I bought a lot because the previous owner got an Informal Wetland Delineation report from TEC and show some wetlands. When I submitted to DEP a request for a formal determination, there was a significant discrepancy with what TEC determined versus the agencys determination. I called TEC and they treated me like if I was their customer. Katharina Shoemaker took matters into her own hands and contacted DEP and everything was sorted out only in a few hours. Theyve earned my business and I definitely recommend them. Very knowledgeable, honest, professional and responsive.

I saw one of their reports on another property I was considering and it was impressive in the apparent care applied to the investigation. Their quality of reporting is excellent with pictures and details, and it reflects their many years of experience. I had some questions before ordering a report and Brooke was the one who answered the phone. She was generous with her time, and gave me excellent detailed information. Everyone Ive spoken to in Collier County involved in real estate and construction has only the BEST things to say about TEC. I ordered a report for a lot I was buying, and Katharina handled it promptly and in a way that exceeded expectations. For someone buying land in Collier County, getting this type of investigation done by these amazing professionals is money very well spent. Living in rural Collier County my whole life and growing up in a construction family. I have always heard how difficult the permitting process can be if you purchase land in wetlands and plan to impact it in anyway. Although the process is over, I must admit...they were right!
