Weve been going here for a few years now, but today I was super bummed. I lost a prong on my engagement ring and as a result a side stone. Went to get an engagement ring. My mom gave me a ring she got years ago from my late father. We designed a one of a kind ring that she absolutely flipped over. We showed up 20 minutes before closing on a Sunday for sizing and we walked out with it... Danny is amazing. From the moment I walked in I was treated like a customer whose been there for years. Brought in my monogram necklace that I wear every day since I broke the chain. Dropped off my necklace, the man said it’d be ready the next day which it was. When I picked it up the chain was fixed and they even polished it for free. I would go back if I needed something fixed again!

For my moms birthday back in February, I figured I’d get her something special. I contacted D’ore Jewelry by email and asked if they could put my name and my sisters name on a necklace. Nina got back to me and said they were able to do that. Nina was very helpful. So I went down to the store the next day I believe I don’t remember when and asked about pricing. They showed me samples and it was reasonably priced. I got to pick it up in time for my moms birthday. And then a few months later my mom said the chain broke, so I contacted them and they said I can bring it down to get repaired. Now I don’t remember if they charged me to repair it. If they did it was reasonable. But they helped me so much. And I highly recommend them. Thank you D’ore!! 😊😊

Way over priced, had a bail put on a necklace and they charged twice as much to put on than my regular jeweler charged to put on. The bail eventually opened and I nearly lost the Ankh that it was holding, the owner had the balls to charge me to have it fixed again.Will never use this jeweler again.
