Honestly the best dip manicure I’ve ever gotten! 10/10. Will be a customer for life!

This place is great. They put in extra time and effort to fix my nails, and made sure I was happy with them. The lady who did my nails did a wonderful job. I can tell they really care about doing good work there. I definitely recommend going here. :)

I absolutely LOVE Nancys Nails! Hands down the best nail salon in the area. Ive been getting dip manicures consistently for about a year now and always have a great experience. I typically book with Nancy but have gone to the other nail techs as well and they are ALL wonderful!! They have a great color selection for dip, the salon is always clean and the online booking system is so easy and convenient to make appointments. Ive referred 5 of my friends now and they all love it too! Thank you Nancy and team!

Nancy and sue took wonderful care of me! The salon is spotless and beautiful. Very calming. Both my pedicure and my acrylic gel art manicure blew me away!! Nancy made my nails look even better than the inspo picture! Everything and everyone was fast and accommodating:) will be returning!

Sue is great for manicures and pedicures! I have tried other places in the area and always come back to her. Her attention to detail on my pedicures is like no other! I have an appointment tonight and cant wait! :)

I love this place! Very relaxing and quiet environment. Today I got gel nails and Nancy took her time to make sure every nail was just as I liked. She was very thorough with clean up and the process never felt rushed. My nails look great!! Then I had a pedicure with Lily that was equally as great if not better. I am so thankful I found this place and I’ll be a customer for life.

Ive been a client since Nancys Nails opened. My nails have never been stronger and longer. The dip powder is a miracle. My nails dont chip and break anymore. They have so many colors...hundreds, and have some serious skills like ombre, glitter, crystals, pearls and designs. I cant be happier with the service and the outcome every time. When I came in and sat in massage chair it was 1:45 she said she had a client that’s comin in at 2:00 and I won’t be able to give you the full service is that ok I said no I pd for the full service, how rude that her mistake she made not mine looks like I’ll be goin else where my first time there

Nancy’s Nails is the absolute best nail salon in Columbus! Not only is the place extremely clean but their dip powder lasts forever and Nancy is so incredibly talented with her nail designs. Nancy has been taking care of my hands and feet since before she opened her salon. Where she was working before, I saw a few other technicians, and quickly discovered that Nancy had higher standards than the rest and began booking with her exclusively. Her salon exceeds the standard that she was able to achieve working for someone else. She expects her techs to also perform at that level of standards, and they do. They are all so thorough, professional, CLEAN, and friendly. I was in last week for the first time since the pandemic began. I am high risk and was nervous about going anywhere, but I need to get this done for a wedding. I was instantly put at ease the moment I walked in, seeing the measures they’ve taken to keep everyone safe. If you are at all on the fence deciding if Nancy’s is the place for you, do not hesitate!

Got the OPI green tea pedicure for $35 and it was fabulous! They played relaxing music and took their time. The scrub, massage, and green tea mask with hot towels felt amazing! Staff was friendly as well. I will definitely go again!My friend I had trouble booking two appointments at the same time online. We called and they were able to schedule us both in easily.

HORRIBLE. I gave this place 3 chances before leaving a review and after my experience today I wish I could give negative stars. My dip nails were crooked, thick, sloppy, and just deplorable. Thank goodness I was able to find somewhere to fix them. The dip powder was so thick that the salon that repaired them spent about 40 minutes just filing them down. Never again. My 7 year old niece could have done a better job. Never again.

I absolutely love this salon! It is very clean and the staff are thorough, polite and highly professional. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE that wants high quality service :)

I can’t believe how amazing my nails look. I am new to dipping powder, and I’m a natural nail kinda girl. Sue does the most amazing French manicure I’ve ever had. The best part is they lasted me FOUR WEEKS and with the exception of new growth at the bottom, still looked as good as day 1. I found this place when I searched google for best nail salons in Columbus and I’m so glad I did!

The prices are average to good, the atmosphere is relaxing and quieter than many other places, and the employees are friendly and seem to enjoy being there. Both techs I had were meticulous and clearly care about doing a good job and making sure you are happy and comfortable. It’s also nice that you can book online- just be prepared to remind them of what services you booked. I’ve recommended to many friends already and will return.

Had a really great forat experience! The nail tech I had for my pedicure was very sweet and took her time. The leg massage was awesome. Only downside was she filed one of my little toes way too much and it bled and it hurt for the last few days. But Ill definitely be there again! Very nice visit!

*edited to add: During Covid, Nancys is very clean, and they are taking the required extra steps to ensure your safety. I went to Nancy to get dipping powder and nail extensions, and she did a wonderful job. She took her time to make sure my nails looked near perfect!I love the atmosphere at Nancys while getting my nails done. Meyling is the sweetest person and does a great job on my nails.

Hands down best pedicure I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many over the years). I also got a powder manicure for the first time, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. Nancy pays special attention to detail and is very thorough. I think my foot and leg massage lasted 20 minutes. I would highly recommend and I am making Nancy’s Nails my go-to.

I have been getting dip manicures for almost 3 years, and Nancy is hands-down the best technician I have ever had! She makes dip polish look like gel- meaning your nails will never look like thick acrylic nails! She is so kind and skilled!

TERRIBLE!Had an appointment and showed up on time. Sat in water pedicure bath for 20 minutes. No word from anyone working there saying sorry running behind NOTHING! I quietly walked out. Still enroute no one said a word. Was referred by a friend. Will be making sure that friend does not go back!

Just went there for the first time while I am in town temporarily and was very happy with the service. I have never seen so many colors of dipping powder - they told me they have over 600 colors! My tech was very sweet and my nails look great! Will definitely return if I need my nails done in Columbus!

I’ve been getting gel manicures with Sue for several months now. She is meticulous with her work. She’s always on time and I can’t praise her highly enough.

Absolutely fabulous! They take reservations! And honor them!!! I have been looking for a new salon when my last place took 3 hours to get a pedicure by taking Walk-Ins. Best Pedicure I have had in years. IU am going back every 3 weeks.

If you enjoy a spa experience but do not have time for a spa appointment, then I would suggest stopping in here for a pedicure.I have been to this lovely spot off Riverside three times now and had great quality service each time.The deluxe pedicure at Nancy Nails offers more value to the “stop in” pedicure experience. The salon is low key, clean, aesthetically pleasing with relaxing music. The natural light and decor create a calm ambiance.The massage chairs are new, and do not feel like metal jabbing you in the back like most mechanical chairs at “other” nail salons. Lol. The chair massage is actually one of the only I have ever enjoyed enough to sit through. (Pun intended)The deluxe pedicure itself is a great value. Everything you need in a pedicure (the necessities such as cuticles, nails, and that beloved buffing) plus an added massage with coffee exfoliation scrub which is divine and then a second massage with lotion!The massage part has always been so amazing I asked for additional time! Lol. This third pedicure I had the pleasure of receiving a spa like massage experience with Daniel. I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing. After the massages there is a foot and leg mask with hot towels and then the polish... somehow all of this occurred in under an hour, but it felt like time stood still.They have WiFi so you can even bring in the laptop.I love the spa, but I just do not have time for it always, thankfully there is this gem of a joint.

Unfortunately I will not be back. I had scheduled an appointment online for 5:30 for a dip with a manicure plus tips. I was not taken back until 6 and there was another lady scheduled at 6 for the same person. I did not receive the manicure. My appointment only lasted 40 mins, very rushed process and it shows. I have glue and dip powder all over my finger tips and my nails were not even shaped evenly. This was my 1st and last time at this salon.

Fabulous experience! My co worker and I got green tea pedicures. Such a relaxing and great experience. We even rebooked for next month.

Hubby went for a pedicure, he’s on his feet a lot so they were terrible. I called and made him a appt. His feet looks amazing, and he said they felt so good. He will be back, A Big Thank You To Sue, Rob

All of the nails were crooked. It was awful.

Worst ever. I had a new set of acrlics put on. They are rough and super thick. I asked her to make them short. I guess she doesnt understand what short is. I paid almost $50 for them and came home to try to fix them. Wont be going back. And would not recommend anyone going there.

I have been going to Nancy for over a year, and each time my nails have been flawless! She truly cares about customer satisfaction and I would recommend her salon!

I’ve been going to Nancy’s for a few months and couldn’t be more happy with my nails. Love that the dipping last 3-4 weeks and that my nails still feel strong (and not brittle like with gel).
