loose, and fixed it for no charge. Then when I came to pick up my jewelry he asked if I wanted my diamond wedding band which is an eternity band steamed. I said sure if you don’t mind. He checked all the diamonds in the band and said he wouldn’t steam it because one was loose. He held onto the loose stone and lightly steamed it for me, because I was going out and wanted it cleaned. He told me to come back after the holiday and he would tighten the stone. This is a true jeweler. Like the old days. He doesn’t just fix what you bring in he looks at everything to make sure your jewelry is in tiptop shape. Not only does he do good work but he’s very personable warm and friendly.
